@Kaiffe123 I would imagine Nintendo was probably prototyping this stuff like, what, a decade ago now? A lot can change in that time. The new console could be lighter, the magnets more powerful, etc... I'm not saying this is definitely true, mind, but I think it would be more feasible now than it was for the OG Switch.

@Coversnail Embracer owns Middle-earth Enterprises, which in turn owns the LotR IP. So right now there's no reason to believe Embracer would ever lose the rights unless they absolutely had to sell it off.
They don't own absolutely everything to do with Tolkien's world, but movies, stage, merchandising, etc all falls under Embracer.

@IsThis5or6 Hmm odd, that's never been a problem for me. I've always been able to quit out of the game and pick up where I left off.

The devs are currently looking into the game's disappearance from the eShop. It seems to have only occured today. It wasn't us, we swear.

@-wc- As @canaryfarmer has said, having the option to manually move onto the next level provides an opportunity to explore a bit more, if you wish. It's a bit of an odd requirement, since you need to reach your ship to trigger the option, at which point I would imagine you're already done exploring.

To answer your other question, yes, disabling the visual improvements does seem to smooth out the frame rate.

@MarcoP90 Good spot, that would've been for a game from the previous week that I'd simply neglected to remove. It's gone now. Need for Speed was only listed for Switch in the GfK charts.

@_Figo_ Well, yeah... obviously. The sole reason that Prime 4 is noteworthy is that we, Nintendo's customers, know that it exists. I'm sure Nintendo would have rather kept it under wraps until it was ready, but alas, that didn't happen.

@SwagaliciousJohnson If Nintendo keeps up this cadence of remakes and remasters to keep us occupied in 2024, I feel Twilight Princess and Wind Waker could well be just around the corner.

Weird decision. I've not worked at GAME in a long time and it seems to have changed a lot since then, but pre-owned was its bread and butter. 100% of profits from pre-owned sales went to GAME, while the company took, what, maybe a 30% cut of new game sales. Just weird, I don't get it.
