Ugly looking design if I'm being honest. Mostly the color scheme. Wish they'd go with grey and black like the original nes or grey and purple like the snes.

@OorWullie that's a big miss for them. To each their own of course, but alot of us don't understand that score. It truly feels like another movie in the timeline, and the gameplay is perfectly paced, engaging, set pieces are great, graphics are on point. It's all superb. Highly recommend it when you can.

Yep, it was pretty much a perfect experience for me. That and indy were my goty nominations..I think I'll give it to indy though, just barely.

My two main games are Indiana Jones on xbox and Brothership on Switch. I'm also fiddling around with Willow on NES and Dk Land 3 on the Gameboy app.

Final Fantasy VI and 1000yr Door were my most played games. Not surprised but I do think brothership will top FF VI.

@moodymcsorley definitely appreciate the feedback. I get what you're saying. I just have a feeling I'd be struggling with this game unfortunately.

I wanted this but I'm not a huge fan of difficult, confusing, and grind heavy rpgs to overcome battles. It looks beautiful though, too bad. I'll probably grab DQIII instead.

First game mentioned is a whopping 3/10 from NL. Yea, no thanks. Very little time as it is to game, can't be bogged down with typical giveaway shovelware. Unless of course someone can convince me they have some banger titles in their catalog?

@sketchturner if that's the case, I'll take a pass. I could easily plan on GP. Not to mention, the poor map design is an issue too.

Definitely been on my radar for a good while. My main concern was the length of the game. It's one thing for a 2d side scrolling action game( aka bloodstained cotm) to be a couple hours, but for this genre, I was also hoping for something a little more. I'll definitely grab this at some point, just a matter of when.
