@Anti-Matter Are you kidding me? You of all people are judging what people play, or the visuals of what games they play? I have seen you speak over and over again for years about how much you love licensed kids games, and that's completely fine, more power to you, not everyone has to enjoy the usual. But the fact that you're being hypocritical and judging people who play Minecraft of all games is ridiculous.

I'm honestly pretty disappointed that you would have a double standard like this, expecting people to respect your taste in games, yet belittling people who enjoy Minecraft of all games. At least with the mature games you don't like, I can at least see it as your opinion, and I don't really see you bash people for playing those games. Do better.

I feel like I'm the odd one out here, because I didn't mind this trailer. It felt like dumb fun and camp, and I think it looks much better than the first few trailers.
It's obviously not great, I don't think that this will be one of the best films of the year or anything, but I wouldn't say it's bad, and it at least seems more faithful than other video game adaptations.

@Bunkerneath Honestly, I'd argue that 2024 was a great year for music, but also a year with poor music. That might just be because I'm a younger R&B and Hip-hop enjoyer though.

Kanye West's Vultures albums are complete garbage though, and music made specifically for TikTok generally sucks, so that probably scared Rolling Stone to making a video game list.

@PikminMarioKirby Understandable. I never really cared for social media platforms either, but I just always hated Twitter/X. Only reason I'm even on Bluesky is because my friends are on it, but I would never make a Twitter account. That being said, Twitter is still the best social platform for videos other than YouTube and arguably TikTok.

I don't really care for following Nintendo Twitter posts anyways. All of the good ones are featured on Nintendo Life anyways. Hell, the Hookshot Media websites (Push Square, Pure Xbox) are the primary reasons why I'm able to really avoid social media lmao. Other than Discord, but I see that more as a messaging platform. I do agree that Twitter should be the primary embed video platform for Nintendo Life though, at least until Bluesky gets really good for mainstream media.
