Sega have been pretty quiet recently on these retro titles they’re bringing back

How they didn’t have YouTube ready at launch defies belief. I’m happy with my Switch 2 but this was very disappointing as it’s the app/game I’ve played the most. Furthermore I can’t have it on both my OG Switch and Switch 2. Why, when it’s free?

Switch 2 physicals are pretty much dead from 3rd parties. Obviously if they release physical on Switch 1 but not Switch 2 the cost of the Switch 2 carts must be astronomical

When the servers go offline as per the 3DS and Wii U servers they are useless.

I don’t know whether to get this or Fantasy Life. Aaaaggghhhh

Perhaps EA should’ve allowed Codemasters to put games on the Switch as I think they would’ve been much more profitable

Nintendo is THE problem with physical for Switch 2. They only offer a very expensive 64GB cart, they need to offer smaller cheaper carts e.g a 16GB option. Hopefully they do in future.

$250 and the game is not even on the cart with some stupid figurines. You know what they say “A fool and his money are soon parted”. It’s funny when a game costs more than the system, as a Switch Lite is substantially cheaper lmao.

At least he’s being honest. So why hate on him? If you want Mario Kart World you will have to find a way to get that $80 too. Tone deaf or not thems the facts. You need to also hate on Nintendo for bumping their games up from $60 to $70 with TOTK and only a couple years later to $80 with MKW. Greed is the norm

Paid $20 for this on the 3DS with awesome 3D visuals as a Nintendo Selects title. Gobsmacked that nearly 10 years later they release the same crusty old game and triple the price minus the awesome 3D and it didn’t even run well. That said I will buy Bananza.

Charge $10-$15 more and give us a proper physical option please. Storage is a problem on Switch 2

If Skyrim can run on Switch I would be rolling on the floor laughing if a remaster of an even older game like Oblivion isn’t possible on the Switch 2 LMAO

Yeah if the game is bigger than 64GB and compressing it would compromise it then fair enough but tbh I doubt it. Please don’t buy these digital game keycards as they are an inconvenient download you’re actually better off buying it on the eshop

We’ve gone from a no information drought to a massive blowout. In the space of just over 1 week we’re getting 2 meaty directs and 2 treehouses. After prolonged radio silence from Nintendo they’re finally spilling the beans big time!!

May 15th is a real possibility as the original Switch had a 7 week turnaround after the proper reveal and also the stuff that is launching on May 15th. I actually think its a 50% chance for that date

I live in Australia and I never trade in my games with EB. I always either trade in with CEX or sell on FB marketplace or ebay.

The graphics look nice but at the same time pretty basic so I can’t imagine the Switch having any difficulty running this.

Nice article. Certainly a golden age for Nintendo and their fans. Time doesn’t stand still and I too am itching for Switch 2.

Whilst things happen they certainly happen alot more to Level 5 so I’m over their excuses. Their showing at the Feb 2023 Nintendo direct and their release date projections is downright embarrassing in hindsight.

This is why I love physical media and hate subscription services. I’d rather have less but knowing it can’t be taken away

Personally I would prefer GTA6 on the Switch 2 NGL. Sorry Moon Studios but it’s not even close.

Bummer. I thought they were overcharging for a 15 year old 2D game but if people will buy it at $60 then expect Nintendo to keep dishing out decades old games at full premium price. Ugh!

I think it’s unrealistic for Kamiya and Nintendo not to expect leaks when the Switch 2 is in production or being sent out to 3rd parties not employed by Nintendo. They’d be naive or even stupid to think leaks would not happen. That said Kamiya’s rant was entertaining with all the poo references
