FPS doesn't bother me. MGS1 is in my top 5 favourite games of all time but I never played the sequels. Will definitely pick this collection up on Switch.

My local store in Ireland is offering 3 Pin Set. No pictures of what it looks like but it's something.

Great game. Terrible price. Already played it so not bothered about picking it up again, even if it was €10.

It needs more than one game. I think we'll see at least 3D Mario, Metroid 4 and maybe a new IP all within the first 3 months of launch, Mario being a day-one title. Then all the 3rd party support to back it up.

Prefer the First4Figures ones. Need to add to my collection.

My guess is yes, eventually, but not by much.

Personally I don't like the look of it. Not for me. And definitely not at that price.

@epicgamner Both games are amazing. I would still give TOTK the nod for GOTY but man Hi Fi Rush is definitely a close 2nd. Loved it the whole way through.

@solarwolf07 because a lot of people enjoy playing those kinda games. Including myself. Let people play what they want to play. Hate this kinda judgement of peoples gaming choices.

Looks nice but I wish we had F1 23 on Switch. Would be nice to have it portable. At least I can get my F1 fix on Xcloud.

If it runs well I'll invest.

Day one purchase if it gets promising reviews for Switch. I have access to some FIFA games on Gamepass but would much prefer to have them on Switch.

@Sisilly_G I decided 50 hours or so was long enough to play the game without it so I looked up where to get it. Turns out I had been right beside that area just a few hours before (as in I could have walked to it in about 20 seconds) and didn't go over to see what was there. Very easy to miss things in this game.

I'm over 60 hours in and barely build anything. But that might change now as I have only recently unlocked the last ability Link gets which will help with that.

@Everythingnotsaved same. I'm only about 50 hours in and want to discover as much as I can on my own first. I might open this book in a year or two.....maybe.

50 hours in. Getting distracted by anything and everything. It's brilliant. Still on the fence about if I think it's better than BOTW or not. They're both amazing in different ways.

After listening to the Kinda Funny Gamescast podcast this week, this game is on my radar. They all loved it and liked the twists on game mechanics (using foam to build upwards to create defences or better attacking positions) and the cool mode where you have to take out the "VIP" of the opposing team.
I already own splatoon but this looks very good also. Will keep an eye out for reviews.

40 hours into TOTK. And I feel I've nothing done. Long way to go yet.

NBA for €7.50 is decent but that download size, yikes!

@Cikajovazmaj they dropped the price of the first game so quick people assumed the same would happen with this one and held off on buying it. Thats the main reason I didnt buy it. Loved the first game and will definitely get this one at some point.

@smithyo Same. Tried it awhile back on Gamepass I think. Just couldn't get into it. Not for me.

@Octane Are we not allowed have dairy now? It's hard to keep track of what I need to be outraged at these days.

@invictus4000 Yes, but I'm more than happy driving around on a plank of wood with a load of fans stuck to it rather than anything that's actually practical. I'm not getting too hung up on designing something cool and the game doesn't care if I do or not.

These guys really like their Zelda games.

Given that I rarely buy games on day one anymore this doesn't really affect me. Games get released buggy more often than not so I'd rather wait awhile and pay less for a better version of the game.

I've no nostalgia for the older games since I never played them, so not interested in them amiibo. I bought the 4 Champions from BOTW amiibo but once I seen the First 4 Figures statues I knew thats the way I was gonna go for Zelda statues. More expensive but look so much cooler.

I will be playing this game for years. And years. And years. No panic. Just going to enjoy it.

TotK is all I'll need for the rest of the year.

Switch is by a long way my favourite console I've ever owned. And I've been gaming since the late 80's. Even if a new Nintendo console got released tomorrow I can see myself using the Switch for a long time to come yet.

Think I'll just stick to Mario Kart.

I've the collectors edition ordered and collected my Zelda Console on Friday. I'm all in on this game.

@LastFootnote Age of Calamity is brilliant. Completely different game but has an enjoyable story and fun set-pieces. If you're looking for more story set in that universe you'll love it.

@MikeJones this is me with all games right now. I'm afraid to start anything on any platform because I know I'll abandon it on May 12th. Sticking to mostly online multiplayer stuff lately.

@Baler depends on what the player base is like in Splatoon 2. I haven't played it since I got 3 but gameplay wise they are very similar experiences.

Will probably avoid. I've already seen too much. Roll on next month.

I gave it a 10. Its a fantastic kids movie. There's also enough stuff there for adults to keep them entertained. Doesn't go on too long. Ticked all the boxes.

Wish they'd make a proper Tron game.

I mostly buy those types of games in physical form. So not really bothered with these sales.

My day one Switch controllers still seem to be working fine. One had a bit of drift at one point but once I exercised it a biot it seemed to fix it. Trading in this month for the Zelda OLED. The original has served me well.

Decided to pull the trigger and pre-ordered. I still have my day one Switch so decided to upgrade. Should be able to get a bit of money for it in the second-hand market so that'll go towards the cost. I've also pre-ordered the collectors edition of the game. Expensive month ahead.

@AstroTheGamosian Wow, €2000. I've massively cut back my spending on games in the last few years. I pretty much only buy games I intend on playing straight away and then actually finish it. Buying that many games at once would screw my backlog completely haha

@AstroTheGamosian I caved last night. Seen I could get roughly €180 for my OG Switch so basically getting the new OLED for half the price. Pre-ordered it last night. Still not sure if I'll go ahead with the transaction or cancel it but for now it's ordered. Eeek!

@AstroTheGamosian It has been on my mind a little to replace it given it is 6 years old now. I guess I could sell it second hand to offset the cost of the OLED. Just seems unneccesary when it's still working fine.

I still have my Day 1 Switch and it works just fine. Not sure I can justify getting a new version so late in the console cycle.

Avoiding all news for this game from here on in. Don't want to know anymore than I already do.

Always with the rumours. I'll care when Nintendo announce something. Everything else is just people guessing.
