So many games to play, but this is definitely on my radar eventually.

Sadly outsourcing to cheaper countries is becoming more and more common. I don't know how people are supposed to survive in this race to the bottom as less jobs are available and prices continue to increase.

The bike looks out of place, but the rest of the game is stunning so I'll give Retro the benefit of the doubt.

I'm currently interested in Metroid Prime 4, Pokémon Legends Z-A, Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment, Galaxy 1+2, Kirby Air Riders, and Fire Emblem. Maybe the Resident Evil games too if they're full physicals on cart.

Yup! I definitely want Galaxy 2 on the go and some improvements to Galaxy 1 even compared to the 3D All-Stars version.

Nintendo's greed during this nascent Switch 2 generation is terrifying.

Not the craziest Nintendo Direct, but it was a solid 8/10 for me. I think the lack of a giant game will upset some people, but it was good for what we got.

I'm glad we got the expected Mario movie trailer, but I did not expect it to be a Galaxy movie. I'm so hyped. Galaxy 2 finally on Switch is also hype!

I'm less excited for Super Mario Bros. Wonder Switch 2 Edition because the game is still relatively new. But it is a great game. So good on Nintendo for supporting it more.

Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment releasing in November is earlier than expected. And Metroid Prime 4 still made it this year!

Fire Emblem, Yoshi, and Mario Tennis all look solid, but they're not system sellers. This is my cue to finally play Three Houses and Engage.

DK Bananza already getting paid DLC makes me think it was held off. Not a fan of that. Even scummier is Pokémon Legends Z-A getting DLC announced before release.

I'm glad Resident Evil 7-9 are coming to Switch 2. That's great to have them on the go.

The biggest third party announcement for me, though, was the Dragon Quest VII remake. Totally unexpected, and it looks gorgeous.

Nintendo sure loves overcharging for their older games.

DLC announced before the game is released is so scummy. The Pokémon Company is so greedy.

If the games are fully on cart, then I'm interested.

I'm not too crazy about Switch 2 editions especially with how new Wonder is, but this was totally expected.

DLC looks good, but the fact that we have paid DLC already makes me think Nintendo withheld content until now which would be scummy.

More Fire Emblem is always a great thing!

Absolutely massive unexpected remake. I'm so excited to relive DQ 7! I really enjoyed it on the 3DS.

Absolutely wild lol. Excited to finally play Virtual Boy.

It's finally happening! What a wait it's been, and I hope the journey will be worth it.

Earlier than I expected!

It looks like another solid Mario Tennis game.

The announcement didn't do much for me, but I'm happy for Yoshi fans.

I'm excited, the Galaxy games were always some of the most cinematic so it makes sense to make a movie based off of them.

I'm glad that we're finally getting Galaxy 2 on Switch!

I really hope we don't get a Super Mario Maker 2 Switch 2 Edition. At this point we need a 3.

We really need some release dates for Metroid and Hyrule Warriors and some more first party announcements. Fingers crossed for native Switch 2 versions of Resident Evil too.

Bad games should be preserved too. Plus it will be fun to look back at if the new Bubsy turns out good.

@LazyDaisy Yeah, the Switch was helped by ports early on, but it helps when they're some of the best games ever. BotW and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe take it for me over Mario Kart World and DK Bananza but just by a hair.

People here are acting like the Switch 2 had a bad launch lol. The 3DS had no heavy hitters for 3 months until an Ocarina of Time remake, and the Wii U had Nintendo Land and NSMBU at launch and then a drought for 9 months until Pikmin 3. Yes, the Switch 2's launch is worse than the Switch 1's, but between Mario Kart, DK, Drag x Drive, and some third party games, it's been pretty good so far.

Biggest indie launch of all time no questions.

I would love to see Fire Emblem Awakening HD. Such a monumental game in the franchise.

The internet is way too harsh on Drag x Drive. It's fun in short bursts. I really enjoy it for what it is. Yes, the art style is a bit drab, but I reckon Nintendo went with it to avoid offending people.

I'm excited to return to Kirby and the Forgotten Land. What a gem.

Well, I'm a lot more interested in it now.

Yeah, that seems fair. I was playing a lot better once I got used to the controls during the global jam, but, man, this game's presentation lacks the Nintendo charm.

Drag x Drive didn't click with me at first, but I got better and scored quite a bit. My defense still needs work, though.
