Oh cool. Always loved these. Hopefully I get more details and dates for stuff I've been looking forward to, like Neverway, The Witch's Bakery, and hopefully confirmation that At Fate's End is coming to the Switch 2.
Looks incredible. And I don't mind that its coming in 2027. It means that they're gonna take their time for once. If they play their cards right, this may be one of the all-time best Gens.
Aegislash. All-time favorite Pokémon right there. Good design, the stat switching when it changes its forms is cool, and its resistances are pretty insane.
@Kiyata It's pretty odd to see some people get so grumpy and pouty about certain games such as this. It feels like so many people here only truly care about a 3D Mario, Metroid, 3D Zelda, Xenoblade, and sometimes Pokémon. Any other games you bring up in Nintendo's library will be either handwaved or talked down to simply because they're not these big-tentpole Nintendo titles. Sure, not every game will appeal to everyone, since tastes differ, which is perfectly fine! Great, even! Heck, I myself want a 3D Mario and Zelda as badly as the next guy. Absolutely no judgment whatsoever. But it is really evident how thick a bubble certain places on the internet can be.
Wow, really? So... you forcibly censor this game, but the millions of AI hentai games on the eshop get away scot-free? Not all of us are children, Nintendo. You know that, right? What a joke.
@TerribleTerabytes Thank you. Glad someone said it. Really is weird that people even bother to comment in the first place for something they don't care about.
No, no, no, NO! This is WRONG! The Switch 2 isn't selling well! It was supposed to have a bad holiday, and Nintendo should actually rethink its strategy because these numbers aren't right.
...At least that's what the loud people on the internet told me.
@KayFiOS It's honestly outright comical how much some people absolutely despise this game on here. Claiming it to be the worst thing Nintendo has ever made. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that people should absolutely %100 like the game. It's a public forum, and people are free to say what they want. Such as how the game isn't for them, don't like the gameplay, don't see the appeal, etc...all of that is fair and just. Absolutely no problems with that whatsoever. Heck, even the game itself isn't perfect, nor is it for everyone.
But then I see things like people saying utter nonsense like "This game only exists to make Sakurai happy," or "No one cares about this game", and like...huh??? And seeing this happen, over and over and over again, is enough to drive one mad. Also, for a game they hate and don't care about, some of 'em sure do love to comment on it over and over and over again. Again, public forum, I know. But still...yeesh.
Just a reminder that no game is safe from harsh or fair criticism, regardless of its legacy. Literally anything could happen when reviews, impressions, opinions, and word of mouth are involved.
Hopefully a 2D Metroid isn't far off because those games are more up my speed.
Yeah, I'm waiting for reviews on this. And even if this does score well, I think I'll still wait a while. These sports games are all over the place in terms of quality with Aces and that golf game being pretty solid with Battle League being basically nothing.
So happy to see Octopath on there. Game divers even more sales. I dunno if it'll top OT2 for me, but it's definitely getting close with how deep OT0 has its hooks in me.
@GamingFan4Lyf Yeah, seriously. Like...can you imagine them charging $20 for it? If you were to buy the game separately, that would make it $100, which would be insane.
Have a feeling this is gonna be a very predictable show with E33 winning basically everything. Hopefully there will be some worthwhile reveals because the outrageousness that sometimes comes from this show can only carry it so far.
So, so happy to see it scored well. The Ocotpath games have always had a special place in my heart. They always impress me with their great gameplay, appealing art style, and gives me just enough story and characters to make me care.
I'm more than ok with the 100 hours thing, too. Considering that it's 1) a JRPG, no duh it's gonna be long. I've played many that are just as long, if not longer. And 2) for $50, I'd be more than happy to pay compared to +$70 games that I'll finish in a weekend.
No, I don't care if it's niche. So what if it is? This is one of the most polished, engaging, deep, memorable, and content-rich multiplayer games I've ever experienced. No amount of questioning why this game exists or naysayers are gonna sway me from that. If anything, I wouldn't be surprised if this game ends up becoming one of Nintendo's biggest sleeper hits as time goes on.
Shame. Game deserves way more than that. It's not only one of the games that gets the most use out of my Switch 2 (alongside Bananza and Hades 2), but also one of the best multiplayer games I've ever played.
Glad it did well, and no, I'm not upset that it's somewhat divisive. Any game that is doing something unique and different is way more interesting to me than the been-there-done-that ones that are predictable and safe. Decisive games aren't the same as actual bad games. If the gameplay doesn't jive with you, play something else. It's not the game's fault.
I was already on board from the very start. I've played the hell out of the original and it makes me so happy to see a game that originally released on Nintendo's worst selling console get a second chance on one of their better selling ones.
Don't know why some people think that there's some weird catch for this game existing, but whatever.

Re: Indie World Showcase Announced For Tomorrow, 3rd March 2026
Oh cool. Always loved these. Hopefully I get more details and dates for stuff I've been looking forward to, like Neverway, The Witch's Bakery, and hopefully confirmation that At Fate's End is coming to the Switch 2.
Re: Review: Pokémon Pokopia (Switch 2) - One Of The Most Enticing Pokémon Games Ever
Guess I'm getting this one, then. Mother's going through a tough time right now, so this'll be the perfect stress reliever for her.
Re: Pokémon Winds & Waves Announced For Switch 2, Launching Next Year
Looks incredible. And I don't mind that its coming in 2027. It means that they're gonna take their time for once. If they play their cards right, this may be one of the all-time best Gens.
Choosing Browt, by the way. Always love my birds.
Re: Poll: What's Your Favourite Gen 8 Pokémon?
Corviknight. Armored birds are cool as hell.
Re: Poll: What's Your Favourite Gen 7 Pokémon?
Another favorite of mine. Tough choice between Decidueye and Palossand. I'll go with Decidueye.
Re: Pokémon Presents Announced For 27th February, 2026
Gen 10 is obvious, but I wonder what else'll be here. Still holding out hope for Black and White remakes.
Re: Poll: What's Your Favourite Gen 6 Pokémon?
Aegislash. All-time favorite Pokémon right there. Good design, the stat switching when it changes its forms is cool, and its resistances are pretty insane.
Re: Poll: What's Your Favourite Gen 5 Pokémon?
Ah, finally arrived at my favorite Gen. A tough choice because I have soooo many favorites in this one, but I'll choose Haxorus.
Re: UK Charts: Mario Tennis Fever Serves Up A Decent Debut
Go Reanimal! Nice to see that it has a pretty good start. Game rocks.
Re: Review: Reanimal (Switch 2) - Little Nightmares Team Delivers Its Darkest, Boldest Vision Yet
Better a game leaves you wanting more than less of it, so the short length means nothing to me. Can't wait.
Re: Review: Mario Tennis Fever (Switch 2) - Slim For Singles, But An Addictive Core Gives It Online Legs
Weak Adventure mode means wait for the sale, then. Got way too many other games in the upcoming months to bother with this.
Re: Square Enix Is Making Changes To Its New HD-2D Game Based On Demo Feedback
@Friendly I'd argue there's even less than that due to a good chunk of them being remakes. Plus, the HD-2D games have been pretty consistent so far.

Re: Nintendo Showcases Every Switch And Switch 2 Partner Direct Game In New Infographic
Elliot, Pragmanta, and Reanimal for me. Woof... need to be careful what I pick so my wallet doesn't go completely empty.
Re: Square Enix's Gorgeous HD-2D Zelda-Like 'The Adventures Of Elliot' Launches This June
Whoooo! So excited for this! Day one for sure!
Re: Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase Announced For Tomorrow, 5th February 2026
The Adventures of Elliot and some updates on certain indie games would make this one of the best for me.
Re: Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Fails To Meets Sega's Expectations
Sonic never interested me and I already bought enough kart racers from last year so this isn't surprising.
Re: Poll: What Nintendo Switch 2 Games Are You Most Excited For In 2026?
For what's announced currently, Fire Emblem, Yoshi, and Rhythm Heaven. I'm interested in Mario Tennis and DQ7, but not day one.

Re: Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream Moves In On Switch 1 This April
@ThatOnePenguin Don't start.
Re: PSA: Dispatch's 'Visual Censorship' Settings Can't Be Removed On Switch
Wow, really? So... you forcibly censor this game, but the millions of AI hentai games on the eshop get away scot-free? Not all of us are children, Nintendo. You know that, right? What a joke.
Re: Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream Nintendo Direct Announced For Thursday, 29th January
@TerribleTerabytes Thank you. Glad someone said it. Really is weird that people even bother to comment in the first place for something they don't care about.
Re: The Next 'Super Mario Galaxy Movie' Nintendo Direct Arrives Sunday, 25th January
Sure, why not? It could be fun, especially on a weekend.
Re: Switch 2 Remains The Fastest-Selling Console In The US At 4.4 Million Units
No, no, no, NO! This is WRONG! The Switch 2 isn't selling well! It was supposed to have a bad holiday, and Nintendo should actually rethink its strategy because these numbers aren't right.

Re: Japanese Charts: Nintendo's Dominance Continues As Switch 2 Flies Past 4 Million Units Sold
Huh, that's weird. I thought nobody was buying a Switch 2, and that Nintendo was stuck in a rut and Japan's sales don't matter???
Air Riders continuing to dominate. Wouldn't be surprised if it sold a million by March or so.
Re: Japanese Charts: Pokémon Legends Z-A Surpasses 1 Million Sales On Switch 2
Air Riders still dominating the Japan charts despite the cartoonish backlash in the West. Love to see it. Good job to ZA all around, too.
Re: Mario Tennis Fever Overview Trailer Serves Up A Host Of Fresh Features
Still waiting to see how this all plays out, but it's starting to look better than I thought it'd be.
Re: Mario Tennis On Switch 2 Has 38 Playable Characters – "The Most In Series History"
Yeah, I'm waiting for reviews on this. And even if this does score well, I think I'll still wait a while. These sports games are all over the place in terms of quality with Aces and that golf game being pretty solid with Battle League being basically nothing.
Re: Opinion: I Reviewed 25 Switch 2 Games In 2025, And These Are My Top 3 Picks
Yeah, Air Riders rocks. Have no interest in any more Hyrule Warriors games, and the only tactical RPGs I play are the ones from Fire Emblem.
Re: Best Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 Games Of 2025
@Cipher36 Huh, weird. Guess it changed. Oh well, still pretty high!
Re: Best Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 Games Of 2025
Woooooooo!!! Octopath Traveler 0 in the top ten! Love to see it!
Re: Square Enix's HD-2D Series 'Octopath Traveler' Hits Another Sales Milestone
And it deserves many more. These games scratch that JRPG itch that no other game does. So happy to see it grow as time goes on.
Re: Beloved Superhero Comedy Dispatch Is Seemingly Flying Onto Switch 2 Next Year
Yeah, don't skip this. Game is fun.
Re: The Game Awards GOTY For 2025 Is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
E33 wins, because of course. Happy for it, though. Game was great. Mario Kart World didn't deserve to win spit, but eh.
Re: Japanese Charts: Sorry Samus, Octopath Is The Best-Selling New Release This Week
So happy to see Octopath on there. Game divers even more sales. I dunno if it'll top OT2 for me, but it's definitely getting close with how deep OT0 has its hooks in me.
Re: Random: Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour Wins GameStop's "Worst Game Of The Year" Award
Good. Paying actual money for a tutorial is dumb.
Re: UK Charts: Metroid Prime 4 Debuts Behind Mario Kart World And EA Sports FC 26
Octopath Traveler 0 being so low is lame. Game is absolutely awesome.
Re: Is Mario Kart World Getting Donkey Kong Bananza DLC? Datamines Have Fans Speculating
@GamingFan4Lyf Yeah, seriously. Like...can you imagine them charging $20 for it? If you were to buy the game separately, that would make it $100, which would be insane.
Re: The Game Awards 2025: Time, Date & How To Watch
@BaldB3lper78 Totally. That game would be perfect for it.

Re: Review: Octopath Traveler 0 (Switch 2) - A Bit Of A Retread, But Unmissable (And Enormous)
So, so happy to see it scored well. The Ocotpath games have always had a special place in my heart. They always impress me with their great gameplay, appealing art style, and gives me just enough story and characters to make me care.

Re: UK Charts: Kirby Is Nowhere To Be Seen In A Quiet Week
People really do refuse to broaden their horizons and give unique things a chance, I swear.
Re: Japanese Charts: Kirby Air Riders Is Off To A Flying Start
Better. Much better. Hopefully it'll be an evergreen title over there, too.
Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Kirby Air Riders?
9/10.
No, I don't care if it's niche. So what if it is? This is one of the most polished, engaging, deep, memorable, and content-rich multiplayer games I've ever experienced. No amount of questioning why this game exists or naysayers are gonna sway me from that. Re: UK Charts: Kirby Air Riders Narrowly Misses Out On A Top Ten Spot
@ozwally Haha, Toko is a great character and Danganronpa is a great series, I agree!
Re: UK Charts: Kirby Air Riders Narrowly Misses Out On A Top Ten Spot
Shame. Game deserves way more than that. It's not only one of the games that gets the most use out of my Switch 2 (alongside Bananza and Hades 2), but also one of the best multiplayer games I've ever played.

Re: Review: Kirby Air Riders (Switch 2) - Incredibly Chaotic, But Satisfyingly Deep & Rewarding Racing
Never had any doubt. Still can't believe this is happening, and tomorrow no less! Game's gonna eat up so much of my time.
Re: Poll: So, Will You Be Getting Kirby Air Riders?
I was already on board from the very start. I've played the hell out of the original and it makes me so happy to see a game that originally released on Nintendo's worst selling console get a second chance on one of their better selling ones.
