I'd like to give it a go but I think it will have to wait until I'm done with Rebirth so I can make space for it. I haven't played any MMORPG in 15+ years.

Waiting for my Japanese special edition that includes Culdcept The First. I should have it early next week. Plan is to play it with my sister. She's not familiar with the series and it's been a good while since I played Revolt so I hope it balances out.

Played the demo thanks to a friend's recommendation. Felt like a low budget game. I found the sound and music lackluster. It was missing the kind of fanfares I'd expect from getting and evolving Digimon. It didn't feel like I earned anything. Especially when I'd use ZR to perform pre-emptive attack, defeating foes before I could even take a good look at them and then seeing them pop up in the menu as available Digimon without even knowing I'd battled them. I also think I spent more time in the menus than I did in battles.

One thing I liked was that the option that progresses story is clearly indicated in dialogue choices. That said, the optional dialogue, at least at the beginning, was just outright unnecessary. It provided nothing of value.

Overall, I think I'd enjoy the full game but the demo had these small but frequent shortcomings that soured my experience.

Pretty busy at the moment but I tried the new Rhythm Paradise demo. I might continue FF7 Rebirth if I find the time.

Honestly, looking at this graph, I'd be willing to play pretty much every game on it if I had the time and the money.

I had two hopes for this Direct, new Xenoblade and KH collection, I got both so I'm happy. Funny how the new collection that contains everything is 80€ while the cloud versions are 100€.

Pre-ordered Japanese limited edition months ago. It comes with physical copy of Culdcept The First which is also on its way to Switch, yet almost no one seems to be aware. Two games for the price of one thanks to weak yen.

@batmanbud2 They used Cipher art in Smash? I never noticed. Do you have any examples? I'm a big fan of Cipher. I used to play regularly and I have a complete collection of N-SR cards.

@Markatron84 It has since been fixed. I think Xbox had additional 9% but it's now 0%.

My only problem is that the R button doesn't work half the time. I think it's thanks to my nephew who tends to use the right Joy-Con when we play games together. He has certainly dropped it once or twice. Hasn't bothered me enough to get it fixed or to replace it with a new one. The console itself is as good as new.

Easy purchase for me. I've played 1-3, all fun games I'd replay. I've always been curious about Bug's Life and the other games are a nice bonus too.

I got the first Toy Story from my friend. I think he didn't have the means to play it at the time. It was the PC version. I don't know what it was, maybe the disc was damaged, maybe I accidentally entered a cheat code, but the game would skip stages every now and then. It's the only reason I could finish it as I couldn't get past The Claw otherwise.

Toy Story 2 is the one I remember the fondest. Awesome game. I've beaten it more times than I can count. I think it's the first game I ever bought with my own money. I remember where I bought it from and how much it cost. It was the PC version. I later acquired the N64 version as well when I had my short-lived retro game collection phase.

Toy Story 3 was a weird case as I had mostly moved from PC to console gaming. The problem was that I had a Wii and the Wii version lacked the best features. I "borrowed" the PC version to see if I'd like it and to see if my PC could handle it. It chugged quite a bit but I had fun time with the co-op campaign. I still got the Wii version afterwards.

Got it day one. Looks, sounds and feels great.

I'm glad I noticed this review. I have Geometry Wars: Galaxies for DS. Probably the best 3€ I've ever spent. Especially back then when games weren't constantly on sale.

I think I've heard of this game in a podcast before but had no idea it was coming to Switch 2. By a Finnish developer as well (explains the Finnish title). Seems like a must-buy.

I've watched the anime adaptation and read the manga adaptation. I was excited to finally play it when Elite came out but I only ended up playing it for 5-10 hours. It just took too long to get going.

One of the reasons was the voice acting. I'm the kind of person who won't progress text before I've heard the entire voice line. It really slows down things. In this case, the voices were in Japanese, which I couldn't even understand at the time.

I also prefer the original art style. The anime looks bland by comparison. I really like the key art at the end of this trailer.

I should give the game a second chance. I don't think I'll buy this version though. I'll just play the one I have. I wish I could at least change the text to Japanese so I could use it as reading practice.

Great game. I've been meaning to go back to it and finish it for years. I've always liked its EU box for its simplicity. This is the first time I see the NA one. It's really good but perhaps just a tad too busy.

Played some Shovel Knight songs in Rift of the Necrodancer earlier today. I already beat in on Switch when I borrowed my sister's digital copy but I recently got it for PC because I was interested in Steam version's custom song support.

Time to finish Yuffie's story so I can jump over to this demo. By the time I'm done with the demo, the full game is probably out. I can also continue original FF7 which I'm playing alongside trilogy.

Didn't see anything immediately that would make me want to get it but they have time to get me on board. I'm more of a multiplayer guy when it comes to Splatoon. Pretty much the only online multiplayer game I play too.

Fun game. Played for the first time and beat it with my sister. There are apparently more levels though, have to check them out later. As for the box art, I like both but gave my vote to JP.

@foursider I'd like to see Fuzzy back. Their only appearance was in the original Yoshi's Island.

Blue Prince
I closed the recent Indie World stream the moment they started showing this game. I'd heard it's better to go in as blind as possible. All I knew was that it's a puzzle game, and I love puzzle games.

I've only just started but it's really fascinating. There's this constant sense of discovery. I like the board game "Castles of Mad King Ludwig" and this game has some similar mechanics.

Fire Emblem Fates
I'm in FE mood thanks to Path of Radiance. I finished Birthright which I'd started all the way back in 2016.

Now I'm playing Conquest for the first time. Just finished chapter 10. Playing on Hard. My plan was to never reset but I've done so couple of times anyway because Corrin couldn't even hit anyone when the game started. Also got hit by a 1-3% critical right out of the gate which felt really unfair considering my options at that point of the game. That said, it's been pretty smooth sailing once I got more units.

I'm getting it but not quite yet. Current plan is to get it after Easter.

My DS Lite is at my parent's place. Or I guess it's technically my sister's Lite since I gave it to her back when I got a 3DS. It hasn't seen any use in a decade since my sister also has a 3DS and a Switch.

Gen II, but they are all really good and iconic, except Gen VIII's which is just super unappealing.

Makes no sense to me. I guess I'm waiting for Colosseum.

Starters are cute. I'll go with either grass or fire. I'll name Pombon Missile if I decide to go with it.

I was scrolling through the choices, nothing was really jumping out, and then I was reminded Veluza is in this generation. I don't know what it is about that fish but I really like it.

Flapple is a fun silly creature.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade
Finished the game about an hour ago. There were some slower moments in the last few chapters but the final set of bosses was fun. I did most of the side content but the logs show that there's still more. I think I'm good. I'll play INTERmission but maybe a bit closer to June when Rebirth comes out.

The Messenger
Started this morning. First couple of stages done. Movement is smooth. I like the extra jump from hitting stuff. Shopkeeper seems like a nice guy. Has fun stories to tell.

I haven't bothered watching the last few presentations since they tend to be very underwhelming. They consist mostly of small updates that didn't need a dedicated presentation. One new game is all I'm asking for.

I personally think Gen 7 had the strongest theming and Pokémon designs. So many great ones to choose from but I got to go with the cutest Pokémon in the entire dex, Steenee.

For a point of reference, GBA games on Wii U were 7€ a game.

Rare middle evolution pick, Doublade.

Scraggy. I love its animation in Gen 5.

Gen 4 has some really strong designs. My current favorite is Froslass. I really liked the new Mega design too. I was hoping to catch an alpha because even the regular size Mega is already so tall but every time I came across an alpha Snorunt, it was a male.

Not a huge fan of Gen 3. Maybe Rayquaza?

I went with the nostalgia choice, Typhlosion, but Misdreavus is up there too.

There are multiple I could pick but I chose Tentacruel. I grew fond of it more recently (as in within last 10 years). I had it in my E4 team in my latest Heart Gold playthrough and even stumbled upon a shiny one on my Japanese Gold cartridge. My actual favorites are in Gen 2.

Mabel & Sable are now on the island. Got the second room for my house as well. Waiting for spring so that there are more bugs to catch.

In Chapter 3. In jail, getting tortured. Not what I expected from this game based on the first two chapters.

Rhythm Paradise/Heaven
I've played the first third of this game back in the day when I got it for my sister. I picked up a copy for myself later down the line but never touched it. I suddenly got into the mood to play it. I just did Remix 4. I have 5 or 6 perfects so far. Fun game but scoring can be brutal at times.

The amount of actual new reveals was nice, even if they weren't the most earth-shattering. Pacing was good. Final announcement wasn't for me. I'm sure they're saving some stuff for the general Direct that will probably follow soon enough. Still hoping for Kingdom Hearts.

I am most interested in the following:

• Culdcept Begins (I loved Revolt)
• Super Bomberman Collection (not in a hurry to pick it up but will be fun with friends)
• Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse (I somehow missed the first one but it looks like something I'd like)
• Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (all I wanted was a date so I'm glad they didn't spend much time on it)

The first game flew under my radar. I think I've seen its thumbnail on eShop couple of times but never took a closer look or maybe confused it with another game. Looks interesting. I may pick up the original since it's on sale, though I'm currently playing another visual novel, Buddy Mission Bond, alongside my main focus of FF7 Remake so I don't think I can fit it in my current schedule.

Played the demo. Didn't make me feel anything. I'm not really into space as a setting. Luckily, I have other games to look forward to.

Happy to see it's coming so soon. I'm currently in Chapter 13 in Remake.

I hope there are bunch of brand new games shown but if there's one port I'd like at this very moment, it would be the Kingdom Hearts collection.
