I only ever played the first one so I would love to have the other two on Switch 2 as well!

I really expected this one to run at a locked 60, I have already played it on Steam Deck and was going to double dip if that was the case but with the port being in the state it is I will pass until it gets updates to make that happen. If it ever does.

Excellent, I already finished the game but would love a reason to dive back in again. One of the best games released this year.

I have to admit that even though I am enjoying the game I immediately noticed the input lag as soon as I started playing it. I have been adjusting to it and have found it playable enough for me but it really should be patched asap, and I was surprised to find out it was still 30fps. Somehow I doubt Bethesda provides a 60fps mode but I am hoping they do. I feel like if that was ever their intention that would have included it with this update in the first place.

I am literally playing this right now on Switch 1 and was always hoping this would happen, I am very excited to try this new version out tonight, for free no less!

I have been playing Absolum and have managed to beat the boss a few times, still having a lot of fun. I have always enjoyed beat em ups so a roguelike one is a natural fit for me.

These actually look really cool, I think I am going to get them all as I have tons of points to spare.

I am currently playing through Powerwash Simulator 2 on Switch 2. I am finding it to be exactly what I want from sequel, with improvements that make the game more enjoyable to play without changing things too much.

Still playing No Man's Sky on Switch 2 myself. The more improvements I give my character the more addictive the game becomes, right now I am just trying to improve my settlement to where it gets profitable.

@Max_the_German I am thinking of waiting until it is around 30 or so. That seems like a fair price to me. By that time maybe it will have a few more patches to make it an even more solid port.

Seeing the positive reception this port has been getting has me wanting to play the game on Switch 2 at some point, likely when it is a bit cheaper. I enjoy Star Wars and love stealth games, so this seems like a good combination for me.

I have been playing No Man's Sky for Switch 2 and it is pretty addictive. Just when I think I have the game figured out a new mechanic is revealed and all of a sudden there is even more to do and manage. It's great fun.

Playing this game makes me wish we could get the Mass Effect series on Switch, there aren't enough good space exploration games on the system.

This sounds really good. The original release had good framework it just needed a little more quality of life stuff added to the game and it looks like this is going to deliver. I am definitely interested in checking this out, as I have not played the original game since way back in the Xbox One days and that feels like a lifetime ago.

Stuff like this is super frustrating. We could be getting new games tailor made for Switch 2 but because they don't have access to dev kits even if we do get some it will likely take much longer than it should have.

That is a lot of time to show one game, I would assume that means there is a lot to show. Going by Sakurai's previous games I would expect no less, they are usually jam packed full of stuff to do.

It's such a shame that we never got a sequel to Mania. I was sure we would considering how hugely successful it was.

So far I have played and finished Unmetal, a Metal Gear parody game and just bought the Turok Trilogy on Switch. You can get all 3 games for 15 bucks on the eshop right now, I am enjoying playing through Turok 1 so far.

Excellent. Out of all of the possible GameCube games this is probably the one I was most excited for. Never played it but I have been wanting to for a long time ever since I played Chibi Robo Photo Finder. I love games like this, where you are a tiny character exploring a large world.

I made it my goal to beat Dragon Quest 3 HD2D this weekend. Now that I have done that I plan to start up System Shock 2 on Switch 2. I enjoyed the first game and am looking forward to seeing all the improvements that the sequel has to offer.

I am actually playing this game right now, for some reason I thought that an update for the game might get announced soon. I am very excited to give it a try tonight when I get home. I was really hoping this would happen, the game is great, it just needs a Switch 2 patch and now it has one.

It may seem weird but I actually really enjoyed revisiting the first game on Switch 1 even with all of its issues and playing it on Switch 2 it is actually a really solid port when you grasp the controls. I have a feeling it will be the same case for this game, I have never played the second game but the first one is my probably one of my most replayed rpgs. I will definitely be picking this one up.

I am guessing that means that even if they do update Dragon Quest 3 HD for the Switch 2 I would probably have to buy the entire game again for a likely higher price.

That's a shame, as it is fairly blurry in handheld mode on Switch 2 and could use an update.

I have mainly been playing Final Fantasy 7 Remastered. I am at the very end and hope to beat it this weekend but I am in no hurry to do so.

I have been going back and forth between Mario Kart World and Final Fantasy 7 (the classic version). Playing it for the first time.

I am not even sure if I need it remastered. I would be happy with it being on the Switch Online service myself.

I just want to know how well it runs on the system. I am thinking it will be comparable to steam deck in terms of framerate. Would love it if there was a 40fps mode.

That is good news, the only issue I had with the game on Switch 1 is the performance dips in some of the larger areas. 60 fps makes this already great game a must buy.

I am playing Ruffy and the Riverside myself, it is a fun 3D platformers that just came out. When I am not doing that probably going to be playing some Mario Kart World with the girlfriend.

That is actually very reasonable. Which is surprising for Nintendo.

Excellent, after I am done playing Slayer X I will probably end up picking this up, glad it is finally playable.

Just playing some Mario Kart World with the girlfriend and some Hypnospace Outlaw by myself when I have free time. It is a very unique game.

As much as I do want a new 3D Mario game I have waited for a new 3D Donkey Kong for much, much longer. If this game causes a 3D Mario game to arrive later when it is usually an early game for a systems lifespan I guess that is a price I am willing to pay to get a new 3D Donkey Kong.

That being said I don't think it is going to be 4 to 5 years for a new 3D Mario. Maybe a couple years at most is what I am thinking.

I have found myself using Luigi, Lakitu, Donkey Kong and Mario the most. I used to only use Mario with the B-Dasher but I am diversifying my selections in this game. I love the designs of all the characters in this game.

I grew up renting Gex 3 Deep Cover Gecko incredibly often so I have a fondness for that game. It is one of the best 3D platformers on the N64 in my book, I am looking forward to experiencing this whole trilogy again, I never really thought it would be rereleased.

It always seemed like a series that was destined to be forgotten and I am glad that is not the case.

This is excellent news. I am currently playing the first game on Switch 2, one of my all time favorite rpgs and I have never played this one. I really hope it is a solid port and runs well.

I am actually pretty excited to try this version of the game on launch day, for too long I have dealt with a gimped version while playing portably. It will be nice to get the full experience with high frame rates, even with mouse controls on the TV.

Just beat Bear and Breakfast so I am not sure what I am wanting to play next. I am more or less just waiting for the Switch 2 to release so I can revisit some older games with upgrades.

Good thing I am not a real fan of them, mainly Randy himself. He gives me a very weird vibe.

No I am not personally, heck some of the games I plan on playing first on Switch 2 are Switch 1 games, with the free enhancements.

I know I have been going back to older games that are cheaper myself, last new game I bought was probably Tears of the Kingdom.

I have no intention of paying full price for games when I already have so many older games I have yet to experience. With sales and whatnot for me personally I have probably spent less on games than I ever have before, but I am still enjoying what I am playing.

I don't really ever get hyped for new games anymore.

F-Zero 99! This game is seriously addictive, don't know why I haven't played it until now.

Somehow yes I did. I had all sorts of issues trying to get one when the preorders opened last night but after I went to bed and woke up at 4am I tried again and somehow managed to snag one from Walmart. Very lucky because they are all sold out now.

@Ganner Ah so it essentially just gives you extra motivation to continue playing and challenging yourself. That's about what I expected. Luckily the game is pretty fun.

Still playing Hades myself. Just rolled the credits this morning so I am seeing if the game still has longevity beyond that in terms of the story before determining if I want to move on to something else. It has been a great time though.

I am currently playing through Hades. I have managed to get to the surface twice already and each time it is a really nice feeling accomplishing that. Game just gets more addicting the more stuff you unlock.

After finishing up DKC 3 I have decided to start up Hades on Switch. I know the game is old news at this point but I am having a good time with it.

Honestly since the Switch 2 is backwards compatible I am fine with them continuing to release games on the Switch, we can still enjoy them even on the new hardware hopefully with improvements.

I have been in an SNES mood recently so I am currently playing DKC 3 and am having a great time.

The soundtrack definitely isn't as good as the other games since it has a different composer but the gameplay is once again top notch. Looks really good on the OLED screen too.

It looks exactly like I expected, I can't believe after 8 years we have finally got the first look at new hardware. I don't tend to get hyped for new consoles or games but this probably will do the trick!

Well deserved. I recently bought it again on Steam Deck and have been enjoying it all over again.
