I am loving the praise that this most recent entry is receiving. I have always been a pretty big Fire Emblem fan and I really wish I had the money to buy this game.

One of my absolute favorite series. I wasn't going to let a Dragon Quest article go by without my private for the games. Something about playing these games just makes me feel good. I can't wait for Dragon Quest XII.

The European/Japanese variant is drop dead gorgeous in comparison to the North American one in my opinion. Easy choice on this one.

I have been playing Elden Ring on PS5 this weekend and that will probably be most of what I will playing over Labor Day weekend here in the states. Happy gaming everyone!

I don't really think there is much I want to see besides the Ocarina of Time remake. I would love a new 3D Mario but there is essentially a 0% chance of that happening. I gotta say though, if Twilight Princess showed up, I would probably play it. That is one of my least played Zelda games.

Incredible. I will be catching both of the Nintendo Directs if I have a chance.

I didn't realize that it was a co-op specific game. That kind of hurts the appeal to me but I do really like the art style.

The type of mindsets described above can be considered overthinking by some but they can also completely change how much you enjoy a game. With so many games offering so many ways to play, you sometimes have to slow down and find what about a particular game is enjoyable for you.

I used to play open world games with a checklist of sorts in my mind of everything I had to do in a game to feel like I beat it. I don't do that anymore. Video games shouldn't feel like a list of tasks you need to complete before the credits roll. Video games should be played simply to have fun.

Epic. I barely play this Mario Kart game in comparison to Mario Kart World, but it is still technically the more well rounded in comparison. At least that is my opinion.

None of these games are revisiting titles for me. There are so many games I missed from the 80's and 90's so I always have a new experience waiting for me.

@rockodoodle The last Mario sports game I enjoyed was the Mario Golf game on GBA. That game had challenging gameplay and a pretty solid story!

It looks like a pretty solid port to me by the looks of the footage. I always enjoy a good James Bond game and this one is definitely on my list to play.

I have never really been intrigued by the Moonlighter games. I did get the first game for free on Steam a while back so if I want to try the series, I have a good opportunity to do so.

I would definitely switch to the Japanese voice for this game, which I normally don't do. I don't think I could handle the English accent for the main character. Besides that one flaw, I am actually pretty stoked for this game. It is definitely going on my wishlist on one of my available platforms.

Where does this Mario Tennis rank in comparison to other games in the series? I am genuinely curious because I haven't played one since the GameCube release.

I kind of blew this quiz. Only got 7 right. I have been paying attention to Nintendo Life news, but I haven't been paying as much attention to the specific articles in question.

I can't really rate the Nintendo Switch 2 version but I really enjoyed this game on other platforms! It is a solid 9 in my book.

I adored this game on the Wii U and I really need to revisit this franchise. I haven't even bothered to play Pikmin 4 yet either! These games are also great co-op session games. Even the ones that don't have true multiplayer are fun in co-op. Just pass the controller back and forth between each day. That is what my brother and I did.

I don't think I have played even a single Mega Man X game. I am so far behind!

I actually prefer the North American variant in this one even if there is more going on in the Japanese one. It's more centralized and focused and that's what I like about it.

I will probably mainly be playing Fallout 4 on Steam Deck OLED and Super Smash Bros Ultimate on Nintendo Switch 2. I want to play my PS5 but I am waiting for my new monitor to come in before I play it again. I don't really have much I want to play on it at the moment anyway! I definitely can't justify the price of a 1TB SD card when I am perfectly content uninstalling bigger games when I am not playing them.

The price increase didn't exactly factor into my purchase decision but technically I did have a thought at the time that a price change was imminent. This was before the price point increase was originally being discussed.

I can never say enough good things about Stellar Blade. Easily my favorite PS5 game and I would love to have an excuse to play it again. Money is tight though so I will have to stick to my PS5 version.

Unfortunately, this honestly does not look that great to me. I would much rather replay Shredder's Revenge again. That game is one of the most fun TMNT games I have played in years.

The only reason I voted Nothing for me this week is because I have no money to spare. There are multiple games I would love to add to my library if I had an endless flow of cash.

There are too many red flags present in this game currently for me to ever consider a purchase. Gonna have to pass on this one.

I actually really like the look of this. I haven't played a good mystery in a long time so this is one I am probably going to add to my wishlist just to be safe.

I love to see these numbers and all three of those top games are bangers from what I have heard. I really need to play all three of them.

Looks like there are some minor differences graphically but the only real major compromise here is the frame per second. This still seems like a very good port to me!

The idea of the game itself seems pretty cool but I am not a huge fan of the art style.

Based on what I read above this port is an incredible achievement for Nintendo's new hardware. I am very pleased and I am seriously considering replaying this game again. I probably won't buy the game again though. I don't have money to throw around so I will just play my PS5 edition. This port is a very little compromises type of port though and I love it for that.

TOTK and BOTW are two Zelda games that will always have new things to talk about. Games that can spark the creativity of new and seasoned players always have something new to see.

I really feel like First Light is a natural fit for a Nintendo console. Did anyone else adore the Nintendo Wii GoldenEye remake like I did? That game was friggin incredible and I loved both the single player and multiplayer.

This is a story driven series that I have been wanting to delve into for a long time but haven't. The reason for that? I thought it was never going to get a sequel so I didn't see a reason to bother. Sounds like to me I may need to reconsider my stance since a sequel has resurfaced.

Another L for physical preservation. No surprise here.

There are some pretty solid song choices in this list and that includes both newer music and some classics. I don't have any guitar controllers though so I would have to get one. It is a little bit of an expensive entry price for me.

My brother has been very impressed with the ports of part one and two so far. This makes me pretty hopeful that the final part will have an acceptable performance.

I would really hope that this version looks significantly better. The original game came out in 2015. I can't remember if I ever bought the Nintendo Switch version in the first place, but if I did, I am definitely grabbing the upgrade. Now that I think about it, I never finished the the DLC in the first place so I still have fresh content to experience.

I really should give this game another chance. I beat it a couple years back but I didn't really enjoy the second half of the game. I think I was exhausted with video games in general at the time and I wasn't enjoying them as much as I used to. I tend to hate on this game regularly but I need to give it another honest shot.

I don't think I would have used this even when I was still playing this game but it is cool regardless.

I am surprised that this series is still going. I haven't played one of these games since I was a kid, and I never imagined it would make it this far.
