This article was wonderful, almost as wonderful as getting my arse kicked in a game of Mario Party and Smash Bros.

Games are just more fun in person, even if Discord or whatever y'all use are great alternatives as well, but there's nothing else like yelling at your friends for them taking your star.

Moon Studios is such a great studio, I really am interested in their action RPG and potentially/hopefully Ori 3 even though I know I'll be awful at both.

@Dm9982 I played Game Dev Tycoon on PC (and I also got it very recently on mobile through Netflix), and yes it can get surprisingly sluggish at times, but not enough to bother me much.

I am waiting for a Game Dev Story sale on Switch or PC too, so I'm looking forward to playing that as well.

I like Restaurant Tycoon 2 and Game Dev Tycoon, so I can't at all judge.

These layoffs really do suck, although Relic being pretty much independent now is interesting, and I do hope the best for them, and hopefully they don't just become a relic of the past.

A little off-topic, but I'm surprised that they never updated the Tetris 99 logo to match the 2019 rebrand of the Tetris brand, especially since Tetris 99 released the same year as the rebrand.

@the_beaver I mean it's alright. Very forgettable and not really all that interesting. It's technically not a bad game persay, but I'll give Chibi Robo Zip Lash credit for at least giving me a feeling during the game. It wasn't a good feeling, but at least I felt something. Crafted World felt like just a mediocre platformer that doesn't leave you with much.

I do have hope that Good-Feel can make a truly great game here. Kirby's Epic Yarn is great, Yoshi's Woolly World is a masterpiece, and Yoshi's Crafted World...

Really excited to see what Toys for Bob makes next! They've been one of the most influencial companies of my childhood with Skylanders and Spyro, and to see that they're now out of the shackles of such a company as Activision and Microsoft is incredible to hear.

I do hope they still partner with Microsoft to develop Spyro and Crash games (maybe Skylanders or Star Control? 👀) but even if they don't, I'm still looking forward to what they make next. I'm sure that they'll continue to make some of the best games in the industry.
