I'm feeling a 6 or 7
I realize I'm not in the "intended audience" for the game because it's not really gripping me. Having to replay an entire play to get sparkles you've missed is deterring me from replaying stages, and I'm not feeling as motivated to keep going. I may finish it in the next week or two if I get time, but between FF7 Rebirth and Balatro taking up most of my time, Peach isn't really in the spotlight for me.

I already found out that they're charging real money for some in-game builds. If these vehicles are also locked behind a paywall, nah

EDIT: I see now where it says "free vehicle builds" which is nice, but I can tell they're gonna add more that you have to pay for.

As others mentioned, this is pretty disappointing because the kind of people who make and play these fan games are people who do support the main games and just want more Pokémon.

I'd rather have a 3rd version of a game instead of DLC for each game, but I'm also in agreement that we really don't need two versions to begin with anymore. We all know they still do it just to squeeze more cash out of the hardcore fans who they know will buy both versions of a game on release. (i.e. me)

Pokken Tournament has to be my favorite among these. The quality of the animations and how the Pokémon play feel so very good. Really a shame it didn't take off because I would have loved to have more Pokken.

I've mostly just hopped into the game when there's a Maximus Cup for the themes, but I'm still glad to see them updating the game.

I already saw it like 3 times in cinemas and have it digitally to watch whenever I want. I don't need to see it in theaters again.

I enjoyed the first movie. Looking forward to what they've got in store for the next one.

They've been very vague so far on it, so I'm curious if it'll be a direct sequel or some kind of off-shoot. Like another separate story within the Super Mario Bros. series.

I've already put hundreds of hours into Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Why do I have to have played it recently to get the icons for it???

@sixrings The tweet says "the final map for Salmon Run" so I think this means we probably aren't getting any other returning maps from Splatoon 2 either

I'll still go back to it occasionally to do some shiny hunting because it's just so dang fun to catch Pokémon in that game. I 100% completed it around the time and had a blast. Super looking forward to whatever the next Legends game brings.

They're gonna have to make the city pretty huge if the entire game is gonna take place in it. I'm definitely interested in seeing more, and I did really enjoy Legends: Arceus so I'm hopeful this one will be fun too.

The "Immersive cards" thing is a pretty cool concept

@Con89 @mariomaster96 @mariomaster96 I think it's more likely meaning it's releasing in all regions at the same time. I feel like Pokémon has used this wording with other game launches in the past.

We know next to nothing about it, but X and Y was the generation that brought me back to Pokémon, and I really enjoyed Legends Arceus, so I'm actually feeling pretty hopeful for this one.

Hopefully since it's releasing in 2025, they'll give it plenty of time to cook. Also curious if it'll be just on Switch or on it and whatever Nintendo's next system is.

I've used this app very seldom, mostly for Splatoon 3 related stuff and occasionally for Animal Crossing when it was relevant. Never used the voice chat when Discord is easier and serves the same purpose.

I finished one full Spire run after like 10 tries so far and it felt so satisfying. While I've definitely seen a majority of what this game mode has to offer, I enjoyed my time with it and absolutely see myself coming back to it to unlock more palettes, or for another good challenge. I feel this is a really great game mode and holds up to the quality of the Octo Expansion from Splatoon 2, but this one has even more replay value.

I do agree that having a wider variety of boss enemies would be a nice addition, but I haven't yet gotten to a point where the level challenges feel same-y.

A dream announcement for me would be another Pokken Tournament.
I know it's not gonna happen though, so I'm expecting mostly mobile game announcements, and stuff for the shows/anime. I have no expectations for any quality games so if they do announce something that I like, I'll be surprised.

Overall, great additions to the service. If we got these, there's a real good chance we'll get Donkey Kong 64 and Diddy Kong Racing. I'm betting Nintendo is saving those for a regular Direct to announce them.

I don't have much thoughts for the balance patches since I mostly play it pretty casually, but more content is good and I'm SUPER stoked for Side Order

I know it hasn't aired yet so we can't really confirm the leaks/rumors yet, but I'll admit it's kind of disappointing to have so many leaks and rumors that essentially spoil some of the fun and excitement and surprise that comes with these presentations.

Maybe I'm just old and used to getting the info from the official sources back in the day when rumors and leaks weren't so rampant.

As a long-time Pokémon fan, I'm going into this with zero expectations for anything to blow me away.

Probably gonna focus mostly on mobile game updates as they usually do. I'll still tune in regardless.

I never played the original so this was a fresh experience for me.
I've still got to finish the extra stages and the worlds past World 7, so I've still got a ways to go. I know the puzzles will only get more challenging, but the base content was pretty easy to get through in a couple days. I feel like there's a good amount of content, but I get why people would want to wait for a sale on it.

It's neat to see more pastel colors in the gear and decorations. I'll have to boot up the game to play a few matches and get the gear when this drops.

I never played the original GBA game so I picked it up.

Been enjoying my time with it so far, and I've already completed all of the main worlds. Only gave one of the extra levels a try so far and they're definitely designed to be complex

It took me way too long to realize these are those giant display statues for conventions and the like and not like First 4 Figures statues that one can actually purchase.

Still, they would make for fantastic statues for First 4 Figures, even though I know they would be ridiculously expensive.

I'm like 98% sure this is just because of Mario vs. Donkey Kong coming out soon and not any indication of any other new Donkey Kong game. I doubt it means we're getting DK64 anytime soon either.

I really hope it comes out soon! I've been wanting to play this game ever since it came out, but I just haven't had any platform where it's been available. I will definitely be picking it up ASAP if it gets released on PS5/Switch

Friday is usually good because it's the start of the weekend and pay day, but Saturday is my choice for getting to sleep in and having the whole day off to do whatever I want.

This was a nice read. I've worked retail a bit so I know how it can be dealing with troublesome customers, and while I never really was a regular at any game stores in my area, I always had a pleasant time browsing or buying things from them back in the day.
