Hello everyone! I will be playing Fallout 4 most of the weekend! I have just finished the Far Harbor DLC and I loved it. Now I am back in the Commonwealth exploring some more! I also have also introduced some light mods to make QOL improvements and I have been loving that as well. As always, happy gaming everyone!

I remember the days of people begging for a Nintendo console to get a modern Call of Duty game. I just wish it had happened during a time period when Call of Duty had more respect on its name.

I actually just finished listening to some of the songs and they sound pretty nostalgic for me even though I haven't even played that Sim City game.

This game will be a fantastic experience for my kids and I. Definitely something that will be on a regular rotation for us.

@Picola-Wicola Also, Lies of P is a more condensed and focused game which I honestly appreciate because there's just simply too many open world games these days. I haven't played the Lies of P DLC yet though. This is just my personal opinion, but I played Elden Ring first, and then I played Lies of P later on, and I had a much better time on that game. Your results may vary!

I still believe the original Wiimotes with Wii Motion Plus were some of the best motion controllers for that style of gameplay. Regardless of accuracy, I don't like using the Joy Cons in the same regard. Maybe that has something to do with the fact that motion control gameplay isn't new anymore. I miss when it was new to be honest.

RIP Hayden. She was the voice of my favorite female video game character ever in Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2. She made a lasting mark on multiple industries and the world is a slightly lesser place without her. I think it hits harder with the recent Kingdom Hearts IV and Kingdom Hearts animated series information.

I hope he has a good retirement. He has helped make some all time classics and he has definitely made his impression on the game industry.

I also respect him understanding that the game industry is nothing like it used to be. Money tends to suck the soul out of everything.

I have genuinely never heard of this app. It doesn't sound like something I would want eating up space on my phone personally.

These price increases are the main reason I purchased the system during its launch period.

@Picola-Wicola I would probably say Elden Ring first to be honest unless you like more corridor driven gameplay. That game is pretty much the gold standard in soulslike gameplay. I honestly enjoyed Lies of P more myself though. It really also depends on what setting you like. Elden Ring is more medieval and Lies of P is more of a steampunk vibe.

This game doesn't really remind me of Kingdom Hearts in the slightest.

I have been playing Fallout 4 on my Steam Deck OLED recently and I have been having a blast. I forgot how little of this game that I actually explored. Also, the game is slightly modded to my personal tastes. As always, happy gaming everyone and I hope you all make some great memories this weekend!

I personally don't have the funds or use for either at the moment, so it will be a pass for me.

There is barely another Super Mario game as polarizing as this one. I personally really enjoy the base game, but 100% completion on this one honestly feels like a huge chore so I have never done it. I watched my brother complete it once and I couldn't see myself stomaching that!

@Johnny_Arthur That is a darn shame. I think I will preserve my memory of Little Nightmares 1 & 2 by not playing the 3rd entry.

I actually really like the black one in the top left image, and the prices are kind of reasonable in comparison to what I have seen online in recent memory.

I am honestly not super happy with the 30 FPS, though I totally expected that. I actually started replaying the original version on my Steam Deck OLED shortly before this remaster was announced, so I ended up halting that playthrough in favor of this new version. I may get around to playing it eventually.

I can't remember the last time I watched The Game Awards show. Maybe I will tune in this year if something interesting is rumored to happen and it actually has a genuine chance to appear.

I would honestly be interested if the game was developed in full for a single release. I don't like that Final Fantasy 7 is 3 parts, regardless of the content offered within. I have played the first part of Final Fantasy 7 though.

This is definitely a shame for their studio. As for Litte Nightmares III, I don't have much of an interest in that game. It I loved the first two, but the 3rd game just doesn't look interesting to me.

This is beyond incredible. I actually prefer the 2D Metroid games so I would play this.

Not too bad on the improvements and fixes. I just wish Minecraft didn't run so bad on Nintendo Switch 1. I have done everything under the sun to get the game running acceptably but its performance currently is reprehensible. I personally can't wait for the Nintendo Switch 2 version to release for my kids. They will probably mainly want to play it on that system instead of their Nintendo Switch Lite systems from that point onwards.

Super Metroid's box art honestly looks incredible. I can't imagine choosing any art besides that one.

For anyone that plays on Steam, the first Moonlighter is currently free on that platform (which I already scooped up). I figured I would mention that just in case!

I really need to get around to playing both Xenoblade Chronicles 2 &3. I am always hesitant to do so because of how much I love the first game. I always fear the new ones can't live up to the first one.

The North American variant is the best one in my opinion. They all have their issues but I feel that the color palette works the best on that one.

The North American variant is an easy choice for me on this one. The colors pop beautifully on all corners of the box.

I am a little late to this article but I have been playing Fortnite on PS5 and Kynseed on Steam Deck OLED. Two wildly different games. I hope everyone has a great weekend as usual!

This one was a pretty obvious choice for me. There are so many more details in the Japanese variant than in the other one. It is almost like the North American/European variant was a cropped image of the Japanese one. I know that is not necessarily true but I love the extra details.

I am glad I purchased the PS5 version of this game a long time ago. Even got the platinum trophy on this game too.

A box art on a video game isn't that important but the chosen art is honestly pretty ugly. There are so many other ways they could have made this box art better but instead they chose a weird chibi style art that isn't indicative of the games themselves. I am glad I own these games elsewhere.

This game actually looks quite good to me. I will probably be adding it to my Steam wish list.

Update: I actually bought the game on GOG.com and I am playing it on my Steam Deck OLED. It is a pretty unique experience in comparison to other top down adventure games I have played. It shares minor similarities to Stardew Valley but it also has its own unique spin on the overall setting, music, and gameplay mechanics. Pretty fun stuff so far!

That isn't a bad start! I am curious to see what the major sales tally will be a year from now. I have a feeling this game will become more of a niche hit with people.

I am highly partial to the Sonic Origins Plus box art. Out of any of the available choices, that one would be the coolest on my shelf.

Looks like I will be sticking with the PS5 version when I can afford it. I want the best performance I can get from the game on the systems I own.

Personally, it was my least favorite showcase from the big three. There definitely was some good stuff sprinkled in there though!

I am honestly surprised that they modified the eShop layout at all but it is a very welcome change regardless.

I definitely will not be replaying the original before experiencing this remake. I will still play it every once in a while but I am ready for this new retelling. I just hope it measures up to the original in its own unique way.

I'm going to be honest and say that this new addition actually sounds pretty interesting. I am looking forward to seeing how many cool new inventions/ideas appear online from this new block.

I am also looking forward to the Nintendo Switch 2 Minecraft update for Vibrant Visuals. Not for myself really but instead for my kids. Just another way to enjoy Minecraft. I just hope the performance doesn't suffer. They have an awful time playing Minecraft on their Nintendo Switch Lite systems most of the time.

The performance issues while minor to some do sway me to considering getting a different version of this game in the future. I would have preferred to play this game on my Steam Deck OLED but I doubt the performance would be much better on it. Perhaps a discounted PS5 version is the best choice.

This makes me wonder how many other studios have been on the edge of the cutting block during new game reveals. I wonder how many have give a new lease on life and how many have bit the dust.

Well deserved. I loved the anime and I can't wait for the final season. I am also currently playing through the Devil May Cry HD Collection on PS5 for my first time and it has been pretty fun.
