The NA one is great. The only thing from making it a 10 out of 10 is the guy is frowning/determined. But the happy doggie makes up for it.

@Dpullam Mine as well, just hated re-saving the bears every time I entered a level. I hope that is "fixed" this time around. I highly recommend this to everyone. Now if I only still had my Prima Strategy Guide for it! haha

Jet Force Gemini was my first choice. Then I saw you say that it is coming! Wow! I DO hope they fix one play mechanic. I didn't like that if you left an area, and then revisited it, you had to save all the bears again before you left. Once all are saved, that area should be "Clear". My next choice is Conker. I LOVED that game. Sad but true story, my parents cancelled and didn't come to my University graduation, so I didn't go either and just stayed in my apartment and played Conker all day. It was still a good day.

@Fizza Your love of Ghost Trick has my curious. I already have it saved on my wishlist. I'm downloading the demo and will try it this week. What do you love about it so much?

This one was VERY tough. They are both awesome covers, and both make me curious about what the game is about. I had to go with the Japan/US one in the end. I'm glad to see the poll so close which means I wasn't the only one trying to make a decision. I like the logo on the European one better. It's just the other cover really got my attention the second I saw it. I wanted to know what this was about.

@MooseTinsel I like the "Black Friday" thing. That's what I was doing to see if Target or any place did the buy 2 get 1 free. That's the only reason I hadn't bought it. But then yesterday my friend surprised me with it for my birthday so what a time to be alive!

Of course she would. Do you know how much bank she would make from that? This is a non-article. It's like saying, "Brian won the lottery today, but would SURELY love to win again sometime". There is no possible way this woman would say, "Oh, do the movie voice? Nahhhhh, I don't want to be in a movie and make a lot of money. I'd much rather stick to the scale for videogames".

The "Play with your background of choice!" made me laugh. The exclamation point like this would be one of the 3 most exciting things about the game is awesome.

Catan is one of my all time favorite board games. I like the ability to connect my phone so only I can see my cards. I play a lot of game on Board Game Arena. I think if i'm playing local, I'll just play the physical game instead of the video game, but still a cool feature.

Berzerk was one of my favorite games back on the 5200. I'm looking forward to knowing more about this.

@Moffo SAME!!!! I'd started watching with my ex. SHE LOVES IT. And then one day she randomly tells me that after I'm already like 100 episodes in. I was like, WHY WHOULD YOU TELL ME THAT?

@LXP8 I have! The first splatoon was the reason I bought the Wii U. I played it so much my wife said, "You love Splatoon more than me". We are now divorced... but I still have Splatoon... and Splatfests... so maybe she was right! haha (all jokes aside, me and her get along well and she will even joke on me sometimes to see if I'm happy having more time for Spatooon).

I COMPLETELY forgot about this! It's the first Splatfest I have ever missed. I don't know why I thought it was this UPCOMING weekend. I missed all the fun.

@Chaotic_Neutral for me it is that I have limited memory on my switch. I have a massive memory card in it, but I also have a lot of games that I have downloaded onto that card that are beefy, because I bought them digitally. I travel a lot. For example, I bought the new Zelda in Bali for my 16 hour flight back home. Imagine how sucky it would be if I popped the cartridge in, and then found out I couldn't play the game because I needed to download. For me, the whole point of buying cartridges is to A> not have to download onto the card, and B> I can share with friends. My neighbor bought Mario Odyssey after borrowing mine for a week. But some games we don't want to buy, we just want to play once or twice, Like maybe Mario Party. So if I buy a cart, let me friend borrow it, and nothing can be played, it's limiting the use. Hope this helps explain why I'm not interested.

I really dislike games that are boxes with a code inside. Also not a fan of games that I buy that I still have to download anything to play. I have a TON of digital downloads on my switch. But games I really enjoy playing I buy physical, Like: Mario Party, Splatoon, Super Mario, LA Noir, etc. The reason being, that at some point the digital storefronts will be gone. If I have the cartridge, I can still play the game for as long as the system works. Which looking at my SNES, is over 30 years.

This is one of the hardest ones for me so far. I think they are all great. In the end I went with North America, but there is no wrong vote. That European box is gorgeous as well. I actually like the colors of the Japanese box better than the US, but the US Title graphic is amazing. It sealed the deal

@JayJ I don't agree that it has fully passed. There are a lot of great games on it, and I enjoyed the dual screen concept. Tokyo Mirage is great, and the NES remix games, and Splatoon (until the servers die)

@Vortexeo Same, I'll probably end up with Skeletons since Orange is my favorite color. But Ghosts looks cool.

For me, I already have the Regular Switch, the Splatoon 2 one, the OLED, and the Splatoon 3 (Haven't opened that one yet). The red one doesn't do much for me, just like the Zelda and Pokemon ones didn't. I know they all do the same thing, but I just buy what I like. I may end up selling the Splatoon ones later, or I may keep them for my collection. I definitely think that Nintendo could sell more units in this last year of life if they did something like they did with the N64 where they came out in 5 colors (or ever how many). I'd really like an orange switch since it's my favorite color.

I'm still looking for my first win. I came in 2nd during my very first race. Since then I've been top 25 twice, maybe thrice, but usually I'm one of the last ones not to crash out. I think timing the SuperBoost is something I need to work on, but not sure where the best place is to use them. What seems like the best place to me isn't doing much.

So I have a TON of digital games, but I still like physical. I have a few friends with Switch and we share games. That can't be done with digital. Also, digital storefronts disappear. I LOVE Eternal Darkness, had that been a digital only release, I would no longer be able to play the game I loved if I needed to re-download it.

I actually liked the switch graphics better for the first minute of the video. I know the PS5 is "Better", but the switch just had a cool style.

But at the driving stuff around 4 and a half minutes, the ps5 is so much better (as it should be)

I had NO clue this actually released. I remember seeing it on a direct a long time ago but I forgot about it soon after. The box cover brawl this week had a link to this review. I guess I'm adding this to my queue. haha

@larryisaman I 100% agree. I REALLY hope they call the next machine the SUPER Nintendo Switch. That would take my gaming life full circle. Therefore everyone would KNOW it is a new switch. They could even bring back the slogan, Now you're playing with power, Super Power. Everything is just RIGHT about it. I may be in the minority here, but I still played a lot of my Wii games on my Wii U. It was nice not having to have two systems side by side. That's actually where I played Mario Galaxy 2 for the first time, and even a few bargain find Wii games. Having the Switch 2 be backwards compatible would make it a day one purchase for me.

My very first race I finished 2nd. Since then, I'm usually the first person after all the people that explodes. So finishing between 70th and 90th. It seems if I can get to the first 20 spots early in a race, I can stay there, but if I don't make it at the very beginning, I never make up ground.

I bought this game the day it came out, had every intention of playing it on a 16 hour flight, didn't play it then, and still haven't played it. I really like being outside in the summer months, so once it gets to be cold out, I'll start playing. I have no expectations, and since I never played Breath of the Wild, I think I'm going to really enjoy this.

@JackieCMarlow SO MUCH THIS! I do not know know a single Latino that uses Latinx. I find it offensive and degrading for Caucasians to determine what to call people of Latin decent against their will. And I'm Caucasian, but I have many, many, many Latin Americans friends here in Miami, and not a single one them is Latinx.

@juliobrand You said what I was thinking. This is a lazy cash grab. I already have the other collection, see no need for this. This should have been DLC for someone that already has the other collection.

I just really really really wish they will call it the Super Nintendto Switch. It would harken back to one of my favorite consoles ever.

So when I saw the US one, I had fond memories, and I was thinking no way it could be topped. Then the Japanese one was so different. It was jarring. It was phenomenal. I had to go Japan. But still love the US box.

@Dr_Lugae I completely see your point. I just look at how marvel movies are doing now, and they are going down and down. And how the Little Mermaid remade did poorly (Still made a ton of money) but people automatically called others racist for not being cool with race swapping. Like in China they didn't see it, and people said they were racist for not wanting a black mermaid, but it wasn't that, they just thought it was stupid. It only made $3.7 million but then Spiderman Across the Spiderverse made $42.5 million even though Miles was the main attraction.

All in all, I'm not saying either side is right, but there are people that refuse to see anything they picture as "woke" which is why Mario SMASHED it at the box office.

I agree with the Barbie thing, but there is 40 years of pent up demand for this movie, so women were going to go see it no matter what. I've seen so many people dress up in pink to go see it. Thanks for your comment though. I guess this is enough politics for a game site, haha. I just thought that cashews has a good point that maybe it won't sell as many copies because disney no longer seems to push the same values as a lot of their buyers.

@Cashews My apologies. I was not trying to infer you were. I was just pointing out that people, do, in fact get culture from the media they consume, and was not trying to state your opinion one way or the other. I've just seen more and more boycotts of disney things since they went "woke". I'm not saying that either side is right or wrong, and again, my apologies for not writing my thoughts better. I had just woken up and thought I was stating it a different way. Whoops!

@Rainbowfire I believe movies, tv shows, and music had driven culture for the last 40 years. However, the last 5 to 10 years is becoming more driven by social media so I think the commenter had a point. Disney has been pushing an agenda for the last few years and it is hurting them in films, in their theme park business, and now it may be hurting them in games. People just want to use entertainment to relax, not be preached to.

I really want to like the show. But the acting just seems bad. The action looks pretty good, but luffy delivers his lines like he is reading them from the script. There is not emotion. Nami also sounded like she's reading the script. Sanji was good though. I'll give the show a shot because maybe it is just bad editing for the trailer that makes things seem bad. I WANT this to be good.

@Expa0 I agree, I hope the recommended race lines can be turned off. If so, this could be pretty cool. I kind of wish it was more than 10 racers as well. 16 would be nice. If this was on sale for $10 it was be an automatic purchase from me. I'm not saying it isn't worth more, but I'm just not into racing games that much, but this reminds me of the old school games.

Eternal Darkness was my vote. A port of Kid Icarus from the 3DS would be great too. It would probably have to be built from the ground up for this that was my favorite 3DS game. I actually thought Geist would be an option here. Geist is one most interesting games on the Gamecube for me.

I saw the European one and thought it was one of the most beautiful covers I've ever seen. I think the NA/Japan one is cool, but the European is gorgeous. Good job to that designer.

I know it is highly unlikely, but I do wonder if somewhere sometime the person that designed that will find this poll and see how appreciated it is.

My original comment was just going to be if I was the only one that saw the 3 people on the NA box art, and wondered whatever happened to them? Did they go on to model for other things, or is this the highlight of their career, and they still keep a copy of the game on their book cases for their friends to see when they visit.

This one was one of the toughest for me. I really like both. I ended up going US. I was surprised how lopsided it is with 80/20. Haha

@tstorm That's what I was going to say, I LOVE NASCAR Rumble. One of my favorite racers. Hopefully this plays even better than that.

If it drops down to $5 I would probably give it a go. But nothing about it made me want to pay full price. I used to love the old PoP games.

@Jalex__64 Thanks for this. I actually thought Splatoon 3 would hit 15 million but I guess it isn't as big as I thought it was. I still love it the most of any of the 1st party games.
