If a game is cleared to release in retail outlets, then Nintendo would be hard pressed to ask for censorship on the eShop for the same title.
On the flip, if a game is digital only, and fails to meet one of the ratings boards guidelines (CERO), then it would be easier for this situation to happen.
100% if AdHoc decided to release a physical version that was uncensored and was cleared by ESRB, then it would have had no issue having an uncensored version on the eshop. Alas smaller studio, less resources, etc. This most likely boils down to money and getting pigeon holed by overseas ratings.
Edit - If Nintendo was truly concerned about parents finding a loop hole to buy this for their kids, which is the only reason I can think of as the game looks cartoonish and is about super heroes…. Then the answer was so much simpler than this turned out to be. They just needed a massive disclaimer directly on the eshop page listing
“This game features adult content and is intended for adult audiences.”
Done.
Again, we have Cyberpunk, GTA, Witcher 3, LSL, etc… all featuring heavy adult themes regarding sex and sexuality, some with blatant full frontal nudity. Trust that the adults know what they’re doing, and that a large portion of us adults with children grew up during the ESRB formation and know how to parent our children when it comes to games. I personally vet games before I let my kiddos play them, either by playing them myself or watching a break down of everything contained within.
@ThatOneLevel In this particular instance it’s not about what was censored, it is about platform parity. Basically it’s ridiculous that because we’ve chosen Switch as a primary platform that we get shafted. We should be far past that point in gaming, as the 90s and Mortal Kombat should have taught all companies.
As paying consumers we also shouldn’t be treated like children who don’t know how or what to buy. It’s condescending, and undermining.
And lastly it was, as AdHoc fully admits, very poor communication on this being a censored version to begin with.
As for Xeno and FE, those, like many other Eastern games, got censored on the way over due to provocative/sexualized clothing on npcs listed under age. Difference in regional acceptance. Japan is fine with 13-14 year olds in bathing suits but censors male genitals in even adult only media. America is on the flip, only 18+ should be provocative, and a hanging dangler is fine on mature / R rated content.
@ottoecamn “ We’re already working with Nintendo on a path forward. I'll get ahead of it now and say that between dev time and the console submission process, we're talking weeks not days.”
This portion would indicate that they truly did decide to take the easy route and port the Japanese censored pc/ps version as a worldwide release on switch. At least that’s my take away from it. And that has more or less been verified with various bits of evidence.
As someone else stated, if they chose to release uncensored and censored versions on Switch that would equal 4 total versions between S1 and S2, where their answer equaled only 2 versions, both censored; one for switch and one for switch 2.
For Pc and Ps they did 2 versions each as well. Uncensored Pc/Ps and Japan Censored Pc/Ps.
Dollars to donuts the Ps/Pc Japan version is a 1:1 ratio to Switch versions. Just makes the most business sense when you want to quickly release a game.
I’m less interested in the how/why at this point though and more interested in the rectifying. At the very least Nintendo must realize that not having parity with other platforms will cause sales loss, and more over, consumers doubting whether or not they should purchase an M rated game on their platform. And Devs should realize us as consumers deserve better treatment and respect than what was given to us. This is our hard earned money that we part with, we deserve to not be treated like children.
And for the record, I maintained my pre-order, and did not request a refund. I have faith that this situation can and will be solved at some point.
@Spider-Kev True. I haven’t made it to the particular scene yet, but Johnny supposedly has a full frontal scene that’s part of the story snd unskippable. (Not that I care about skipping)
I’m fine with all the nudity and adult themes in the game. Funny enough it’s the in game ads that are the most “offensive” to me. Lawdy it’s errrywhere! Lmao
Based on the in game ads, you’d think everything was just Burritos, Sex and Guns. People in business suits stand out comparatively to the ads. 🤣
@Spider-Kev It is in the customization screen. Maybe not cutscenes, but def customization and when you dress your avatar, as you can adjust your pubic hair. Same for male avatars.
@Markatron84 In the Japanese version Cyberpunk is censored regardless of platform. For Western shops Cyberpunk is not censored. Can confirm full nudity on Switch version as I own it.
@Alienfanatic Beat me to the punch. Just found the reddit post where myriada confirmed the same binary across all switch regions (BR37A). So this was indeed AdHoc just releasing one singular version of the game that would pass all standards in all regions.
Shame. Wish they would have done like they did with Ps and Pc and released two versions. Shame we didn’t get the same treatment.
For those that don’t know the Japanese release of this on Ps5 is the same version as the Switch version. CERO guidelines forced that decision. And apparently AdHoc didn’t feel like making the effort again on Switch to make 2 versions, one for Japan and one of the rest of the world….
Maybe, just maybe, we’ll get a patch that adds the toggle back in.
Again, this whole thing is ridiculous for so many reasons, but the biggest is the sheer fact that an M rated digital game cannot be bought by an under 18 account, let alone even seen on the eShop, and if by some chance the game made it on to the switch via maybe a parent account, it still cannot be played by the underage account….
Ask me how I know? By trying to play RE5 with my daughter…. The literal only answer was to buy the game on her moms account and use her moms account to run it. Smh. You can’t even overwrite the ability to play M rated games via parental controls. As long as the account has birthday that’s under 18, it’ll be locked out of the game until the account turns 18. There’s been numerous posts on Reddit about it and how stupid it is that you can’t even adjust it via parental controls.
@Sonicka Would love for Nintendo and AdHoc to rectify this some how. It’s late in the evening stateside so likely won’t hear about anything till morning, if at all. But would be awesome if they could address it and let us know if there’s hope for the future of getting this patched back to an uncensored version/toggle version. With all the complaints and refunds I’m sure SOMEONE at Nintendo has taken notice, and likely AdHoc as well.
As far as LSL goes, if you only played the Ps versions you’re truly missing out on what made the series great. The Ps/Xbox versions were garbage in comparison. If you have a Pc you can get the original package on GoG.com or Steam. Well worth the $10-15.
@Sonicka Leisure Suit Larry has been around since 1987, and is in no way shovelware, or remotely tied into the hentai or shovelware crowd.
Its beginnings started as a game titled Softp*rn Adventure back in 1981 on the Apple II. It’s had a VERY long standing as the original adult comedy game. The original LSL titles 1-7 are some of the best and funniest point and click adventures around.
There is not a snow balls chance that LSL got over looked by an automated system. 🤣
But yeah, I believe AdHoc just took the easy way. Makes the most business sense. I just don’t think they handled it properly. Should have been a glaring warning on the pre-order page that the game had been altered.
@Friendly Yup. Hopefully the refunds will make the dev and Nintendo take note so that the game and situation can be rectified before it’s too late.
I hate to see a good game suffer just because of a poor decision…. Buying on another platform doesn’t really solve the problem, just causes a new one where devs think the switch platform isn’t viable…. . Review bombing might raise enough of an eye brow…. Anything to get the word out to Nintendo and AdHoc….
Pre-ordered it, will still enjoy it. Not huffed by the devs decision to make it easier on themselves for a launch release. Hopefully they can patch it to make it toggle-able again, but if not big whoop.
This is likely stemming from Japan censorship and AdHoc just wanting an easy no fuss release as others have pointed out.
I know Oblivion Remastered runs on U5, and possibly Avowed? But I think both those games would look and run great on S2. Both run on steam deck, Oblivion runs nicely and looks decent. Avowed runs okayish and looks okayish on SD. If they could just iron out the kinks, think S2 could run stuff like that better….
@Leecpfc true, but getting a copy since 2013 has been nigh impossible without illegal measures.
Fable 3 was removed from Steam (and other PC stores) in late 2013 primarily because its required online service, Games for Windows – LIVE (GFWL), was shut down by Microsoft, which prevented new digital sales and key activations. Since GFWL handled DLC and authentication, its closure made the PC version effectively unpurchaseable and problematic to play for new users, leading to its delisting.
Given the nature of it having GFWL baked in, it would have to be remade regardless. Currently the only store front you can still purchase and play the fable series in it’s entirety on is Xbox.
@ketchUP_reLoaded Unfortunately 2&3 never made it off Xbox, they don’t even have pc versions! So in order for those to release on modern platforms they’d have to be remasters. Currently as it stands you either have to emulate 360 or own the 360 versions and play them through 360/Xb1/Series S/X. I was remote playing them from my Series X on to my steam deck and just dreaming of having the complete series on Switch. Man that would be amazing
Correction - there was a pc version of Fable 3 that was linked to GFWL, but had all traces removed from storefronts. Fable 2 however truly never did get a pc version.
@Jigu Glad i wasn’t the only one that thought Fable 3 was much “lighter” than Fable 1 or 2…. The Magic glove system, while nifty for making mixed spells, was meh overall. Think that was mainly introduced just because Oblivion was doing its “create your own spell” system. Overall tho the flow of Fable 3 was off and didn’t feel like you were living in a fairytale like F1&2 did.
@somnambulance Yeah if it runs on Series S it’ll run on S2. The only caveat there is Unreal 5. So far it’s had hiccups. Hopefully that’ll be resolved soon, and we’ll see how it plays out with Borderlands 4. No clue what Fable is running on though. And I keep forgetting that Nintendo was stingy with the dev kits.
I do believe that once Square, Ubi, and Capcom show off sales figures on S2 that other devs will want to jump in, provided they have the dev kits to do so. Would love to see how some of these major third party games have fared on the system so far.
@ParrakerriRush back in 2004 Microsoft answered a question we didn’t know we had…. “What if Zelda was made for adults?”
For its time it was mind blowing. Very good graphics (for the time), mature themes, and you could live out the fantasy of being a hero or villain. You could buy houses, shops, get married, etc. Was truly amazing for its time.
This is a reboot of the series. And from the looks of it it would seem to be almost medieval Red Dead with magic. I’m truly excited and impressed.
@somnambulance if MS has games in the pipeline for S1/S2 then Nintendo and MS would be smart to host a dedicated developer direct just for them to highlight and showcase the games coming to the platform. I’m holding out hope that’s what they’re doing. But it may also be the case that S2 just doesn’t have the install base yet to warrant porting games. A standard port of a game that’s already made costs between 2-6m to port typically. So the simple math would say you need to sell at least 250k copies @ $30 just to break even. Currently there’s about 10m S2 units sold, so at least 2.5% of the current install base would have to buy whatever game is ported and at $30. Most of the time however, they want ports to sell at least 300-500k copies and usually at $40-60 so they can make a profit. Thats a bigger ask and gamble given the current install base.
Once S2 hits the 20-30m mark the ports will flow easier, and after 50m ports will be all but guaranteed
@CaptainQuo Yeah watching Beast of Reincarnation there was nothing that screamed at me the S2 couldn’t handle it. Especially after seeing Outlaws and FF7R in action on S2. However, I’m unsure of the engine Gamefreak is using…. If it’s Unreal 5, then that could be why. So far it’s had hiccups working on S2 sadly as noted by the BL4 delay.
I’ll buy two copies if they port it to Switch 2. Hell may even buy a third just to give to a friend or random internet person that wants it but can’t afford it.
“Shut up and take my money!”
@Divide_and_Wander I thought the same. Knew it was only going to be 4 games, but I figured there would be some sort of Switch / Switch 2 mention. Then I remembered we should have a Direct on the horizon, and Nintendo LOVES to save announcements for that. Honestly would not surprise me if Fable was announced then and everyone is verbally dancing around that until Nintendo confirms with a Direct.
I do hope for more Xbox/Nintendo love in the next Direct, and if the rumors about FO3/NV remakes are true, I’ll finally understand why they never ported those titles to S1 and instead waited to launch remakes on S2. I don’t expect to see them in the direct though, that would likely be something that MS would want to officially announce themselves. I am hopeful for Oblivion and Avowed ports however. Those would do well on S2
@JohnnyMind I feel that. I played about half of Fallout 3/NV/4 in third person, and usually reserve FP for tight corridors. Bioshock and Doom are much more linear so it’s harder to loose track of where ya need to go (tho it does happen)…. With Fallout I do suggest consulting a guide for starting out, just to make getting your bearings easier. Like FO3 for example - after the opening tutorial and you leave the vault, head to Megaton just to grab the fast travel for there, then go do Operation Anchorage DLC. It’s linear, you can do most of it on hard/VH to get extra levels and leave it at level 7, plus you get some sweet gear for any builds by the end of it - best power armor in the game, Chinese stealth suit for stealth builds, Jingwai’s baton for melee, Gauss Rifle for energy/sniping, etc.
FNV allows you to also go anywhere after the opening, but it’s got a forced linear path as there’s areas that are designed for higher level chars that you can accidentally stumble upon. FO3/4 don’t have this issue though.
The other piece of advice id give for the 3 Fallouts follows along with guides…. Pick a type of build you’d like to play, look up some gear for it, then follow a guide on how to get those pieces of gear. The games are very large in scope so this helps break down the game into bite sized goals. Same issue Breath of the Wild has, which is an overwhelming amount of content, places to explore and things to do.
@JohnnyMind Same here. Never been an FPS fan minus Goldeneye and Turok back in the day. Played fallout for the same reason you mentioned and truly glad I did! Well worth the time as it’s far more RPG than FPS. Bioshock, Borderlands and Doom 2016 would end up being other FPS series I’d eventually play and love.
The horizontal movement in FPS tends to give me motion sickness unless the frame pacing is spot on, and even then I can still slightly get it. Takes me a few days to adjust. So the game has to be well worth my suffering if I’m going to play it. Can handily say all of the above were well worth the effort
Truly hope this comes to Switch 2 at some point…. It runs decent on Steam Deck, but I think it would run and look better on Switch 2. Would totally double dip for an S2 version!
@ButterySmooth30FPS not sure when you lasted played BG3 on Deck but there’s a native Linux build now specifically for the deck that runs nicely.
Not to mention Switch 2’s GPU is ahead of Steam Deck by a decent margin. Just look at Starwars Outlaws. Doesn’t run on Deck without heavy modifications, and then looks like crap. Meanwhile on S2…..
Love this game so much! Truly as its name implies, just Cast n Chill. The loop is fun, though I do believe we earn money a bit too fast as it only took me a couple days to earn all upgrades and ships just by grinding on trophy sized fish. Working on the ice fishing areas/trophies now. Really can’t wait for more content.
Hopefully the dev finds a way to put this on an inf loop of catching and upgrading. Maybe an NG+ with a 10% boost to Rod abilities and fish sizes/difficulties or optional new areas and fish but only through NG+ levels to keep the grind going. (Can disable and just fish away if you would want)
I just crave more and don’t want it to end. May just have to start a fresh save after I’ve completed the first one lol
Edit - Also, some of the most beautiful pixel art I’ve ever seen in a game. Kudos to the devs there
@Jigu Yeah I was pondering on what the M could mean in Project M, and honestly it’s either got to be related to Eternal Darkness or Metroid given the particular phrase “could only exist on Nintendo hardware”, so it’s gotta be some Nintendo IP I would assume. Those two games fit best, with Zelda also being a possibility. Maybe Project M is Project Majora….. Majora would lend itself very well to horror. So yeah, either Mantarok, Majora, or Metroid are the most likely meanings behind M.
I also don’t believe this latest teaser is related to Project M, but more likely Onyx: Dark Grip.
Could be Eternal Darkness 2 if it’s related to Project M. The M in that could stand for Maximillian Roivas or Mantorok.
Apparently though Bloober Team has registered a new IP with the EUIPO called “Onyx: The Dark Grip”. So it’s probably related to that instead of project M.
Still holding out some hope for Oblivion Remaster, RDR2, Baldur’s Gate 3, Outer Worlds Spacers Choice and OW2, Avowed, Pillars of Eternity 2, and maybe some FO3/NV as well.
I love my wishlist abilities, but man they tempt me every time I get email notifications of sales. Steam has gotten me the same way. I’m gonna have to start selling kidneys…. 🤣
@Picola-Wicola Not a problem! Yeah when I learned to just take days as chill as possible and not worry about todo lists and stuff it made it a lot more enjoyable. Ended up loving the game! The first month is def a bit overwhelming, but unlike other titles in the genre nothing absolutely has to be done by any given time besides watering if you’re gardening. Which you don’t really have to worry about much the first year. Just focus on fishing, exploring, building friendships and mining. That’ll be enough to get you by.
Only worry about the garden aspect when you’re ready to tackle the community center packages….. otherwise it’s whatever.
End game you don’t have to garden if you don’t want, or you can automate the whole process basically. I always preferred just focusing on animals instead of planting and watering.
@Picola-Wicola I’m the same way. Large reason I never finished Majora’s Mask and the only reason I got into Dead Rising was finding out new game+ existed so I could just come to a fresh playthrough with a max level char and whoop on everything.
With Stardew it seems over whelming at first, so much to do with so little time. But it’s about managing that time, you don’t have to do everything every day. I suggest starting maybe 2 garden areas that are 5x5 and just focus on those two for the start. Then I go talk to the towns folk. On the day when the fishing shack opens I tend my gardens then make a beeline there. From that moment on it becomes Fishdew Valley for a while as that’ll be your best income.
On rainy days you don’t have to water, so watch the tv every morning then when you know a rainy day is coming prep to head to the mines that day. If you want earlier access to the mines materials pick the mountain farm, you can mine right in your own yard that way.
Once you can grow coffee beans make a bunch of coffee. Until then you can use the proceeds from fishing to buy coffee from the tavern. It’ll help you zip about quickly. I usually would buy 2 salads and 1 coffee every day or so and stock them up for mining trips, longer fishing excursions, or running around town doing odd jobs….
Game doesn’t really open up for you until around later summer or Fall. By that time you should have a bunch of tools upgraded and maybe even sprinklers in place to auto water.
Save stone, use it to build ladders to make descending the mine much quicker. And until you get a much better pickax it’s faster to just cherry bomb your way around the mine.
@johnedwin I can run BG3 on the Steam Deck in a playable fashion, yet Star Wars Outlaws I cannot without extensive file tweaking and then it looks like a Ps1 game…. The S2 can handle BG3 that I’m sure of…. Whether Larian or the publisher can be convinced to do so is another matter. I think CRPGs, Turn Based, and Tactical RPGs sell well on switch systems but I’m not positive if it’s enough to convince a publisher to make a porting effort
This Divinity however, depends on the engine it’s running and if it’s a simple job to port or not.
Devs just discovered that they can make a game in Unreal 5, and use a simple feature inside Unreal 5 to downgrade to Unreal 4 if needed, which runs better on most systems currently. U5 still needs some optimization to run across all systems flawlessly.
This series has been a fun romp while I was waiting for Tokyo Extreme Racer to make a come back, and thankfully it did. Was playing the early access version on Steam a few months back, so nice! Truly hope that comes to Switch 2 as well.
To everyone saying the “upgrade” is 53gb to the original 12-15, you’re missing something. 53gb is the WHOLE game.
If you have a physical copy, like I have, then it requires you to download an entirely separate game, aka the S2 version. It does NOT actually upgrade the S1 version.
It works just like Hogwarts basically, there’s an S1 version of the game and a separate S2 version. You can have both installed at once if you like.
I’m going to assume just like Hogwarts, this also applies to the digital version of Skyrim on S1.
I followed another posters guide on how to update the physical cart version, and afterwards removed everything S1 version related to free up space, chucked the cart in my bag, and can play Skyrim fully digitally now.
It’s odd to see this on switch as there haven’t been as many instances of it, but this works just like when you have a Series X or Ps5 and can choose to install a previous generation version or current gen version. The only really issue is getting your free upgrade if you have the physical cart + anniversary dlc. In which case just eject the anniversary dlc virtual cart - then boot regular Skyrim and select the S2 version now available link in the main screen.
@Res462 can confirm. I’ve got Skyrim S1 physical, with the S1 Anniversary upgrade.
Had to eject the virtual card for the Anniversary dlc, then boot Skyrim, and on the main menu you get a notification saying “S2 version now available, press Y for more info”. That’ll take you to the eShop page that grants you 100% off the S2 full anniversary digital copy. It’s a meaty 53gb download. After that you can remove your S1 Skyrim cart and boot the digital S2 version.

Reminds me of the original Oregon Trail but with a post apocalyptic twist and organizing caravans routes.

For those that don’t know the Japanese release of this on Ps5 is the same version as the Switch version. CERO guidelines forced that decision. And apparently AdHoc didn’t feel like making the effort again on Switch to make 2 versions, one for Japan and one of the rest of the world….
Re: Nintendo Responds To Dispatch Switch Censorship With Official Statement
Re: PSA: Dispatch's 'Visual Censorship' Settings Can't Be Removed On Switch
Re: PSA: Dispatch's 'Visual Censorship' Settings Can't Be Removed On Switch
Are we allowed to share email links here?
AdHoc has an email address where those of us who want to can voice disapproval of this decision.
[email protected]
Re: PSA: Dispatch's 'Visual Censorship' Settings Can't Be Removed On Switch
Re: PSA: Dispatch's 'Visual Censorship' Settings Can't Be Removed On Switch
@Friendly Yup. Hopefully the refunds will make the dev and Nintendo take note so that the game and situation can be rectified before it’s too late.
I hate to see a good game suffer just because of a poor decision…. Buying on another platform doesn’t really solve the problem, just causes a new one where devs think the switch platform isn’t viable…. . Review bombing might raise enough of an eye brow…. Anything to get the word out to Nintendo and AdHoc….
Re: PSA: Dispatch's 'Visual Censorship' Settings Can't Be Removed On Switch
I’d also like to point out that Leisure Suit Larry is on the platform….. the ORIGINAL game series about s*x and nudity….
This is truly an odd choice by the devs….
Re: PSA: Dispatch's 'Visual Censorship' Settings Can't Be Removed On Switch
Pre-ordered it, will still enjoy it. Not huffed by the devs decision to make it easier on themselves for a launch release. Hopefully they can patch it to make it toggle-able again, but if not big whoop.
This is likely stemming from Japan censorship and AdHoc just wanting an easy no fuss release as others have pointed out.
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
@Raffles Awesome! This might be possible then!
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
@Jigu Glad i wasn’t the only one that thought Fable 3 was much “lighter” than Fable 1 or 2…. The Magic glove system, while nifty for making mixed spells, was meh overall. Think that was mainly introduced just because Oblivion was doing its “create your own spell” system. Overall tho the flow of Fable 3 was off and didn’t feel like you were living in a fairytale like F1&2 did.
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
@ParrakerriRush back in 2004 Microsoft answered a question we didn’t know we had…. “What if Zelda was made for adults?”
For its time it was mind blowing. Very good graphics (for the time), mature themes, and you could live out the fantasy of being a hero or villain. You could buy houses, shops, get married, etc. Was truly amazing for its time.
This is a reboot of the series. And from the looks of it it would seem to be almost medieval Red Dead with magic. I’m truly excited and impressed.
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
@CaptainQuo Yeah watching Beast of Reincarnation there was nothing that screamed at me the S2 couldn’t handle it. Especially after seeing Outlaws and FF7R in action on S2. However, I’m unsure of the engine Gamefreak is using…. If it’s Unreal 5, then that could be why. So far it’s had hiccups working on S2 sadly as noted by the BL4 delay.
Re: The Fable Reboot Is Reportedly "Under Consideration" For Switch 2
Re: Rumour: Bethesda Is Reportedly Reviving Two More Fallout Games
Re: Rumour: Bethesda Is Reportedly Reviving Two More Fallout Games
Re: Feature: 40 Games We'd Love To See On Switch 2
Would easily pick most of these up on Switch 2 if they released, even if I already have em on other systems. 😆
Re: Nintendo Download: 15th January (North America)
I thought it was Thursday for a moment, had to check the calendar. 🤣
Re: Larian "Would Have Loved" Baldur's Gate 3 On Switch 2, Will "Certainly Consider" Divinity
@metaphysician Cyberpunk would like a word….
Re: Larian "Would Have Loved" Baldur's Gate 3 On Switch 2, Will "Certainly Consider" Divinity
Re: Mini Review: Cast N Chill - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition - Come For The Fishing, Stay For The Fin-tastic Vibes
Kudos to the devs there
Re: Bloober Team Is Teasing Something Mysterious For February
Re: Bloober Team Is Teasing Something Mysterious For February
Could be Eternal Darkness 2 if it’s related to Project M. The M in that could stand for Maximillian Roivas or Mantorok.
Apparently though Bloober Team has registered a new IP with the EUIPO called “Onyx: The Dark Grip”. So it’s probably related to that instead of project M.
Re: Nintendo Switch 2: All Confirmed Games & Release Dates
Still holding out some hope for Oblivion Remaster, RDR2, Baldur’s Gate 3, Outer Worlds Spacers Choice and OW2, Avowed, Pillars of Eternity 2, and maybe some FO3/NV as well.
Re: Opinion: Wishlisting Games On Switch eShop Is A Game In Itself
“It’s the devil Bobby!”
I love my wishlist abilities, but man they tempt me every time I get email notifications of sales. Steam has gotten me the same way. I’m gonna have to start selling kidneys…. 🤣
Re: Surprise! Stardew Valley - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition Is Now Available
Re: Surprise! Stardew Valley - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition Is Now Available
Re: Horror Dev Bloober Team On Its New Exclusive: "This Is A Vision That Could Only Exist On Nintendo Hardware."
@MeloMan I’m honestly guessing a horror twist on Metroid. Would be right up their alley and make the most sense.
Re: Bethesda Releases Skyrim Switch 2 Patch Addressing Input Latency Issues
@Spider-Kev at this point I’d take an affordable 2-3tb micro sd express.
Re: Rumour: Bethesda's Newest IP Is Still Reportedly On Course For Switch 2
I’d be all about getting it…. But they gotta fix Skyrim first.
And hopefully this means more Bethesda love rolling this way. Would gladly get Oblivion Remaster and FO3/NV.
Hope Obsidian follows suit and tosses stuff out way as well
Re: Pikmin 4 Has Been Updated To Version 1.1.1, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
@NorrinRadd thought the same.
I can’t really complain as it’ll likely be free or free for NSO+ when it does eventually arrive.
Honestly all these S2 upgrades (minus Skyrim) have felt like Christmas presents lately. Skyrim will too once it’s ironed out.
Re: Divinity: Original Sin 2 Gets Surprise Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, And It's Out Now
Thank you Larian!! Please more Switch love with Divinity 1 and BG3 pretty please!
Re: New Divinity Trademarks Filed Ahead Of The Game Awards
Re: New Divinity Trademarks Filed Ahead Of The Game Awards
Hope this comes to Switch 2, and even more hope for DOS1 and BG3 on Switch 2
Re: Gear.Club Unlimited 3 Switch 2 Pre-Orders Release Alongside New Gameplay Trailer
This series has been a fun romp while I was waiting for Tokyo Extreme Racer to make a come back, and thankfully it did. Was playing the early access version on Steam a few months back, so nice! Truly hope that comes to Switch 2 as well.
I’ll check this one out after it launches.
Re: Mini Review: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition (Switch 2) - Just Hugely Disappointing
Re: Mini Review: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition (Switch 2) - Just Hugely Disappointing
