May 15th is a real possibility as the original Switch had a 7 week turnaround after the proper reveal and also the stuff that is launching on May 15th. I actually think its a 50% chance for that date

I live in Australia and I never trade in my games with EB. I always either trade in with CEX or sell on FB marketplace or ebay.

The graphics look nice but at the same time pretty basic so I can’t imagine the Switch having any difficulty running this.

Nice article. Certainly a golden age for Nintendo and their fans. Time doesn’t stand still and I too am itching for Switch 2.

Whilst things happen they certainly happen alot more to Level 5 so I’m over their excuses. Their showing at the Feb 2023 Nintendo direct and their release date projections is downright embarrassing in hindsight.

Bummer. I thought they were overcharging for a 15 year old 2D game but if people will buy it at $60 then expect Nintendo to keep dishing out decades old games at full premium price. Ugh!

I think it’s unrealistic for Kamiya and Nintendo not to expect leaks when the Switch 2 is in production or being sent out to 3rd parties not employed by Nintendo. They’d be naive or even stupid to think leaks would not happen. That said Kamiya’s rant was entertaining with all the poo references

@Serpenterror As per what’s widely reported it’s the price that’s the issue. I paid $20 new which was the recommended retail price for this via the Nintendo Selects 3DS budget range and now we lose the stereoscopic 3D visuals and get charged $60. That right there is the issue and why Nintendo can stick it. Should get substantial new content over the 3DS version when they’re charging 3 times the price

$60 for a 15 year old 2D platformer. Nintendo can stick it. I’m a Nintendo fanboy but I hope this doesn’t sell well, don’t support this practice by buying this game

I loved Echoes of Wisdom. The echoes concept was refreshing and original. A nice shake up on the tired, safe, yet tried and true classic top down Zelda’s. This spark of originality is just what top down Zelda needed.

Really enjoyed Arceus but very disappointed with Scarlet. I made the mistake of buying Scarlet without taking reviews seriously. Surely it can’t run THAT bad. Well it did and I am very wary of the next Pokemon game.

So the 3DS version has stereoscopic 3D visuals which the Switch version doesn’t. I bought DKR brand new for $20 on the 3DS under Nintendo Selects budget range. Now they want to charge $60. Please don’t buy this and send Nintendo a message about where they can stick it

I had given up on the Harvest Moon series and had crossed over to Story of Seasons but then Harvest Moon Winds Of Anthos came out and it was actually REALLY good. It’s not perfect but it’s certainly better than other games on this list

We’ll see. Actions speak louder than words with this company. Heck they even said at 2019 Anime Expo that Yokai Watch 4 is getting a western release, they haven’t even given fans an update on this. Very rude, their communication is pathetic.

As bad as this launched it wasn’t as bad as the Arkham Knight launch and unlike Arkham Knight at least it’s been worked on that it’s decent now.

It’s no exaggeration when they say Knight is unplayable. That said City and Asylum are a good time on the Switch

@BongoBongo You certainly raise good points however as I have YouTube premium ads are not a problem. I get that not everyone has YouTube premium. I create my own playlist which has much, much, much, much more Nintendo tracks on YouTube than this app. If you like it great, I just think it’s very mid tbh.

Give me a new console or at the very minimum a brand new game and I’ll get excited. A game that’s over 9 years old with a metacritic score in the low 80’s is pretty lacklustre. Yawn.

Decapolice confirmed as “locked in” for 2026. No dates are “locked in” with Level 5. That is not being cynical that is just fact as Level 5 have no peers when it comes to their abyssmal track record of delays.

Looks good this game. Team Cherry are taking an eternity with Silksong considering it’s just a 2D game. It would probably take them over 100 years to do a 3D open world game. LMAO.

If you sleep with a partner will this compromise the motion sensor? I understand this would work well if you sleep by yourself but really concerned about partner’s movements affecting this
