This is a one way competition. This is so like Nintendo, minding their business, totally unaware of how big they can be and impacting the entire videogame industry every time they release something big. Like the complete void of announcements around TOTK's release.
This reminds me of a tv show or a film (can't remember) in which a kid was playing an Xbox exclusivity on a Nintendo console with a playstation controller. The prop guys were either really stupid, or fantastic jokers.
Fundraising for an IP infringement. They might actually be geniuses. They collect money, then say "thanks, but Nintendo is against it. And we're keeping the money since Kickstarter was made for scammers and we don't owe you anything."
I hope they just move all the game development to the Switch 2. I'd hate to have crossgen games dragged down by the old switch hardware for several years like Sony did with PS4/5 crossgen games
Nintendo: we give you the detail so you can be ready for launch since we trust you. Mum's the word. Every manufacturer: HEY EVERYONE! Here is the unannounced Switch 2 in our future accessories!
If I was Nintendo, I'd make a list of all the manufacturers who broke the silence early and make sure they never know about unannounced projects ever again.
I'd simply make a top 1 god tier game and place BOTW in it. With a got tier nostalgia including former perfectest games, like Super Mario world, ALTTP, mario 64, ocarina of time, chrono trigger and mass effect. And even Bahamut Lagoon to give the bird to the idiots who decided not to translate it.
@Azuris Oddly enough, I've never had a problem with Samsung (except for a really old one that does after 10+ years), but SanDisk microSD died in record time every single time.
I'd rather have it adapted by an anime studio. The team behind demon slayer would be perfect once they're done with the film trilogy, but many other would be great.
My eShop is called dekudeals. I haven't launch the switch eShop in ages because it's a slow unusable turd. I'm not sure it's much better on other consoles. I haven't bought a single game via the PS5 eShop either.
I'm betting on a reveal in January, when people are done buying switch for Christmas.
It'll be named the Two-itch and Amazon will lawyer up because it's too close to their streaming service. 4K docked is almost a given, with the latest dlss technology from Nvidia. Backwards compatibility was confirmed, so the cartridges will be similar, so will the architecture. I'd say it'll be more powerfull than the PS4 pro, but less than the PS5.
And yes, my pronostics make more sense than those crappy logo mock-ups.
It's announced for the Switch, so they won't make it a switch 2 exclusive. Meaning it will be technically limited by the old hardware, even if they make it cross gen. A bit disappointed TBH.
They must have at least one person with poor eyesight in their development team.
That reminded me of the Witcher 3 on a 55" TV. I struggled to read when my eyes were tired and had to move the sofa closer to the TV to read without glasses.
This seems like poetry to me. It leaves some people in tears, but for me, it's just a poor use of a language. This looks and sounds pretty like poetry, but it isn't much of a game.
GRIS isn't a good game, it's just a pretty but boring one. And this one seems similar.
At this rate, it will be running on version 97.0.0 by the time it releases for the rest of the mortal world (not subscribed for switch online. It's the first time I've seen a v2 get released so quickly. What's the point of those following zeros if they name it like modern browsers?
@mariomaster96 Nothing can be called "a Zelda game", simply because it needs a positive adjective, like awesome or incredible. Except for Triforce heroes which should be forgotten or qualified as a mistake.
I'd doesn't seem that incredible looking at the reviews. Sadly we can't expect any improvements to this museum other than stability, even if it seems perfectly stable already.
I'm not sure it would be relevant. I'm not sure they have ever credited IP creators if they weren't involved in a sequel. Also they had that policy saying only people who have worked at least 6 months on a game should be credited, leading to complaints in the past. It makes sense this would apply to everyone, including a legend.
They should also create a law saying we can get our money back as easily as they can blip a digital game out of existence.
Digital purchases are so common, some people are rabbidly defending them, not even getting the obvious problem. I've seen so many stupid news saying that X% of the games were purchased digitally, trying to justify digital only consoles, not even thinking that most indy and pc games aren't even available in physical version... Sad sad state of the industry.
I can only rate amazon France 0/5. Still waiting for my copy to be shipped after pre-ordering it over a month ago. Can't wait to eventually get it though.
Nintendo will replace AI with competent employees. AI will go on strike to protect their existence, but Nintendo will keep hiring humans, not caring about AI rights.

Re: Lexar Is Apparently Releasing A Switch 2 'microSD Express' Card
@X68000 Same format. It's still microSD, but the minimum read/write speed is higher. Before that you had UHS 1-3
Re: Nintendo's Switch 2 Announcement Reportedly Impacted Steam Deck Sales
@Dazman You mean that would be Valve? (I'm super proud of that ridiculous joke)

Re: Random: Geez, PS5 Game 'Anime Life Sim' Sure Looks Familiar
Even the title seems AI generated. If you only keep the A as a capital letter, the acronym reads "Als".

Re: Tencent Labeled A "Chinese Military Company" By US Government
They might be working on augmentes reality, making American soldiers appear as monsters. Where did I see that? Probably black mirror.
Re: Random: Helldivers Studio Once Pitched A High-Flying Rail Shooter Inspired By Star Fox
The bar was set so low with star fox zero, any game would be a masterpiece in comparison.
Re: Tech Fans Have Gone Full 'Layton' In Analysing The 'Switch 2' Motherboard
Going full Layton would be suggesting a puzzle about hot air balloon or something totally unrelated.
Re: Jim Carrey "Open To The Idea" Of Playing Robotnik In Future Sonic Movies
One reason to love the sonic movies whether you enjoyed them or not: they convinced Jim Carrey to keep acting.

Re: Nintendo Reportedly Seeking "New Targets" In Switch Piracy Investigation
I blame Sony for this. If they hadn't lied about those extra 5 millions PS2, Nintendo wouldn't be cracking down on piracy to sell more consoles.
Re: As Switch Closes The Gap, Sony Officially Confirms PS2 Has Sold "Over" 160 Million Units
Sony being Sony... They are, and will always be the worst at communication and onanism.
They love the incorrect idea they have of themselves and can't even see how stupid they look the the rest of the world.
Re: Sony May Be Plotting A New PSP To Compete With Nintendo's 'Switch 2'
They will only produce 500 units, so they can trick gullible news reporters into thinking it's a success, just because it's sold out.

Re: Nintendo Spotlights Impressive Sales Increase Outside Its Traditional Territories
@Wario_Waha Sony will lie again and say they shipped over 200 million PS2.

@Yosti It will be 100% definitively complete with the very final update by the end of December. Although, he has yet to specify the year.
Re: FYI, Upcoming 'Miyamoto' Game Has Nothing To Do With The Legendary Creator
Their next game should be called The legend of Shigeru to avoid any confusion.
As someone with a really common surname, I've seen a fait amount of idiots asking me if random people with the same name were related.
Re: Final Fantasy Composer Nobuo Uematsu Says Fantasian Neo Dimension Is His "Final Project"
There are a lot of composers who are probably as talented as he is, but it's still the end of a legend.
Hopefully he'll retire like Jim Carrey did after Sonic 2. "I'm done... OK, I'm back!"

Re: Random: Fans Discover A Hidden Credits Screen In Zelda: Majora's Mask
I know this secret code. It's the Konam-ish code.
Re: Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom's Overworld Appears To Include Links To The Past
A bit of a weird article. It's extremely obvious to anyone who played ALTTP, and other people probably won't care.
I'd be more interested in a list of speculations on the timeline (not just one per article!)

Re: The Math Adds Up, The Nintendo Switch Really Does Have The Best Games
And games like elden ring will probably be get a port on the next Nintendo console. So that's a few 90+ games in the future.

Re: New 'Cozy' Game Inspired By Zelda: BotW And Studio Ghibli Fully Funded For Switch
It looks stiff and empty. Even the description is boring. "It's so cozy and not stressful, there is nothing to do"
Re: Random: There's A Reason Link Can't Speak In Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom
It's more of a self aware joke. It has some genuinely fun moments and doesn't take itself seriously.
Re: Nintendo's Xenoblade Chronicles Dev Monolith Soft Is Now 25 Years Old
Definitely one of the best acquisition by Nintendo. Now they should acquire Grezzo and make them develop a whole lot more 2D Zelda!
