I have nothing against the PS5, but mine has been completely powered off for over a month. Between my Steam Deck OLED and my Nintendo Switch 2, I can't see much of a reason to play it when my lifestyle requires mobility. That being said, I still love my PS5, it just doesn't serve much of a purpose at the moment.

I am not surprised by this news at all. I am just glad I was able to secure one myself. I would have been a little disappointed waiting on the side for the chance to get one while everyone else was having fun.

I only go for 3 stars occasionally, and I am not worried about a particular order. I am honestly in no rush to 100% complete this game.

I certainly haven't forgotten about Donkey Kong Bonanza! It is my most hyped title at this point since I (like many others) have been waiting for a new 3D Donkey Kong game for a long time. I can't wait to see what cool secrets there are to find, and how many different there are to collect all the collectibles in this game. This will probably be just like Super Mario Odyssey where people are doing challenge runs with specific requirements for the foreseeable future. I will be picking the game up on day 1 if I have the money at the time. Going on holiday recently tore through my finances.

I recently revisited The Legend of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom through the Nintendo Switch 2 edition upgrade and I finally completed the game. I stopped playing it a long time ago before finishing it, so it felt great having a good reason to test out a Nintendo Switch 2 edition game.

For this weekend, I will mainly be playing Mario Kart World and AI: The Somnium Files - The Nirvana Initiave. I started that game as well a long time ago and never got around to completing it. I planning on beating it this time around.

I am not sure if I will be getting a survey but my experience with the Nintendo Switch 2 has been nothing but fantastic. It has caused me to go back and beat some of my games I never finished. They run so much better now!

The battery life has been fine for me as well, and how easily the system synced and utilized my old Nintendo Switch 1 controllers is fantastic.

I haven't taken advantage of mouse mode too much yet, but I can see where it will be very useful in the future.

The hardware feels premium as well, which is probably one of the most important things for me to enjoy a new piece of tech.

I will get a real feel on how I feel about the system when Donkey Kong Bonanza comes out. That will be the real test for me personally.

This overview is a pretty fair assessment of what I've experienced so far with Fortnite on Nintendo Switch 2. I don't really have any complaints with the experience so far and I am glad to be able to play it on something besides my PlayStation 5.

Yeah, I have already done this myself in Mario Kart World. It was the first time I had ever seen it in my play experience.

I have an immense amount of respect for this man. Even though it hasn't been long, I still miss whenever he was the voice of Mario. It was a completely different era.

The magnets are still a much better option over the rails that we were using before. Just like with anything else, you have to be careful when using it. And make sure your kids know how to properly attach and detach Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Cons.

This will definitely be useful for tournaments. I won't have much of a use for it though.

I've been enjoying the game myself but I'm honestly more excited for Donkey Kong Bonanza. I don't enjoy Mario Kart games as much as I used to and I typically look for different experiences. That being said though, the game is still really fun and is a great family game. I have been having fun exploring the free roam areas and playing Grand Prix mode. I haven't really messed around for battle mode yet. I am saving that for family game night.

I personally am happy with the screen that was given. I never owned a Nintendo Switch OLED so I don't only have that type of comparison. The only comparison I would have would be with my Steam Deck OLED and that isn't really a fair comparison since it can't go up to 120 hz. I don't think I would even upgrade even if they did offer an OLED variant in the future unless there were some other specific features that made it worth a purchase.

I have really been enjoying mine. It still isn't replacing my Steam Deck OLED as my primary gaming machine, but it has been a fantastic family gaming device. I have no qualms with it at this point.

I was really hoping that Nintendo would have adjusted the technology behind their joycon sticks. Mine are working perfectly fine right now, but I wonder how long that will last.

I don5 have the money to purchase one right now but rest assured I will be getting one. I am more concerned with having enough money to get Donkey Kong Bonanza.

I think I would rather play the game for fun and earn the coins over time. We haven't gotten a new Mario Kart game in a very long time. There isn't much reason to rush the enjoyment of this one.

Honestly, the game really does look pretty cutesy. I love the colors and character models. The animations seem a little stiff but I vibe with it. 12 shops also seems like a decent amount of content. I actually think I would like to play it. I'd definitely get it for Nintendo Switch 2. I wonder what the price point is. I didn't see it listed in the article.

I saw this news on one of my social media apps earlier. It is a shame for sure because I honestly have enjoyed both of the Yooka-Laylee games. Layoffs will be a harsh reality during our curing gaming climate.

I only put about 10 or so hours into the game myself and I really enjoyed my time with the game. I don't think I will play much more because I feel like I got my fill of the game. Free content is always good content though so this is great for regular players.

Of course Mario Kart World is the ideal launch title. That is clearly how Nintendo planned to kickstart the Nintendo Switch 2 generation all along, and many people had guessed a long time ago that a new Mario Kart game wasn't going to show up until the Nintendo Switch 2. It is a sound business strategy, and it is one that will pay off for the entire lifespan of the system.

I love the prominent red border on the outside of the cases. I wonder if any cases will get special color palettes based on their games.

Honestly, I prefer the more focused North American variant. I feel like the Japanese one has too much going on.

Those two games are the games that I am most excited to play for Nintendo Switch 2 to be honest, besides the new first party games from Nintendo. I have held off on playing both of those titles due to the performance problems. If the performance gets stabilized with the new system, I would be more than happy to purchase both games.

I already saw the photos on social media earlier this week and I am thrilled. I have always had a soft spot for Kingdom Hearts and I am genuinely excited for Kingdom Hearts IV.

I can't necessarily say that I am ghosting the Nintendo Switch 1. I simply haven't been playing mine in many months because I have become majorly unimpressive with its technical performance. It feels very antiquated to me. I am definitely looking forward to an upgrade with the Nintendo Switch 2.

I'll definitely believe it when I see it. I honestly expect it to be true though due to the increased power and performance provided by the Nintendo Switch 2. They have all the tools they need to make that idea a reality.

I don't really think I will be playing too many games this weekend. I haven't been feeling up to playing any games the last few weeks. It really is a shame that there is no upgrade path for those who purchased the Nintendo Switch version. I would gladly pay a fee to play it on Nintendo Switch 2 with mouse support. This type of game would greatly benefit from that.

To be honest, I didn't have a very difficult time getting one. I got mine at Wal-Mart and the process went pretty smoothly.

Honestly, when I think back on my experiences with these games as a kid, it feels like a mixer of an acid trip and a blur. Great times, but I can't recall all of the details years later.

That is a darn shame. I actually really enjoyed Dauntless but I fell off after about 60 hours. This is the trend of most live service games these days besides the major ones.

Even though both systems are primarily handheld devices, they are both aiming for two completely different markets so this is no surprise to me. I love my Steam Deck OLED, and I know I will enjoy the Nintendo Switch 2. I don't put them in the same bracket.

I will probably pass on this one. I actually really enjoyed Pokemon Legends: Arceus but the setting in this one isn't super interesting to me. I never liked Lumiose City in the first place. I also enjoyed the more primitive time period in the first game as well.

Honestly, this makes me really sad. I truly enjoyed using gold points on some of my purchases and I will really miss them. Hopefully Nintendo will be replacing it with something else.

I will definitely be watching it. I love all of that Sonic movies, and I really enjoyed the Knuckles show on Paramount+.

I am actually a little interested in this game, though I will probably be picking it up on Steam Deck OLED instead of Nintendo Switch.

I will always prefer a more game-play oriented Zelda game over one that prioritizes story. Honestly, in my opinion, most of the Zelda games I have played already have plenty of lore hidden within. The only Zelda games I have played in recent years that I felt were a bit light on story elements was The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Maybe it is just because those are larger games with a high focus on game-play and their larger worlds. Most Zelda games I have played have plenty of story to go around.

I personally am just holding out for the Steam Deck 2 and the Nintendo Switch 2. I can't really see a world in which I would want to own a Xbox handheld.

I personally prefer the more colorful version of the Japanese variant. I don't think either image is a great representation of what the game is all about though.
