The game has more than enough content if you go for 100% completion, I don't see the need for this DLC. That being said, I might grab in a couple years if I feel like revisiting the game.

Physical release is a vague term these days, we use "full on-cartridge" now.

That's why you just don't translate a commercial from Japanese. The Japanese original song makes sense because all sentences end in "DA" like the game name "eaa raiDA" and it rhymes. This translation is just awful lol

@darkfenrir I can't play account's B content using account A on the same console using online licenses with both accounts registered as primary.

Maybe you are using only one or two consoles? In such case virtual game cards are in action even if you activate online licenses. Add a third one and the whole virtual game card system falls apart. According to the Nintendo official site : "Other people can only play your digital content if they are playing on a console where you have loaded the content as a virtual game card, and vice versa."

Still unable to link more than two systems to use virtual game cards and online licenses won't let you share content between users in the same console. Accessing digital content is a nightmare on Switch.

@NintendoWife Disagree with this, DK Country was my introduction to videogames and he was the icon of videogames for me for a good while.

From a character perspective he's as iconic and recognizable as Mario, he just didn't got as many games mostly because Nintendo themselves didn't know how to make good DK games, it was thanks to Rare that he became a big deal during the 90s.

Miyamoto on a personal level I wonder why he doesn't seem to care about Donkey Kong as much as Mario.

For me, The Last Story has the most beautiful and emotional fireworks sequence. Running as Elza with Kanan following you behind trying not to get lost in the city crowds, the fireworks illuminates the path with different colors and the explosions sound makes it difficult to hear each other just like in real life, so memorable!

They should acquired Platinum Games. They've put out some great games together but Platinum seems to be struggling lately.

Glad WiiU and 3DS are there, my favorite console duo.

I didn't realize how good we had it with the Switch, with physical releases here and there. It's a dreadful situation with the Switch 2 key-cards.

Such a disgusting and greedy company. Capcom is just abusing DRM with Key-cards on NS2 , Denuvo on PC, distributing all DLC of "complete editions" as download codes. Just another EA or Ubisoft.

All this icing on the package with no real cake. Why bothering with a collector's box, amiibo and even a pro controller if the actual game is not even included? We get anything but the game itself, just cardboard and a lot of plastic. Capcom is taking advantage of the consumer abusing Key cards, while smaller devs like Playtonic and Nightdive are doing the actual work to put out their game on real cartridges.

Give us a full on-cartridge release on Switch 2 an I'll buy it day one Capcom.

I'll join the Joker festival in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds this weekend.

As someone who cares about game preservation, this was bothering me so I made some research. According to the japanese My Nintendo Store retail version website, an update is required for local communication and online play.

If all offline content can be accessed from the cartridge without updating I don't see any problem.

Forget Microsoft and its lies, Nightdive Studios have announced the System Shock remake is coming to Switch 2 with mouse controls and full on-cartridge. I know who I'm supporting.

@MatthewTaranto hopefully no major content is in that update, other than the online global ranking stuff, probably licenses and the machine market.

Another full on-cartridge release, adding this game to my small Switch 2 library.

Love it! Again this is is the year of the kart racer, Mario Kart World, Sonic Racing CrossWorlds and Kirby Air Riders all in the same year, couldn't ask for a better game lineup.

Top Ride is back!

Using the Gamepad as the camera Obscura is one of the best WiiU implementations and the most immersive way to play this game.

Just one more month! Honestly I still can't believe this game is real, my 11-year-old self would never believe it, yet here we are witnessing this miracle.

RIP Itagaki san, his legacy is remarkable. It's unfortunate that his last game was received so negatively, I absolutely enjoyed it on the WiiU and it was by far his most ambitious project.

He can now join Playtonic Games.

Hopefully Switch 2 key-card games get re-released in the future as proper physicals.

I like how this game handles DLC and Smash Bros. could learn a thing or two. Distributing SEGA characters as free updates while licensed characters, that not everyone cares about, are paid DLC.

Sonic Racing deserves more sales, hopefully it does well enough to justify another game in the future, love the series!

Love them both equally and I'm happy we got two of the best Kart racers ever this year.
