Re: UK Charts: Metroid Prime 4 Debuts Behind Mario Kart World And EA Sports FC 26

I was a big fan of the OG Metroid Prime Trilogy and I am really enjoying the 4th. There's a ton of places to explore and plenty of weapons to master. All that whining about the human NPC's on your team was massively exaggerated. They're hardly ever with you once you rescue them and get them to basecamp. And even when you do talk to them they're not really annoying IMO. It's actually kinda nice to have a little crew.

Re: UK Charts: Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Imprisonment Slips Out Of The Top Ten

Understandable. After playing HW AoC, I chose not to purchase Age of Imprisonment and just watched the cutscenes on Youtube instead. The story and lore content, as predicted, was fantastic but the gameplay was dull and repetitive like its predecessor. Some people like it, there is a market for it but it's not for me. I prefer proper 3D Zelda games as opposed to fighting hordes.

Re: The ROG Xbox Ally X Receives Glowing Reviews, But It's Still Pretty Pricey

Honestly, I wouldn't wanna play PC and Xbox games on a system that would give me a lesser fun experience than my gaming PC. I like to play at 4K 120hz with all bells and whistles cranked up. A handheld Xbox can't do that for me. As for handheld gaming while i'm away from home, the Switch 2 gives me a good experience and those Nintendo games aren't on my PC so that console has purpose.

Re: Review: ANTANK S3 MAX TV Dock Station For Nintendo Switch 2 - A Decent Little Travel Dock

@Arkz have a look at the Switch 2 dock where the console slots into it in the middle. You see those two gaps either side of the usb-c connector? Now have a look at the bottom of the Switch 2 console itself. Those gaps on the dock lineup with the air vents on the console. The fan in the dock blows cool air up into those bottom vents and it gets ejected out of the console’s top vent

Re: Hardware Review: Nintendo Switch 2 - A Faster, Slicker, Sexier Switch

@PS12345 The built-in screen of the Switch 2 may not be OLED but it is a very nice IPS panel and it's bigger. Not that it matters. I connect my Switch 2 via the dock most of the time and play it through a LG OLED TV. As for VRR, it is a shame that only works in handheld mode but to be honest, I have noticed any screen tearing so far. Probably coz most games are optimised and frame rate stays at a steady 60fps when docked. Maybe they'll add it in a firmware update later on. If you remember, PS5 had to do that too.

If a Switch 2 Pro comes out in a couple of years along with the next big Zelda game and supports VRR and has a built-in OLED screen, I'll buy that one too and upgrade again. I'll just sell my Switch 2 on ebay like i did with my Switch 1.
