That is honestly a pretty awesome homage to a previous design. It helps get you thinking about how many character designs our favorite video game characters before we get to the final product.

A sad day for Mario fans everywhere. I can't even think about any Nintendo properties without thinking of him and the contributions he has made to some many classic titles. At the same time though, he most certainly deserves to retire and enjoy his life. Being a Mario Ambassador sounds pretty darn cool to me.

I would absolutely buy this game on PlayStation. Perhaps I will before too long. It totally looks like it is worth the price of admission.

The new characters look pretty awesome to be honest. I don't think it is possible for this game to ever get old. I can always see myself coming back for another playthrough, whether while playing solo, couch co-op, or over the internet.

I didn't really enjoy this game the first time around. I definitely won't be playing it again at that price point.

I am kind of on the fence about the art style chosen. There are so many great games like this out there so it really has to stick out for me. It doesn't look bad at all though.

It honestly doesn't look too bad. I would definitely play it if it came to PlayStation Plus.

I personally love the color pallet of Kingdom Hearts 1. Something about the color pallet brings both excitement, and familiarity for me and that isn't something I can say about a bunch of games.

The Japan (Famicon) variant looks incredible. All of the little details it provides guarantees a vote from me.

It was honestly only a matter of time. I can just imagine the cool move set Plankton could have considering all the wacky escapades he gets up to in the show.

I will be playing Hogwarts Legacy on PlayStation 5 with any free time I am given. I have been addicted to it for about a week now, and I have been enjoying roaming around Hogwarts finding every little secret and bit of dialogue I can. There is so much to unravel or complete in this game. I don't think i am too worried about 100% completion though. I am just enjoying a lot of what the game offers, and also the world building it provides. An excellent game, to be sure.

I mean, I just recently had bubble tea for the first time at a local county fair and loved it. I am totally down for this in the USA.

I am very late to the party but I finished Demon's Souls on PlayStation 5, and I am now playing Hogwarts Legacy. Both great games in their own right.

I definitely prefer Japan's box art. I feel like I get a better idea about the game with that one.

I haven't played either but I think I would prefer the DS remake if I was going to play a version. I am kind of tired of sprite work though it is a classic part of the older Final Fantasy games.

I am a little late to the part again but I ended up playing The Artful Escape on PlayStation 5 and scored the platinum and enjoyed the game immensely.

After I finished that, I started my first foray into Demon's Souls as well and I have been having a blast in that one. I didn't think I would enjoy a souls game like I enjoy this one and it has been so much fun having to plan each step I take and strategize around the environment and tools available at my disposal. Glad I didn't sleep on this one.

North America #1 is easily my favorite by far. It gives all the tonal subtleties that I would expect from a box art.

I picked up the Pikmin kitchen towels! They will make a fine addition to my home!

I really want one of these. Please bring them to the USA!

This game is pretty incredible. I enjoyed my time with it on PlayStation 5 and I could always use a reason to dive back in. The pixel art is gorgeous in this game.

This is one of those titles that I have never gotten around to trying out, and even with this collection, I am still unsure if I would play it. I really don't know why. The game just doesn't seem super appealing to me. These interesting facts are always appreciated though.

I think it was definitely one of the more unique ways to acquire the Master Sword in comparison to older titles, but something about The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time's method was the most satisfying for me. It felt more meaningful since there wasn't a weapon break system, and also since the time travel elements tied directly into taking the Master Sword.

Gotta go fast... I guess not quite fast enough.

Another week, another duplication glitch getting patched out by Nintendo. It doesn't bug me at all, but I can see how it would bug some people.

The kids chose Daisy's Cruiser as the level they would most like to play. Good choice!

Well, I just earned the platinum trophy on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart last night so I am unsure of what I will be playing on PlayStation 5 though I have a few ideas. On Nintendo Switch I am still playing TOTK and that probably won't change anytime soon.

Edit: I ended up deciding to play Guardians Of The Galaxy on PlayStation 5 and I am enjoying the game very much. It doesn't help that the soundtrack hearkens back to my overall favorite era of music. And watching everyone grow as individuals and seeing them grow as a team has been a blast as well. It is true to the style that GOTG has.

A very unexpected passing of a brilliant mind. His work shall live on each time someone plays one of his games for the first time.

I did better than I thought I would though my results were pretty bad.

I always love patches that the game play like the developers intended. Obvious bug fixes are absolutely necessary for immersion.

I think besides more processing power for the next Nintendo console, the only other addition I currently want is more soul in the console's interface. If it has that, I am happy. A catchy menu theme that can optionally be enabled/disabled, personalized background themes, and folder/color palette options would bring a bunch of life to the system and make it feel more like old school Nintendo with practical, modern features.

I would definitely pay for these if they came to North America. I love putting posters like these in display cases.

I kind of like the color palette of the Shonen range. I don't know if any of the designs themselves though interest me.

I put well over 100 hours in this game with its stylus controls, but I honestly never got to the point where I was truly comfortable with the control options given. It was unique, but my hand was always in pain after a couple hours no mater what technique I tried. The game itself though was a pretty unforgettable experience regardless.

That is a fact I definitely did not expect would ever exist. Pretty cool to know though since that is one of my favorite movies.

I have played all of the Pikmin games multiple times so far, and I know I'll be playing this one too. Probably not close to launch, because I have other things that I'm wanting to do/play, but I will get around to playing it because it looks like an improvement in every single way on the original formula. And they also managed to add a bunch of extra features that will make the game much more enjoyable, and expand what you can do in the game. It is definitely on my to buy list.

I haven't even gotten around to playing Undertale yet. If I haven't played that one, there is no reason for me to consider playing this one until I beat that one. They may or may not be direct sequels or anything like that, but I'd rather play the game that started that type of gameplay first, and then see what improvements were made in Deltarune.

I wouldn't expect anything like GameCube games to appear any sooner than the next Nintendo console, or even further after that. Judging by Nintendo's past, they like to give us things way after we've asked for them. So I'm not holding out any expectations for a game library of that caliber. Honestly I'm satisfied of what we gotten so far, but the only inevitable step is to move towards the other consoles that haven't had much of their game catalogs released on an emulation service.

I mean, when a studio that doesn't have much credit to their name has such a disastrous launch, you can't really expect anything less. This game to me just didn't look very promising right from the very beginning.

I never even knew this old Game Boy existed. It is pretty amazing that it was still in a working condition even after being in The Gulf War. Another relic lost to time in functionality, but not in spirit.

The North American variant would easily get the most excited to play the game of I saw it at the store. The other two are nice too, but they are missing something that catches my eye.

On my wonderful 4 day weekend, I will be playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom on Nintendo Switch and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart on PlayStation 5. Both fantastic titles in their own right.

Mine is either The Legend of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom on Nintendo Switch or Humanity on PlayStation 5. I am looking for unique experiences, and so far, those have provided my standout moments of 2023.

I personally am going to just skip on this one and wait for Sonic Superstars and hope that games ends up being good. I've liked what I've seen so far from the gameplay videos, but I won't know for sure in my opinion on it until I see some reviews start rolling in. I kind of wish they would release a demo so people could try it before buying it like they did with some of the other Sonic games. Perhaps they still will.

Those are actually pretty solid additions though I haven't really spent hardly any time at all on the Sega Genesis emulation service. I've spent most of my time in the Super Nintendo emulation app, and the Game Boy Advance emulation app. One of these days I'll get around and checking out some of the Sega games that I never got to play when I was a kid.

I can see the feature being a useful addition for certain instances in the game, but I can't see myself using it a whole lot as a whole. I think it kind of devalues the time management, resource management, and overall gameplay that it's supposed to be offering. I can definitely see the appeal for younger players though. It might allow more players to get into the franchise. A fresh generation.

That is exactly what I wanted to hear. Now, if we get up strong majority of all the titles that have already been released available at launch of the next Nintendo console, I'll be a happy guy. And I am specifically talking about all the emulated games from the Nintendo Switch Online service.

It is probably time to accept that E3 will never again be like its glory days from its earlier years. I had many great memories watching the broadcasts on TV with my brother while enjoying lunch when I was a kid, but I now understand that the market has simply changed, and new ways need found to restore some of that magic. The recent Nintendo Direct rekindled my excitement for live broadcasts with how good it was. I got the feels quite a bit while watching that presentation. So much to be emotional and get excited for. For my family as a whole, not just me.

Getting to see this movie with my kids in a packed movie theater of excited parents and children is a memory that I'll never forget. And the movie delivered on all levels as far as I'm concerned. I'm excited to see what they do with it inevitable sequel. I am also excited to see what they will do with a future Legend of Zelda movie. Other of Nintendo's franchises are also welcome as well. There's a lot of lore they can build off of in just about every major Nintendo franchise.
