Yeah the general consensus online is that the console itself is fairly priced due to how powerful it is, it’s the games that has everyone up in arms.

These videos are always so charming and I always love Bowser being a good father to his son. Although my main complaint about the remade video is the segment where Bowser Jr despairs over his game being forcibly shut off while playing Mario kart since in the original video the game shuts off right when he was about to win a race compared to the remade video where it was just in the middle of the race.

DK bananza is a yes, the Kirby forgotten land upgrade and Kirby air riders are two definite yes’s, MKW is a maybe (I held off of buying MK8D for 7 years because I already had other games to play at the time, so I can wait for a discount on MKW), PLZA is also another yes, deltarune is also another yes since I played through chapters 1 and 2, and since I really enjoy AoC I’ll likely wishlist AoI.

Kirby air ride is honestly one of the most underrated games on the already underrated GameCube so the fact we are not only getting a new Kirby air ride game but that Masahiro Sakurai is working on this makes me even more excited.

Say what you will about Nintendo but they are very good at compression, though MKW’s size is pretty big for a Nintendo game.

This is all perfectly reasonable, except the home button not waking up the console but that’s a minor thing.

Honestly when I saw how expressive he was in the trailer for bananza i immediately loved it.
And I’m happy to see that DK’s character designer for the rare games also enjoys it.

Also for anyone curious it seems that games that have a small upgrade like higher FPS and better graphics will be free since scar/vi will be getting a free upgrade.

Honestly I see this game as kinda like Skyrim.
A genuinely great game but bogged down by glitches and bugs that once fixed is a legitimately good game.

Also I remember when I was young games were like 20-30$ which is why I have a pretty decent amount of GCN, Wii, and DS games.

3 games though? I know GameCube games are pretty meaty and racing games are one of the most replayable genres out there but still…

I was hoping this will be like a pack-in title. And then they said it will be paid. Here’s hoping it’s like 5$.

@kiwi2 1-2 switch sold 3.61 million copies. Of course Nintendo is gonna make this paid.

Honestly this pleasantly surprised me and I love how expressive DK looks.

As someone who played a lot of Kirby air ride when he was a kid this made me so excited! And the fact that daddy sakurai is working on this only cements the fact that this is gonna be game of the year.

Honestly I like the guy that revealed this. He just sounds so excited to announce this.

While I do enjoy AoC and I am definitely planning on getting this, this does make me worried that we probably won’t get a Kirby warriors game for a few years (if at all).

Honestly when they announced this I was scared that I had to buy a new version of the game, and then they revealed that you can purchase an upgrade for this I was immediately relieved.

I was already thinking of getting a new micro SD card for this so I’m not too upset.
