One of my favourite horror games! I'd probably grab it if it went on a big sale considering I already have it on PC and PS4 and have played through it several times.

I got it, it's pretty adorable. Normally I don't normally enjoy playing games on my phone, but I can make an exception for HAL.

I was gonna wait for this version, but got a Switch for Christmas and couldn't resist. I'll likely pick this up later if it goes on sale and give the game a replay. I really like the 3D effects in Steamworld games on 3DS.

I just went through my coins history to see how many coins I've lost to expiration.

1060 Platinum and 200 Gold.

I've only redeemed 660 Platinum and 100 Gold for actual rewards.

Looks like I get 60 gold coins from a full priced game purchase, so to get those 200 gold coins that vanished I had to spend about $200 on the eShop.

From my experience this rewards program is doing more harm than good.

Bah and I just spent 120 gold coins on... expiration.

Some decent discounts, but I think I'm pretty much done buying games for my Wii U. I hope some Switch rewards appear before the rest of my coins disappear.

Maybe they'll let us pay for Nintendo Online with coins, that'd at least give us something useful to spend them on.

I got the first one from a humble bundle and wasn't expecting much, but it was actually a really cool game.

This looks fantastic! Really makes me wanna take some time and replay that game.

@Hikingguy Yep it’s been a while. Got the new gear, it’s kinda neat.

One other change I’ve noticed is that I can no longer change my language to Japanese. It sends me to the eShop where it then indicates that I’ve already downloaded the update. (Maybe it’s cause I haven’t bought the DLC?)

I have a XC2 quest now, is that new?

I wasn't super impressed by the last gameplay demo, but this is looking really good! Also the soundtrack sounds awesome.

Maan, the new Layton is 2D only? That's actually super disappointing. Maybe I'll just not bother with it...

I don't have a Switch yet, but if they happen to release it on 3DS (or maybe even Vita) I'll get it for sure!

I'm so glad I managed to get one of these when they finally showed up in North America. At the low price I was hoping to grab a second one as a backup once they were back in stock, but they never came back

Looks pretty awesome. Kirby games tend to be very high quality so I'll probably get this one.

I'd go for those Pikmin 3 stages, but I'm not in Europe.

If only these weren't priced so high in Canada. $29.99 doesn't feel all that special for an older portable game.

It's a neat idea, but having the L + R buttons on the front makes me wonder if the designers... ever actually played a GBA?

Technically Mother 3 is on the Wii U Virtual Console already though. Couldn't this just mean Japan is also getting it on the Switch?

I like using the 30% discounts to get the American prices in Canada!

Aww. I'm always up for some new Pushmo. I hope it's just being moved to the Switch.

Maybe it's only delayed on the Wii U, like back when Twilight Princess came out and they delayed it on Gamecube to punish people who didn't get a Wii.

@RoboBubble We've gotta join forces and let Nintendo know we won't stand for this! PSN games aren't more expensive in Canada, and I don't think Steam games are either. And like you say, I'll pay a bit extra on a brand new game, since otherwise people will just import all their new games from Canada, but on digital copies of old games, we should just pay the original price. My income doesn't increase when the Canadian dollar tanks, so why do they think I can suddenly blow more of it on low-priority game purchases?

TL;DR: If Wii games on Wii U were $20 in Canada I'd buy at least three of them right now.

I didn't realize the Wii controls were changed so much. I enjoyed the Gamecube version and might have to give this if the Canadian dollar improves and games go back to regular prices. $19.99 for these is good, but the nearly $30 they cost right now is a little high for old games.

Looks so good. This'll be a perfect send-off for the wonderful Wii U.

I got the NA version of this deal on my birthday last month. Owned everything I would have wanted from it, so I didn't bother cashing it in. Thanks Nintendo, but maybe next year!

I love this game! Played through it three times on my friend's copy. Maybe now I can finally get my own.

I got this in a Humble Bundle and had no idea what it was going to be about. It really surprised me! Great atmosphere, super creative design, and the story is awesome. I'll be playing the second one for sure.

I really liked Pikmin 3, but I haven't found anyone to play Bingo mode with. Maybe I should give it a shot.

And as for Star Fox Zero. I wanna try it, but I'm waiting on a bit of a price drop. Not sure if it's a game I would really enjoy.

I really liked Sticker Star but... why would they use that formula again? It really didn't go over well the first time.

This game seems like a perfect fit for the Wii U. Should be great!

Looks kinda cool. I hope they don't cut out a lot of the dialogue for the localized version like they did last time.

I think most of us expected this. As long as they don't delay the Wii U version, like they did with Twilight Princess on Gamecube I won't get too upset.

@aaronsullivan You are actually right. I do love Shovel Knight, but I'd also love to see what else these guys would come up with if they moved on to something new.

I had totally forgotten that this game was coming out today. When I realized I literally lunged for my 3DS!

I'll definitely do my first run on 3DS. I really liked how they used 3D in the first game.

This is probably the most important video game of my life.

I am so excited! I've often wondered if the guys from CiNG would get back together and give us a new adventure game, and now it's really happening! (Well, for Japan at least.)
