Over these last couple of weeks, I've been playing Tales of Graces F Remastered. I'm about 23 hours in now, and I've got to say this game is a lot better than I thought it would be! This is going to be my 6th Tales game that I finish! I think I'll try Symphonia next because I see that game go on sale for $5 on Steam quite often.

I actually might now that they've revealed the new star fox game. I've been holding off until there were at least 5 Nintendo switch 2 exclusives that interested me. I think I'm gonna be getting Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave, Star Fox, and Pokemon Winds and Waves when it releases.

Honestly I'm super excited. I thought the original game was one of the best games on the N64. Those new cutscenes look really good (really liked the prologue they showed!) and the $50 price point might make me pick it up sooner rather than later.

I actually finished Hollow Knight: Silksong at around 21 hours last night. I only got the normal ending so I technically still have more to go but honestly...I think I've had my fill.

It's really weird because I LOVED the original hollow knight. I even reached 112% completion with that one. With Silksong, I love the boss fights and I love the challenging platforming sections. (Mount Fay and Sands of Karak were some of my favs.) But I didn't really like everything in between. Exploring just feels more exhausting than fun ngl.

I actually finished Tales of Xillia Remastered last week. It was a much better title than I was expecting. You can tell it was a bit more budget-friendly, but the story got so much better as it progressed! I could see myself revisiting this one to play Millas' route next.

I'm also currently about 10 hours into Hollow Knight: Silksong. Honestly, I don't really know how I feel about this game yet. The boss fights have been super challenging, which I love, and the platforming sections have been very unique. For some reason, though, it hasn't quite hooked me yet. Will continue this weekend and see how I feel.

Currently about 10 hours into Tales of Xillia Remastered! So far, it's a pretty solid title. Although I feel like a lot of Tales games start strong and then lose steam as they go on, we'll see how this one plays out.

I also finally decided to start Hollow Knight: Silksong recently. I'm only about 2 hours in, and we're off to a bit of a slower start, but that's how it was with the original Hollow Knight as well. Looking forward to playing more this weekend!

Just finished up God of War 2018 earlier this week and it was...fine 😅

I picked up two games during the steam sale. Tales of Xillia Remastered and Hollow Knight Silksong. I'm two hours into tales of Xillia now and I'm enjoying it so far. Looking forward to seeing how it plays out!

Monster Hunter Stories 2 was so insanely fun for me. It was almost my GOTY when it came out in 2021. I was thinking about getting this day one but I feel like it'll go on sale a few months after release.

I'm about 32 hours in Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth! Currently almost done with Chapter 10 and the game has been enjoyable thus far. Don't know if I can finish it this weekend but we'll see!

Honestly I thought the partner showcase was pretty mid. Tons of games we already knew about and the games that I am interested in I probably won't get on switch anyway 😅

Of course, I'm interested in Dragon Quest VII: Reimagined and some of those other third party titles, but I'd likely get those on steam instead of switch.

I managed to finish up Baldurs Gate 3 at about 65 hours. I can absolutely see why that game gets so much praise. It was really great. Typically I don't replay such long games but in this case I think I have too lol. My only complaint is that the third act was a little overwhelming given how many quests show up at once but it was still a great time.

Now I started Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth on steam and I'm about 4 hours in. I was pretty scared to play this one since I didn't really like the first part that much. So far though, I'm enjoying it a lot more. The mini game queens blood is so fun. Literally play it any chance I get lol. Looking forward to playing rebirth more this weekend!

The direct was amazing ngl. I was so invested in the drama going on with the miis so now I'm planning on getting the game 😂

Kinda disappointed if it really is a partner showcase but who knows maybe we'll get some cool third party exclusives

I've been getting the itch for a new Nintendo Direct again! Hope it gets announced sooner rather than later!

Currently about 53 hours into Baldurs Gate 3 and I'm on the third act which is little bit overwhelming but I'm still enjoying the game. I actually switched from playing on my steam deck to playing on my PC and I have to admit, Baldur's Gate 3 feels so much more enjoyable on a mouse and keyboard.

I hope he has a good retirement! I really wonder what paper Mario is going to look like moving forward now

Played a total of 196 hours on my switch for 2025 with my most played game being Xenoblade Chronicles X (around 79 hours)

I think most of my game time came from steam this year.

I just finished up Metaphor: ReFantazio last night at nearly 77 hours.

I was enjoying the game for maybe the first 30 hours but man, the pacing of this game was just not for me. Just like with modern persona games I think it was longer than it needed to be.

I'm almost 30 hours into Metaphor: Refantazio and man I'm really glad I gave this game a chance. Things are really starting to get interesting!

I started Metaphor: Refantazio a week or so ago and now I'm nearly 11 hours in! I took a really big leap of faith with this game because after finishing the demo I was still neutral lol. Ended up buying it since the sale was about to end 😅

So far so good though!

Lol that was such a crazy time. Shame it ended up being my least favorite game in the series.

That's kinda crazy, I don't even feel like Berseria is that old to begin with lol. Has it really been almost 10 years?! 🤯

I'm kinda baffled that this level of detail for play activity isn't something that's on the switch by default. I've been wanting something like this for switch for so long lol.

Gonna be continuing a little bit of Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered this weekend. Currently almost 8 hours in and having a good time!

In addition, I've actually returned to Runescape recently lol. I saw some news articles talking about how they actually had a poll letting the players decide if they wanted micro transactions removed from the game entirely. I've never seen a game do that before, and it kinda got me playing again!

I ended up dropping Octopath Traveler II last week. Reached about 15 hours and the story just still wasn't doing anything for me. Loved the gameplay and the soundtrack though. I ended up starting Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered currently 4 hours in and definitely plan on playing more today!

I'm about 13 hours into Octopath Traveler II now. I think the combat and soundtrack are both phenomenal. Admittedly though, the story isn't really doing anything for me right now. I've recruited 5 characters so far and have only finished their chapter 1s. But, the characters don't seem to interact much together. I may continue more this weekend. If I hit 20 hours and still don't feel my enjoyment changing I might just take a break from the game.

About 6 hours into Octopath Traveller II I think I will continue that this weekend!

I just finished Elden Ring last weekend! It's so crazy how whenever I'd play, hours would just fly by. Admittedly I have no clue what the story was about but I know there's probably some super deep lore so I'm gonna be watching some lore videos soon lol.

I also just picked up Octopath Traveler II. I played the demo almost 2 years ago and I remember really liking it but I never got around to actually buying the game until now. Super excited!

Currently about 31 hours into Elden Ring now! I'm also around level 121. It has been pretty solid so far, likely going to be playing more this weekend!

I'm currently about 16 hours into Elden Ring now, and I have to say I am liking the game a lot more now after leveling up more. I'm currently level 43, and I've explored a lot of the map. I'm starting to see the endless possibilities for combat after looking up the types of builds that I want. Really looking forward to playing more of it this weekend.

I'm pretty happy I have a 3-day weekend this week! I'm probably going to be continuing my journey through Heavensward in Final Fantasy XIV. I'm also about 4-5 hours in Elden Ring and I'm not exactly off to the strongest start lol. I'm almost hesitant to explore the world at all because it feels like everything can kill me in 2 hits. Gonna spend some time leveling my stats before moving on.

So I actually finally reached the Heavensward expansion in Final Fantasy XIV. Oh my gosh, everyone was right. The game picked up IMMENSELY in the last set of post-game quests for ARR. I might take a short break before diving fully into Heavensward so that I don't burn myself out on FF14.

In addition, a few days ago I started Elden Ring. Admittedly, I never played this game sooner because I always heard how tough the Souls games are. I'm about an hour in now, and I can't wait to play more so I can see what the hype is all about.

Man, I'm so glad I didn't buy Ys X day one, had no idea they were planning on going down the Atlus route for this game.

Yesterday I just finished The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine DLC! It was a fantastic experience! Almost wish it was a little longer lol. Admittedly, I thought it started kind of slow compared to Hearts of Stone, but once it picked up, it was incredible! I think in the future I may revisit this and play the base game and DLCs back to back.

As for what I'll play next...I haven't decided yet...still trying to figure that out lol.

Well, earlier this week I finished Final Fantasy V. It was such a wonderful experience, and honestly, I think it might be one of the more replayable pixel remasters thanks to its job system. Now that I've finished that title, I can say I've played through every single mainline Final Fantasy title!

This weekend I'm going to be revisiting The Witcher 3 and I'm finally getting around to its Blood and Wine expansion. I've heard so many good things about this expansion, so I'm really excited to play more of it!

This weekend I will be continuing my journey through Final Fantasy V! I'm currently about 14 hours in, and I'm really enjoying it! The job system is amazing, and the story has been pretty good so far!

I thought it was pretty solid overall. I absolutely adored monster hunter stories 2 so I'll definitely be picking up monster hunter stories 3! Of course both of the square enix games at the end also have my interest and are likely going on my wishlist. Looking forward to Final Fantasy Tactics and maybe Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac

Well, I finished Final Fantasy XVI last week and man, that game had me pretty emotional towards the end. It really pains me how it has such great moments and eikon fights but the low moments in the story REALLY drag it down.

Now that I've finished XVI I just started the last remaining mainline title in the final fantasy series that I haven't beaten: Final Fantasy V. I'm only 5 hours into it but I already think this game is going to have my favorite combat system out of all the pixel remasters. Can't wait to play more!

I'm actually turning 25 today, so I'll be spending time celebrating with family! If I do get some time, I'm going to be digging further into Final Fantasy XVI. I'm about 28 hours in now, and I have to admit I'm amazed at how the story has such high highs but such low lows at the same time lol.

Earlier this week I finished Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. I actually finished the game in just over a week and I've got to say, that was an amazing experience. Truly one of the most well rounded RPGs I've played in recent memory. Would not be surprised at all if it wins game of the year this year.

Since there is a steam sale I bought and started Final Fantasy XVI and I'm currently about 13 hours in. I've been waiting to play this game for quite some time and I'm only now getting to it but I'm liking it so far! After I finish this, I'd only have Final Fantasy V to play before I can say I played every single mainline Final Fantasy!
