@TheRazor The only thing keeping me from The Syzlak family tradition is the need to see what the heck Kingdom Hearts 4 is, and to urinate on my mother's grave because that drunk slag still isn't dead yet.
No seriously, who the hell are Kepler and what war crimes are funding them? How are they ALWAYS all over the overpriced Keighleys with multiple games that just end up as farts in the wind most of the time?
So Flying Wild Hog have been working on an FF7 Remake of TR1 since they finished that Jagex thing? Well good to see some synergy is still around. And we get to finally officially see Classic Lara's polygons in 4K, though I bet /v/ is already complaining about them being too small.
Also, hate that Amazon Game Studios logo. With ALL of my hate
Best of a bad situation "Atari purchases Netherrealm, Mortal Kombat, and all other IP from Netflix for an undisclosed amount of nickles in a burlap sack, and a bottle of Merlot. TT games to go independent"
Much more likely horrible tbing to happen under current corruption "Skydance Paramount announces new Mortal Kombat game along with tournament circuit. 105% of all proceeds to go towards the IDF. TT to act as support studio on new Harry Potter game about killing 'desert wizards hiding in hospitals' after loss of Lego license after CEO remarks on toy giant being 'kinda gay.'"
To all the international folks who have been able to be blissfully unaware of the nonsense we've been putting up with in the States: YOU DO NOT WANT PARAMOUNT TO WIN THIS
They are Skydance now, and Skydance is essentially THE REICHSTAG
Netflix was the neutral option: just the same bad things continuing to happen. Skydance Paramount is the bad one: things immediately getting much much worse. The REAL bad sign though was that COMCAST were the GOOD Option.
We can only hope that, in the confusion, a lion's share of the gameinf assets somehow end up at Wade Rosen's Atari (though now I'm remembering that his brother is the head of games at Nickelodeon, under Paramount, and my mind is putting two and two together and-)
As a professional hater of Metroid fans, I would like to restate that Metroid's baby sister Famicom Detective Club got Nintendo Store merch first. That is a victory those annoying speed freaks can never take away from me
@Henmii Well of you ask /v/ the second attempt wasn't much to look at either ba-dum-tish
Clearly, they just want the studio as an assest grunt work factory (1-Up, Monolithsoft Kyoto) and as a way of getting a pre-set up office space for the new SEA branch because corporate real estate in Singapore is &#$+# to find
@OstianOwl I'm sure every newscaster just has all that rage bottled up from all the horrendous stuff they have to read, and she got an excuse to release it all at once.
AMC?! That can't be either of the two I'm thinking of. And Virtuous seems like a risky choice for Nintendo considering how leaky they are. I'm surprised we didn't know anything about them wokeing on this beforehand.
I'm also just plain shocked they let Samus has yet another new actress, though it could just be two lines like the Spanish newscaster did in Dread: one line of Chozo and the Screaming wrath of 1000 vengeful furies
I 100% Xenoblade 2 pre-DLC and I still have no idea why people think the game needs a Super Switch re-release. At best, all 4 games could use a Panic Button free optimization patch, but it's not so necessary to keep banging on about it when most people still haven't played X despite my multiple threats of great violence if they do not
@Fighting_Game_Loser This is not S & 2. S & 2 are actually fully domestic. Seemingly this team's biggest contribution is being even more filler art for EPD5, which is good because Monolithsoft Kyoto can only make so many fish based brand puns
Montpiller? I thought they were all Hands on Rayman? Granted, despite their finance issues Ubisoft still had more support studios than Bobby Kotick had Children's Hearts in Jars (7) so it could be a matter of Ubisoft's EPD10 simply leading the other teams on Rayman and/or French Half-Life 3
Nintendo knows exactly what Prime 4's main demographic is, and they will be engaging with it only through as many proxoes and moderators as they can GET
It may be a genre I hate, but I respect Supergiant for using their publishing deal with Nintendo to show them up in thier own house by including something in the manual slot.
@Tempestryke There is no evidence to support this other than Miyamoto REALLY FRAKIN LOVES the Jim Henson Company, and I imagine getting them involved in his fantasy epic story would be his number one condition

@Indielink ...I was spelling the name wrong the entire time. Whoops.
NetEase. They're sudden meteoric rise is because they got a "large investment" from NetEase, which is different from buying shares. Somehow.
Re: Mega Man Returns In 2027 With A "Brand-New Entry" For Switch And Switch 2
@shiningpikablu252 My therapist says I need to be more optimistic to counter act the suicidal pessimism, so my cope comes in weird forms.
Plus, we may still not have Xenoblade 4 and/or Famicom Detective Club 5 by then still either, meaning I won't have a Super Switch

Re: Mega Man Returns In 2027 With A "Brand-New Entry" For Switch And Switch 2
Hooray! Base Switch version means actual cartridge! And knowing Capcom, Proto Man amiibo.
Also this happened right after https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=X2Cebvertbg
Re: Aspyr No Longer Releasing Deus Ex Remastered On Switch In February 2026
Yeah... yeah that's for the best. CDE is already a massive drain on Embracer, they don't need to be dragged through the mud anymore.
Re: Video: Here's Your First Look At The Street Fighter Live-Action Movie, Due Out 2026
Well it certainly looks stupid enough, but I think the colors on Ryu and Cammy may be a bit TOO game accurate

Weren't these the guys what were rumored to be making Prime 4 originally till they biffed it?
I think this also means Nintendo just bought an IP, cause I think their one developed game was explicitly stated as "copyright Bandai Singapore"
EDIT: Hirogami! Published by Kakeshi Games, of all entities, the game's legal does state that ""© 2024 Bandai Namco Studios Singapore Pte. Ltd." Ironically, this game is on everything, BUT Nintendo. https://store.steampowered.com/app/3135840/Hirogami/
