Dang I tried to get in but unfortunately couldn't. Very curious as to what it is for.

Glad we are getting a sequel just wish they didn't have to wait ten years to make one.

Because of the long time gap I wonder how much of the original team is even still left. I just want it to be as good as the original.

Being October I thought I would take up a spooky game and in this case I chose Darkwood on Switch.

It's great so far, uncovering the map and finding more resources to make your situation better and better is pretty addictive.

I am continuing with Ghost of a Tale on Switch, I am still really enjoying my time with the game, discovering all its secrets.

After finishing up Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance (which was fantastic by the way) I decided to get Ghost of a Tale on Switch and have been having a fun time sneaking around as a mouse in a medieval kingdom.

I would love to play them as they are some of the few Sonic games I have never played. I have been enjoying the Castlevania Advance collection so much I think it would be great to see more games from that era come over as a collection.

This actually looks decent, assuming the gameplay is up to snuff this could be a solid time especially in multiplayer.

I used to love Level 5 back in the PS2/DS days because I knew anything with their name on it was going to be quality. I hope they have a massive resurgence even if the team has likely changed radically since then.

The Castlevania DS collection coming out inspired me to pick up the Castlevania Advance collection and I just today finished up Circle of the Moon and have moved on to Harmony of Dissonance.

The jump in gameplay between the two games is surprising. Harmony of Dissonance feels like a portable Symphony of the Night and I love it for that.

I have not played any of these but I have heard great things about Omori, really need to play that one of these days.

Still plugging away on Star Ocean 2 on Switch and Diablo 4 on Steam Deck with my brother. Hope to make some good progress on this extended weekend.

I am playing through Star Ocean 2 on Switch and having a pretty good time as I begin to grasp all the mechanics and figure stuff out.

If I am not doing that I am playing Diablo 4 with my brother on Steam Deck.

My goal this weekend is to get as far as I can in Paper Mario TTYD, hopefully beating it if possible.

Although I am not personally interested in the SNES version of the game I think it is really cool that they are putting out a new cartridge for it in 2024.

I had no clue this game was that popular but it has been on my wishlist for awhile. The price isn't an issue since it is only 15 bucks, I just need to make time to play it. I definitely plan to do that though, looks very fun.

Those are actually really cool! I may have to boot the game up so I can redeem them as it is one of my favorite SNES games.

May be nostalgia talking but N64 all the way for me, the boxart they came in were best too, if a bit flimsy.

I enjoyed Braid back in the day on the 360 but that was back when indie games like this were a lot less common. These days with so many quality indie games being released on all platforms Braid was most likely always going to be left in the dust.

In my opinion better games have come out since then but I will always appreciate the game for what it contributed to the indie scene back then.

I have been playing through Paper Mario TTYD on Switch and have been having a really good time.

I played it way back in the day on GameCube but it has been almost two decades so I am enjoying rediscovering how good the game was again.

As long as it is backwards compatible I am more than ok with moving on to a newer system. Even though I have no plans of selling my Switch as I always keep my systems I still like to be able to play older games on newer hardware if possible so I can enjoy all the extra bells and whistles that provides.

I have been playing through Metroid Zero Mission lately, always wanted to be able to play that game and I am really enjoying it.

My brother has this installed on steam deck and I tried it out and I have to say it is very impressive, makes you wonder why Nintendo can't put that kind of effort in to a remaster.

Although, I will admit the 3DS remaster is pretty good but once you can add the 3DS textures to this version this will be the definitive way to play.

That's one of my all time favorite games. That is a really good addition.

I haven't played it since I rented it way back in the day, very excited to give it a proper try.

I was wanting to play this one when it came out in so I don't know if I will have the patience to wait for the physical even though this is the type of game I would definitely like to have on a cartridge.

I have never sold a game or system in my life. I have everything from when I was a kid up until now as an Adult.

Even if I never play them I always find it nice to look at them and revisit the memories and surprisingly most of them are in great shape.

Just beat TOTK after 130 hours so I am pretty excited about that, thinking of playing Banjo Kazooie or Goldeneye on Switch until Sea of Stars comes out.

That is probably the next game I am looking forward to.

Awesome I love it when classic PC games get ported to the Switch. Loved playing Kotor on the Switch and this looks like another great one.

That's a shame, Superstars looks pretty good but Mania 2 could have been incredible.

I don't see why they didn't just hire the same team they did for Mania, since the new game is made by Sonic Team and Arzest I think there could have been room for both.

Excellent. I haven't delved too much into these games, probably my least played out of all the Zelda series so I am looking forward to giving them a try again.

I don't know if he was saying Pikmin were the most global in terms of popularity, I think maybe he meant that they were the most likely to be able to exist in the real world. Like they would make the most sense in the real world while a character like Mario would not.

Never have myself. Always thought it was a cool little coding glitch but little more than that.

This is pretty fantastic. These games are classics and I feel like not that many people know about them. Very excited about this.

It is not surprising, I think I would be better off buying all these games on Steam for far cheaper so I can play them on my Steam Deck where they will run and look better. In a mostly digital world that makes the most sense for me.

This game looks great! Maybe someday it will come out in the states, looks right up my alley.

It's a shame that this was not real, it could have been really cool. I love seeing wacky ideas of out of left field like this, we need more games like that.

At least the price point is right this time. It could be a fun time for families, I am not interested myself but I can see people having fun with it.

That sucks. I really liked The Last Ranger, it was one of the stand out games on the 3DS for me. It was a bit stressful at times but it was very satisfying to survive each round.

Maybe but I would much prefer a new location. Termina would be absolutely fantastic imo.

@Stocksy Emulation is great imo. If there is a legitimate means to buy a game I am all for purchasing it but if there isn't and I want to play it I don't plan to wait on a company to release it, life is too short. I am playing what I want to play when I want to play it and alot of these obscure games will probably never be released again.

I am really happy the Steam Deck is so good at emulation, it's a great time.

Never played a Monsters game in the series but I absolutely love Dragon Quest so this does peak my interest.

The state of the game is a problem sure, but the game itself seems to be the real problem. According to reviews it is based on outdated design and that isn't something you can just simply patch. I think we all saw this coming when it comes to this game though.

That's fine. I already have it installed via emu Deck so it doesn't matter to me.

It's a broken record at this point but of course it is Zelda. I have put over 50 hours in the game and have yet to beat a dungeon. It is just too much fun exploring and doing random stuff.

I just finished up the story of Cadence of Hyrule after taking advantage of the free trial and I liked it so much I ended up buying the full game along with the DLC. It really is a great game, the music is absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to play through the Majora's Mask story.

I may actually check this one out. Would be great to get in the mood for Zelda in preparation for Tears of the Kingdom and you can probably beat it in the time the trial is active.

I think it could run it, but not without major concessions such as a lower resolution or a 30fps frame rate which by the terms Microsoft used would be as you would expect when it comes to games like that being ported to Switch.

It could be done but if it had online crossplay I think that wouldn't be fair to Switch owners going against people on more powerful hardware.

I am sure they would add an option to play against only Switch users if that was the case though.

That actually looks pretty awesome, if I didn't already own the digital version the physical would be worth it at that price. It's a great game and I wish they would have given us a physical to begin with when it first released because I definitely would have bought it.

I really wish they would just release the games digitally. These are likely to be overpriced and will take a year to even arrive at your doorstep. As a huge Jurassic Park fan I would love to be able to play these games.

I wonder if he would have left if he knew that he was not going to be reprising his role as Superman after all. Shame as he was a great Geralt and I don't really know much about Liam Hemsworth but hopefully he knows the source material as well as Henry did.
