@FlyingDunsparce I said in the text that 1080p is fine in practice. The issue is that other consoles are able to go up to 4K, and I don't believe for a second that Switch 2 is incapable of doing so. It's a PSP game.

It's not unheard of, and a September release would plug a gap for Nintendo. It is co-publisher, after all. Although it is very soon after Fire Emblem, admittedly.

@Ampelmann It's very similar to BotW in that most of the exploration is driven solely by the player. Waypoints are vague and you need to figure a lot of stuff out on your own. If you hit a tricky boss, just go explore elsewhere and come back later.

@KayFiOS Don't be so sure that third parties will continue providing discs right up until the deadline. None of the big publishers want physical media anymore; if they see an opportunity to get rid of it sooner, they will.

GTA6 will be the catalyst.

Nintendo is just a few years behind Sony and Microsoft, unfortunately.

None of the big publishers want physical games, and Nintendo's probably fuming that so many of its customers are still hanging on.

An all-digital future is inevitable, but I think we can still enjoy another decade or so of physical first-party Nintendo games.

@BTB20 Nintendo tends to make exceptions in its presentational material if the game has sold well enough. If not, then yeah, we might not see it.

@-wc- The port does wiggle slightly, which I assume is to help prevent it from just snapping off entirely. Really though, even if I push the Switch 2 backwards from the top, it doesn't lean very far at all. It would take a fair bit of force.

And yeah, I can't speak for anybody else, but I've had plenty of light, vertical scratches on the screen protector from the dock. They're only really visible in certain light, but they're there.

@JC016 It won't. Digital sales on PS5 hit 85% last quarter vs. physical. Sony won't bat an eyelid at angry comments on the internet. It's the money that talks.

@JohnnyMind No one disregarded your comment, my friend. I acknowledged in the review that there's been an upgrade. That's obvious. The problem is it's not a good enough upgrade. It falls way short of what the Switch 2 is actually capable of.
