I didn't have this on my radar, but now I'm kind of interested. It's nice to see this article and then seeing the comment section supportive.

I have a LOT of digital games, but the majority of those are the ones that I don't care if they disappear one day. Like if I could never play Into The Breach again, I would lose sleep, but I would be a little sad. However for important games, I always buy physical (Splatoon Series). Also the beautiful thing about physical media is I can let my friends borrow games. I wish digital had a "Game lend" feature where I could let someone borrow it while I wasn't playing it.

I get it, I'm a dinosaur and still love physical media (I still buy blu rays and dvds) but to me there is something great that when there is a movie I want to watch from 20 years ago, I can grab it and play it. I don't have to look for the streamer.

Same for games, I do think eventually games will go the streaming route more and more and when that happens, who will actually own anything?

I was really hoping for analog triggers, so if it is true it doesn't have those, that's disappointing. I like the bigger screen but I'd really like oled. I'm going to buy this as soon as they do a splatoon version (Have the Splatoon Wii U (just the pack in with the game and smash) and the Splatoon 2 switch and the Splatoon 3 OLED switch so when the Splatoon 4 Switch comes out, I'm down!

This is the first year I've missed this and it kind of sucks. Every year is 10 games and at least 2 of them are usually fun for short bursts.

Until I started looking at these articles every week, I never realized how they often try to make American boxes more aggressive. And it makes me wonder if they actually put the more beautiful artwork on American games, would they sell more? Not saying that Okami didn't sell well, but the beautiful cover makes me way more interested in this game. I did eventually buy it on my switch.

@HammerGalladeBro So what you're saying is, WE NEED MORE TETRIS! It's a very under served market on Switch. I hope they fix this on the Super Nintendo Switch.

I loved this game. I beat the entirety of the game for the first "season". I bought every set that came out and I still absolutely love it all of these years later. I wish they had done a season three. This game got me back into collecting Legos (which I hadn't done in 20 years). I wonder if Lego did any kind of research about how many people got into buying Legos by collecting the sets from this game. It's time for me to crank up the Wii U again and get back into this game. Some of the events are overly difficult, but all and all it's not bad and it is fun to explore. The humor is great too.

@MontyCircus I actually don't allow this for this exact reason. The worst player can get lucky and stay in the game way longer than necessary. Who needs a 4 hour monopoly game? haha

@CinnamonRobin AMEN!!!! This is my NUMBER one complaint about Tri-Color (which I like way better than 4 v 4). I cannot tell you how many times I've been getting the beacon only to have the other attacking team kill me. It especially sucks when we already have one. Help me help you bro, help me help you.

Someone may have answered this already, but is it worth playing now on Switch? I love Grand Theft Auto 3. I think it's because it's the only game that doesn't give the protagonist a name. If it plays fine now, I'd love to buy this and get back into it.

Does anyone else have an Activia Ad that keeps popping up covering the screen? I keep closing it and it has popped up 3 times. It will make me NOT buy Activia Gut Health Probiotic Dailies.

@GamingFan4Lyf So much this! They're going to de-list, then come out with another collection that adds a few more games and then marks the price up because of all the added value. I own this game, but mostly just play Columns on it. That was my favorite game on gamegear.

@Anti-Matter I'd love if Arms 2 made the Arms specific to each character. Like each Character had their basic arms, that could evolve twice. This would give options, but also make each character feel more special. I played arms during their test runs and just couldn't get into although it seemed like something I would LOVE

I have totally played my switch on a rooftop many many many times. Especially during Covid when the city was on "lockdown". I would go to my building's roofdeck and just play animal crossing for hours on end. Krysta doesn't know what she is missing.

The Japan cover reminded me of another games cover, can't remember what it is so I went with US.

So here's my thing, and not saying I'm right; But why not just leave all the "sexy" bits in it and then allow the user to decide if they want to partake or not. If people want the boob slider, then have the boob slider. No one is being forced to use it in order to play the game. Want revealing outfits, that's fine! No one is forcing you to use those outfits on your player. Who is ACTUALLY being harmed by this? If you are of any "offended" group by boob sliders or clothing in games, then maybe your life is really, REALLY good when this is what upsets you. Be thankful for what you have and let others enjoy things the way they want to enjoy it. There should be no shaming. I'm rather anti-censorship. Would I play the game with the boob slider all the way up? Most likely not. Probably would never use it, but if that's someone's thing, who am I to tell them not to enjoy it? We should be more open minded and tolerant of others.

This article is the first one I've ever had that I can recall on this site that had a pop up come over the screen and cover the article. I had to click the X to continue reading it. Is that a new "feature" or a malicious actor in the ad sector?

@Koffeeking0407 Thanks for this. I remember not liking the camera, and when I said Dark, I meant I literally couldn't see what I needed to do unless I turned up the brightness on my tv. I forgot what dungeon I was in (or level) but I found that ridiculous. But I get the whole theme of the game.

For anyone that played this on the Wii, is it worth buying again? I had it on the Wii and liked the concept, but there was something about it that put me off from playing very far into it (might have been the controls, or maybe how dark some levels are, I can't remember now). So if you had it on Wii, is this one noticeably better?

I've been places where you are not supposed to take pictures, (mostly museums and religious spaces when overseas) and have always respected it. I remember at the Brooklyn Museum when the Murakami exhibit was here there were places we couldn't take photos. I wish I had some of those photos and I don't always understand why I can't, but if a place says not to, I always respect it. I would want the same respect if I asked.

These seem like their regular discounts. If RE4 drops down to $4.99 sometime, I'll grab it again. I already have it on Gamecube and Wii. I think it is an amazing game, but I have such a back catalog as it is.

I was actually surprised that Best Buy was sold out of this game. Target had one copy. I'm not sure if they just stopped keeping many physical copies in the stores, but I thought there would be more. I went to Target to see if they had any of the bags for gift with purchase.

@PikminMarioKirby I second this. I never played the DK 64 and wanted to, but I liked Diddy Kong Racing better than MarioKart at the time.

@-wc- In the United States, making someone’s job so unpleasant or humiliating that they feel they have no choice but to quit is termed “constructive dismissal” and is illegal.

I honestly wouldn't mind being in a room by myself 8 hours a day if I'm still getting paid. However I'm not Japanese and do not look at co-workers the same. I like all of my colleagues, but would also like plenty of time to think and relax. Even better if I can play games while there.

Didn't they do two big games with "Woke" elements? I believe I remember seeing youtube videos about both the new AC and the new Star Wars having a touch of that. And they get "Get Woke, Go Broke". Was this a case of that? Just asking because I don't actually keep up with UBI any more. I mostly only play first party Nintendo Titles.

I like the ornamentation of the US box, but the design of the European box. If the European box had the frames of the North American box, perfect!

I remember that Dodgeball game being on a pull out poster in Nintendo Power! I always wanted to play it. But I don't think it ever came to the US. It was all the games coming to the NEW SNES. I was so pumped. That was probably my happiest video game life. Only getting info from Magazines and being so surprised when you found something at the rental store you hadn't heard of.

Maybe FINALLY another Madden. Or NCAA football would be even better.

I did team past because Callie and Marie started my obsession with the game. I actually like Pearl and Marina a LOT so almost picked them. I really don't like the third games characters other than Big Man. The other two I find annoying. I still say "Say Fresh" and do my hands like theirs so I had to go with Past overall.

Final Splatfest and STILL people haven't learned in Tri-Color, if we are the attacking team, do NOT kill the other attackers. Only kill the defense. I've lost so many games where the other attackers attack me when WE have already captured the Ultra Signal, if we are taking the 2nd one, don't kill us.

They should do a compilation of every game, when some remastered and some just slightly refreshed. Like the GBA games could have beautiful pixel art. But I know it won't happen haha

For International Karate at 1:57 in, I realize there is no way to actually get that view. To get that view of the world trade center you would have to be in Jersey City looking east, but the statue of Liberty has her back to JC so it would be the back of her.

I see a lot of people say this looks good. I couldn't tell if it was sarcasm. I thought this looked very dated, even for switch. It looked like a mobile game to me. I almost thought a little nostalgic for the Dreamcast. I'd love another dreamcast style game.
