What really set Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask apart was indeed the story and the world. Now we now that the map in Tears of the Kingdom will be pretty much the same as in Breath of the Wild, but what do we know of the story? This is were I think Tears of the Kingdom is gonna be more of the same, because the story of Breath of the Wild was really thin to begin with. Yes, Zelda games are following the same story pattern that Mario does: save the princess, save the world, but it's the new world(s) that keeps dragging us back in. If you ask me Tears of the Kingdom has some big shoes to fill and if the story doesn't grab me by the balls, I will let go.

Am I the only one who just wants a traditional Zelda? I don't care about multiple weapons, durability and now crafting. With this new entry it feels more like Breath of the Wild 1.5 instead of a full blown sequel.

That's fun and all, but more games on NSO please .

If we don't talk about remaking Melee can we then talk about the GameCube controller and Nintendo being able to re-release that lovely piece of technology? They are very hard to come by and a practicality a money printing machine for the big N, or am I exaggerating?

Metroid Prime 2 and 3 should be a given now that the first if the the trilogy has been remastered and a success. I would have expected some news about Twilight Princess and Wind Waker coming to Switch by now My personal favourite is probably F-Zero GX. Going a little off topic I do think Oracle of Seasons/Ages deserve the Link's Awakening treatment of a fully remastered duology.

Fingers crossed and hope and pray that these titles will all launch on NSO sooner than later. You never know what the fate they have when the stores close, especially when it's up to the big N.

Oracle of Seasons/Ages when!? If you don't want to remake these games than throw on there, Nintendo.

How come Nintendo pushes a Direct for this movie almost every single week while we have to wait for Jupiter to align with Mars before we get a decent Direct with actual games that matter?

Love it. Now I want 2 and 3 remastered even more. I can't help but love a remastered game, because I know that (when done correctly) the game won't disappoint as many new games do. Just take my money, Nintendo.

Maybe Pokémon from Red/Blue will useable in Pokemon Stadium now? I know the N64 trailer stated Pokémon wouldn't be transferable, but Stadium isn't out yet, so we still might get that feature, right?

That new amiibo I will get, 70€ for a game? Not a problem, smacking down 130 for an extra booklet and a steel case? Well that's where I draw the line.

It feels weird to vote for a remaster, but I did: Metroid Prime. Is was rumoured, but I didn't expect it to release so soon. On the long run it might've been GB/GBA NSO since the Oracle games will launch on it... eventually.

If this game is decently priced I might give it another go. GameCube game was pretty stellar.

Can't wait to finally play Oracle of Ages, as I never had the chance. Nintendo really needs to up the ante and release at least (!) 3 games per month for each platform.

4. A couple of N64 NSO for the year, because GB/GBA is too much to ask for.

I am trying to think of things to put on my Nintendo Direct Bingo card. So far I have: (lots of) Tears of the Kingdom and a big bag of disappointment.

Can't say this looks and feels like a Zelda game.

I can't say I am really excited for this line up. I have been playing Breath of the Wild again lately, with Tears of the Kingdom releasing soon. Still I don't feel a lot of excitement for the sequel. If Nintendo pulls a "Majora's Mask" on Breath of the Wild with Tears of the Kingdom, they better do an amazing sequel like Marjora's Mask was.

Otherwise I would like to see the Zelda Oracle series remade just like they did Link's Awakening.

Wind Waker is one of those games that ages like a fine wine. I haven't played it in years so the longing for a reply is drawing my attention for either the HD version on Switch or the GameCube version on NSO.

I'd rather see Nintendo re-release the Oracle series for Switch like they did with Link's Awakening, though.

Yooka-Laylee tried it and pretty much failed. I am already bias and this one.

I remember landing on Tallon Overworld for the first time like it was yesterday. I was so blown away by the visuals and the atmosphere that, even although I never played a Metroid game before, I was instantely convinced this was going to be one game of the best games I ever played.

This must be the best mod (of the GameCube) I have ever seen. I want one.

New experiences rarely beat nostalgia.

I have a feeling reprints of Amiibo are on its way with Tears of the Kingdom. I can pre-order a couple of Zelda Amiibo that were discontinued at my local game shop.

I've bought Super Mario 3D All Stars to own a physical copy of Mario 64 and I want a Zelda version with at least Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask as well. I have NSO+ because of these last two games, but with both (and Banjo Kazooie) 100% completed I am struggling to find something to play in their current library. I know that there are some absolute classics in their, but none seem to grab my attention. I am hoping that Nintendo will release GB/GBA games soon, otherwise I am transforming my good old GBA SP in a Slate and call it a day for my NSO subscription.

@AtlanteanMan all good, mate. I was hoping for a physical version of Ocarina of Time en Marjora's Mask at Zelda's latest anniversary. Mario fans got All Stars, Zelda fans had to do with NSO. I am afraid it's not getting any better than this.

Stop mini consoles all together and put Dreamcast games on NSO.

I am the only one that doesn't get enthousiastic anymore about new Fire Emblem games? I would love the see a remake of The Binding Blade, The Blazing Blade and Sacred Stones though. Heck, I'll probably be even happier if Nintendo would release the GBA games for NSO...

Finally after all these years somebody who also was afraid of Clanker. But I wasn't even brave enough to go in the room on my first playthrough. I picked up the first few jiggies and just left de world entirely. Only years later when I was older and wanted to go for the 100% I was brave enough to face the monster only to find out he's just a sweet harmless piece of metal.

That's fun and all, but can you also farm in this game?

I was searching for news on the Switch version just a few hours ago and came up empty handed. Now it quietly launched just a few minutes ago!? Isn't that spooky. I am guessing there will be no physical release?

I treasure physical game and therefor avoid Cloud gaming like the plague.

I think The Battle of Olympus should at least have an honorable mention.

I love this game. It's relaxing, easy on the eyes and slightly addictive.

With digital media ever disappearing from our consoles, I have learned to have those games that I love most in physical form. A code in a box is nothing more than a marketing camping in your local game shop.

Since Nintendo and Microsoft are buddies through there pal Rare I feel like they could've done more with their friendship. I can understand why Banjo Kazooie and GoldenEye are brought to their platforms, because they both profit from this deal. Still, where are Banjo Tooie, Donkey Kong 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Jet Force Gemini, Conker's Bad Fur Day (please?) and Perfect Dark? Or am I asking too much here?
