As someone who played the first game’s remake and really enjoyed it I am definitely gonna get this. Also I like that they seem to have brought back the voice acting in the 2nd game since it was replaced with mumbles in the first repac.

@GamingFan4Lyf Honestly I thought that this would be a live a live game when they brought up stuff like time and centuries. 😅

I might keep an eye on it. And if I do play it here’s hoping that I can beat it now that I’m older and not as easily scared! 😅

I don’t know why but whenever I hear about Best Buy selling video games I’m always like “wait they sell games?”. Probably because I always think of them as a phone/TV store.

@Fizza I would also love a new poke park game since I enjoyed the first one. Never played the second one for the same reason I never played RTDL, because I was an idiot at the time.

To be honest it’s not that hard to voice toad. Just do a high pitched grating voice and boom! You got toad.

I’ve checked in a few target stores and they’ve either
A. Don’t have a switch 2 demo kiosk
Or
B. They have one but the only demo it has is Mario kart world.
I really hope they get the bananza demo to the targets me and my family go to…

@Exerion76 Bruh I miss Nintendo’s ads in the 2000’s and 2010’s as well. They always had a fun little skit that captures your attention and makes you wondering what they are advertising, and then when they reveal it it can make you go “oh I get it now!” Now a days though it’s just gameplay footage and some people just sitting around a tv playing the game. Which I get they want to show off the gameplay but they kinda get a bit boring nowadays.

This is one of the most Japanese games I ever seen… and I LOVE it!

I never actually owned a Mario strikers game before battle league. I do have a friend that visited my house years ago and brought charged with him and we played it for a bit.
Definitely wanna try this out.

Still easily the best controller Nintendo has ever created. Although since I have a powerA GameCube controller I probably won’t get this.

Fun fact:The GameCube was my first home console ever and has some of the best games in my childhood like Super Mario Sunshine, Pikmin 2, Billy Hatcher, Paper Mario the thousand year door, and more! Although the only game in the Nintendo classics GameCube library I have nostalgia for is SoulCalibur 2, and to a lesser extent wind waker since my brother really like that game, and I never even heard of F-Zero GX until years later. 😅

Is it me or is GameMill this generation’s LJN? You have a company that (as far as I know) doesn’t make their own games and out source them to other devs and the games quality depends on how good the developer is (then again the developers for LJN’s who framed roger rabbit and Friday the 13th game are Rareware and Atlus respectively so).

I gave it a 9/10. Honestly a much better direct then the MKW direct because of just how much new stuff they shown in it.

Honestly this is pretty cool to see Pauline in a actual new Donkey Kong game. Also for anyone confused over Pauline being a kid in this game, the Mario universe is no stranger to time travel (Partners in time, yoshi’s island DS, and yoshi’s new island) so my main bet is that time travel is involved.

They give a incentive for players to explore and find them and make them more and more stronger.
