@TenEighty GameMill is a low-tier AA publisher. Their games are known for being no better than average or serviceable. Much like Outright Games, they typically churn out licensed cash-grabby experiences.
Oh sweet baby Jesus, no. Looks like lipstick on a pig. Well, actually that was for the first few moments of players walking onto the pitch. The gameplay seems...fine.
One of the longer waits from a boutique publisher, but well worth the wait it seems. At least Special Reserve won't fail me as Dispatch Games and First Press Games have.
Still haven't played the first game. I assume the Switch port is the least impressive version to play as per usual. I think I got it for free as a PS+ member a while back. I should probably give that a whirl at some point.
For me it was Black Belt and Rambo. Black Belt, also known as Fist of the North Star in other territories. Nuff said. And Rambo was a good Ikari Warriors clone.
Still holding out hope for a port of at least FFXIII to Switch. The 360 port's file size was only 18GB after compression. And I don't have any affinity for XIII-2 or Lightning Returns.

GameMill? Enough said, this is an easy skip.
Re: Digital Eclipse's 'The Making Of Karateka' Launches On Switch After Other Consoles
At the end of the game, go ahead and attack the woman you're saving. It's a good easter egg.
Re: Batman Arkham Trilogy Is Bringing The Caped Crusader To Switch This October
Just waiting for physical copies to go on discount. The most I will pay is $30 for a physical copy of AA combined with digital copies of AC and AK.

Just waiting for the inevitable physical release from LRG.
Re: The King Of Fighters XIII Global Match Launches On Switch This November
@Liam_Doolan Stuck at work for a few more hours. I'm hopeful the CE will still be available until then.

Re: Nintendo Download: 10th August (North America)
Nothing. Waiting for physical copies of Red Dead Redemption.
Re: Another Earth Defense Force Spin-Off Is On Its Way To Switch
EDF WB is good fun. Well, the series in general is good fun. I'll be a buyer for WB 2.
Re: Mini Review: Koa And The Five Pirates Of Mara - A Cute Island-Hopping Platformer
Makes me think of Frogun or Demon Turf.
Re: Flashback 2 Modernises The Cinematic Platformer In New Trailer
It has some Shadow Complex vibes.
It's looking very good.
Re: Review: Legend Bowl - Shows A Love Of Football But Falls Short Of A First Down
@xDeckardx Blood Bowl III was announced for Switch, but then quietly went away after the negative reception on other platforms.
Re: Review: Legend Bowl - Shows A Love Of Football But Falls Short Of A First Down
I'll stick with Mutant Football League then.
Re: Red Dead Redemption Fans Aren't Happy About Rockstar's "Lazy Port"
Calling for a boycott = increased release visibility = more sales.
Publishers love boycotts. Keep it up.
Re: Talking Point: Will You Pay $50 For Red Dead Redemption On Switch?
If the port is well done, I'll be a buyer.
Re: Poll: Have You Ordered Physical Switch Games That Came With The Cart Missing?
Out of the roughly 1,500 physical games I've bought for Switch this hasn't happened once.
Re: Action RPG 'Fate/Samurai Remnant' Looks Gorgeous In Latest Gameplay Trailer
I've enjoyed every product Type-Moon has been involved with, so I'll be there day-one for this.

Re: Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Delayed To 2024
Take your time, Murayama-san. I've waited a long time for another proper 2D Suikoden game. I can wait a little while longer.

Re: Nintendo Download: 27th July (North America)
Physical copies of Double Dragon Gaiden and Sword & Fairy Inn 2 for me.
Re: Review: Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise Of The Dragons - Likeable, But Lacks Its Peers' Punch
It's so weird seeing Streets of Red in full color.
Re: Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun Lands A New Update, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
I wonder if this update will be baked into the physical release or if there'll be a day-one patch?
Re: Ubisoft Has Reportedly Cancelled Plans For An Immortals: Fenyx Rising Sequel
Looking forward to more open world homogenous AssCreed-flavored stuffs from the co-worker fondling folks at Ubisoft.
Re: Tencent Becomes 'Dying Light' Developer Techland's Majority Shareholder
Hail to our Chinese overlords. To be fair, Tencent are a majority owner of Digital Extremes (Warframe), my all-time favorite game. So it's...whatever.

Nothing for me this week. Just waiting six months or so for Pikmin 4 physical copies to on discount.
Re: Amazon Spain Leaks An Upcoming 'King Kong' Game For Switch
GameMill is publishing? In that case I'll take a hard pass. They're a low-tier publisher. The only exception has been Cruis'n Blast.
Re: Poll: Which Dormant Nintendo Franchise Would You Most Like To See Return?
Punch-Out
Nintendo own Next Level Games now, so I can't understand why they haven't asked them for a quick-and-dirty port of the Wii game to the Switch.
Re: The Witcher III On Switch Finally Gets DLC Inspired By The Netflix Series
Still one of the best games of the last decade.
I'll have to play my Switch copy one of these days.
Re: UK Charts: FIFA 23 Takes First Place Ahead Of Switch FC 24 Debut
I haven't played a futball game since FIFA Street. I wonder if EA FC 24 will be the soccer game for me?
Re: Soapbox: Switch Is Only A Classic Or Two From Being The Perfect PlayStation History Lesson
It's unfortunate that Castlevania Requiem is a Playstation exclusive. Nintendo platforms will probably never have Symphony of the Night.

Re: Save Up To 50% On Games And DLC In Koei Tecmo's eShop Summer Sale
But I have all of these. Sans the DLC. Actually I do not have Monster Rancher. I played my fill of those back on PS1 and I'm not compelled to return.
Re: Veteran Final Fantasy Devs Gather To Celebrate Franchise's 35th Anniversary
The series has an important place in my personal history with video games.
Re: Nippon Ichi's 30th Anniversary Website Teases Three Unannounced New Games
Probably remakes for Disgaea 2 & 3? They're the two holdouts from having all mainline entries on Switch.
Re: MythForce Brings Roguelike Action And '80s Cartoon Aesthetics To Switch This September
It's looking like Dragon's Lair but...playable, lol.
I'm interested.
Re: Mortal Kombat 1's First DLC Character Has Seemingly Been Confirmed
Homelander vs Omni-Man should be lit.
Re: Call Of Duty On Switch Is Back On After Microsoft Wins FTC Court Case
Call of Duty Mobile maybe. We probably won't get an actual CoD port until Nintendo's next hardware.
Re: Feature: What's The Best Version Of Street Fighter II On Nintendo Systems?
Going to have to go with the platform exclusive Ultra Street Fighter II.
Re: Final Fantasy Franchise Has Sold Over 180 Million Copies

Re: NBA 2K24 Tips Off This September On Switch With Kobe Bryant As Its Cover Athlete
Did you do your wife and family wrong? Just give her millions in jewelry and property. Problem solved. A move more efficient than his fade away J.

Re: NBA 2K24 Tips Off This September On Switch With Kobe Bryant As Its Cover Athlete
@quinnyboy58 He's lucky he lived in California, a no-fault state for adultery. Wife would've taken him to the cleaners otherwise.
Re: NBA 2K24 Tips Off This September On Switch With Kobe Bryant As Its Cover Athlete
Sexual offender. Perfect cover athlete, Take Two.
Re: Monolith Soft Profits Almost Doubled In Fiscal Year Ending March 2023
Since Monolith Soft built the world in TotK, they probably get a percentage of every copy sold.
