OFF. One of those games I’ve watched lets plays of but never got to play myself. So I’m gonna rectify that now the remaster came out. Also Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin.

This is the only Tales game I’ve ever beaten back in ye olden times. Never got around to the sequel though.

I definitely want to start up Mafia when I get the chance. Looks like something that’s up my alley.

Crypt Custodian and Islets are fantastic, especially the former. Definitely snagging this.

My wishlist is the Big Catch, Mina the Hollower, and Yooka-Replaylee. I would like to be surprised by an out of left field indie though.

Wonder if there will be any Switch 2 editions of already released games here. Another Crab’s Treasure could REALLY use it.

Waiting for performance updates for Hitman before diving into that. Other than that not much else.

I’ll stay my hand until I know how it runs on Switch 2. If not, then there is plenty of other stuff I can play.

Saying this looks like a GameCube game is insulting to the GameCube.

Donkey Kong Bananza: Made it to the Resort Layer and taking things at my own pace. Fantastic game. Also got Misc. A Tiny Tale. Really cute.

Reminds me I should really get around to Cosmic Shake.

So there is a non zero chance of the Last of Us making a surprise appearance at a Nintendo Direct of all places.

Honestly I would love to see them push some of their lesser known stuff like Sly Cooper and Jak and Daxter. Anything that would bring more attention to those franchises would be nice.

Trying to get into the System Shock 2 remaster. Might just also mess around with Everhood 2’s battles and whatnot.

Haven’t really seen a whole lot of it but I’ve heard good things about it. Hopefully an announcement is around the corner.

Not defending Nintendo for the update but cases like these make me so glad I don’t nearly as tilted as some of these people. Not the ones voicing genuine concerns, oh no, but the ones you just KNOW who get way too mad over a video game.

Definitely getting the Switch 1 physical for Shadow Labyrinth. Oh and that small little indie game Donkey Kong Bananza no one is talking about.

If we are talking about Switch/2 then my vote would go towards Pipistrello and the Cursed Yo-yo. Just a really fun Metroidvania with some impeccable GBA vibes.

Finishing up Fashion Police Squad and might swing back into Cyberpunk 2077. Also been back on my Risk of Rain 2 obsession on Switch 2 now that it runs a lot better though certainly not perfect.

@SuperBro64 As someone who went through something similar with Risk of Rain 2’s Seeker of the Storm I wouldn’t worry about it. If you enjoy the game then that’s all that matters.

I FINALLY beat the “secret” boss of Deltarune’s Chapter 3 and heading into the next chapter. I also started Pokémon Violet in preparation for Legends ZA.

Dude would be owing me half a grand if it broke.

Prodeus had pretty bad performance on the OG Switch but the Switch 2 it’s a locked 60 from what I can tell.

Got the Switch 2 and I’ve mainly been fiddling around with back compact games to see which ones work and what doesn’t. On one end Klonoa crashes on boot but something like Mortal Shell of all things runs at a solid 60. For games that I’m actually playing it’s Deltarune Chapter 3 and Fast Fusion.

It’s no NBA Jam that’s for sure

I’m glad to see it isn’t as crusty as some of the Directs have shown. Still pretty low at the list at the moment. Might just wait for the Switch 2 version.

I’ve seen plenty of nut jobs buying thousands of dollars worth of cards at my Target. Heck, some waited by the card wall for hours for a vendor that never showed up.

Just wrapped up Expedition 33! While I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece, I did really enjoy it. It definitely is held back by some of its AA jank but this game just has a lot of heart poured into it. Absolutely best soundtrack worthy. But with that out of the way I can finally start on Hundred Line Last Defense Academy.

Mario Kart charging $80 is stupid and GTA6 potentially going beyond that is equally stupid.

I’m squarely focusing on Expedition 33 until I hit credits. You can definitely feel some of its AA jank here and there but it’s one of the best thus far.

I got the code but after a restart it’s working alright… I might just not touch it till a fox comes in.

Expedition 33.
Been waiting for this since the day it was revealed and so far it’s my runner up for my personal GOTY. Hopefully I can squeeze some more hours in this weekend.

It has certainly been a rollercoaster of a week, for better and unfortunately worse. But right now I’ve got South of Midnight that I’m excited to get started and I’ve been going through Bleach Rebirth of Souls’s Story mode. Also some Tetris on the side for some comfort puzzling.

Video game adjacent I took my brother to go catch the Minecraft movie and it’s fine. Not the worst thing and I’ve had a couple of laughs.

I’m all for cheaper alternatives and it’s actually kinda cute.

Not to defend Nintendo, but I highly doubt this gave Rockstar the confidence to up their prices. They’re gonna do it because they know people will absolutely throw $100 at a new shiny GTA. If Nintendo didn’t pull the trigger, then it would’ve been Rockstar or some other greedy publisher.

I’m still excited for the system (I was already bracing for impact with some of those prices) but do believe Nintendo is poking the bear what they are charging. Times aren’t exactly easy right now especially with the economy being as rough as it is. Curious to see how this is all gonna shake out when it releases.

Not sure if I like the huge border on top. The box art itself is great, but boy that red is kinda garish.
