Yeah, Air Riders rocks. Have no interest in any more Hyrule Warriors games, and the only tactical RPGs I play are the ones from Fire Emblem.

So happy to see Octopath on there. Game divers even more sales. I dunno if it'll top OT2 for me, but it's definitely getting close with how deep OT0 has its hooks in me.

Have a feeling this is gonna be a very predictable show with E33 winning basically everything. Hopefully there will be some worthwhile reveals because the outrageousness that sometimes comes from this show can only carry it so far.

So, so happy to see it scored well. The Ocotpath games have always had a special place in my heart. They always impress me with their great gameplay, appealing art style, and gives me just enough story and characters to make me care.

I'm more than ok with the 100 hours thing, too. Considering that it's 1) a JRPG, no duh it's gonna be long. I've played many that are just as long, if not longer. And 2) for $50, I'd be more than happy to pay compared to +$70 games that I'll finish in a weekend.

Can't wait for tomorrow.

People really do refuse to broaden their horizons and give unique things a chance, I swear.

No, I don't care if it's niche. So what if it is? This is one of the most polished, engaging, deep, memorable, and content-rich multiplayer games I've ever experienced. No amount of questioning why this game exists or naysayers are gonna sway me from that. If anything, I wouldn't be surprised if this game ends up becoming one of Nintendo's biggest sleeper hits as time goes on.

@ozwally Haha, Toko is a great character and Danganronpa is a great series, I agree!

Shame. Game deserves way more than that. It's not only one of the games that gets the most use out of my Switch 2 (alongside Bananza and Hades 2), but also one of the best multiplayer games I've ever played.

Glad it did well, and no, I'm not upset that it's somewhat divisive. Any game that is doing something unique and different is way more interesting to me than the been-there-done-that ones that are predictable and safe. Decisive games aren't the same as actual bad games. If the gameplay doesn't jive with you, play something else. It's not the game's fault.

Never had any doubt. Still can't believe this is happening, and tomorrow no less! Game's gonna eat up so much of my time.

I was already on board from the very start. I've played the hell out of the original and it makes me so happy to see a game that originally released on Nintendo's worst selling console get a second chance on one of their better selling ones.

Well, this is it, Illumination. Are you gonna treat this timeless gem with the respect it deserves, or are you gonna muck it up in more ways than one? Hopefully it's the former.

@N00BiSH @Nintoz @PeterTomlan86 I 100% agree. Parroting all of your words, Galaxy is one of the most significant, meaningful, and special games in the entire Mario franchise, if not the most. It was a game that gave us unforgettable moments that we all still remember even to this day, had us go through amazingly crafted levels, gave us a fantastic soundtrack that graced our ears, and had moments of tact and silence. So the fact that Illumination of all things has its grubby hands on this shakes me to my core. It's the one game that they cannot mess up.

Granted, I'm not gonna write this off immediately since we obviously haven't seen anything yet and Nintendo always cracks the whip, but I really hope they don't do something like make Rosalina overly goofy or something.

Love to see it! Loved what I played with the demo and can't wait for the full release. Don't care how it does; I've been waiting years for this.

Not surprised by their success at all. When someone wants the newest toy, chances are they'll want it. Doesn't matter who screams at you otherwise.

Air Riders getting two Directs was a good idea because it showed the many modes and content in that game. Moreover, Sakurai and his team are behind it, not Retro Studios. Whatever advertising is going on with that game has no bearing on this one—literally none.

Hell, I'm willing to bet we get an overview trailer for this one in the next few weeks or so.

Yeah, we're definitely not getting a new one next year. A tease maybe, but definitely not a release.

It pretty much made the wait unbearable. It's literally everything I could've asked for. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Doubting Sakurai is somewhat foolish.

Holy crap, the way it all just connects. First, you ride alongside the train, then go through the entire factory, and it all ends with you soaring through the skies across the aircrafts. I know that 90% of our time is gonna go to City Trial, but I'd be lying out of my teeth if I said I'm not too excited about racing on these insane looking tracks.

Yes, yes, yes! Kinda feels like this will be the one where things really pop off. It felt like the first one was just getting to terms with the basics of what Air Ride is, which is pretty much how these types of things go.

Yeah, the graphics aren't the best, the game could really benefit from voice acting, and there are a few things that could have been improved. Despite all this, I don't hate the game. In fact, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but it might be the best Pokémon game I've played on the Switches. Whether that's a low bar to clear or not, I can't say for sure, but it’s definitely less awkward than Scarlet and Violet, and it doesn’t feel as dreadful to play like Sword and Shield.

Tepig. Always have to get that Black/White recognition.

Yeah, I'm enjoying the game and all, but the fact that it has these cool-looking scenes with characters doing dynamic poses and animations with no voices whatsoever really takes the wind out of my sails. They needed to fix this years ago.

I am, already have it preorder. Always did have a soft spot for this series and that never changed no matter how bad things got.

MKW was one of the best, worst, and most disappointing racing games ever played—all three at once. And I have zero interest in playing anything Sonic. Can't wait for Kirby Air Riders; that game looks like something I can get behind.

It's still the best game in the series—no, the best game ever made by this company. Especially the sequel, which had everything I could've wanted. Story, characters, music, the 'mon designs, the extra content, the locations, the unique battles, the graphics... the game was just oozing with charm. Man, to be young again.

I would kill for a remake, but after the Diamond and Pearl remakes, maybe not.

@N00BiSH Exactly. Hell, for all we know, he could reveal +50 new tracks to race on or a completely brand new mode. It's Sakurai. The guy who loves to stuff his games with things to do, both big and small. Doubting him is somewhat foolish.
