@IceClimbersMain I haven't tried the Dualsense Edge yet, but I would say that the new Pro Controller feels better than the Xbox Elite pad. $85 is a lot in isolation, but it's a seriously premium bit of kit for the price.

I think with this one there's a clear nod to Galaxy with the 'spin' move, which appears to not only add a slight boost to your jumps, but also activate nearby platforms. Flipping the platforms around at the 0:56 mark is very Mario-esque.

@UltimateOtaku91 Or neither. They could've easily worked out a deal with a publisher to get sufficient funding to keep them going for a while.

System Shock Remake is absolutely excellent, I'd love to see it on the Switch 2!

@Pillowpants It's pretty much someone who represents the interests of an outside company – in this case PetWORKs – while Nintendo can tap into their knowledge and expertise within a particular field.

Chris Meledandri is also an outside director thanks to his involvement with the Mario movie and role as CEO of Illumination.

There was also no mention of Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition in terms of sales, but that's likely due to its late arrival in the fiscal year.

@dazzleshell No, GTA6 is an exception thanks to its status in effectively transcending general gaming news and breaking into the mainstream. Frankly, there's not going to be anything quite like it for some time. This will be an exceptionally rare occurrence, I assure you.

I think it probably will be the biggest launch ever, but Smithers' reasoning here is absurd. Pre-orders mean nothing if Nintendo can't satiate demand by shipping enough units, and Furukawa has already said there won't be enough.

So yeah, 2.2 million lottery participants is awesome, but if there are only, say, 1 million units available, it's a very different story.
