What is with this dialogue? And covfefe? Really?

I was excited, and then I read the details. At least Shadow of the Ninja is a pretty cool game, but none of these are gonna get me to boot up the NES/SNES apps.

I've been saving a voucher for this game, and I'm gonna keep saving it until I hear some initial impressions I guess.

I'm in North America and have been saving a voucher to get this game, but maybe I won't even be able to do that? Guess I'll have to look into it.

Alright Nintendo, I've been a massive fan for years but please stop screwing around. It's time to stop punishing your consumers over your wants and fears. Give this, Splatoon 2, and everything else support for cloud saves already.

@First_Amendment I definitely prefer Xenoblade Chronicles X over the other two, but I just found the faces in 2 looked more pleasant than most of the grumpy looking faces in X. Some tweaks to the eyes and mouths might be enough though.

Xenoblade Chronicles X on Switch with some tweaks to make the faces look more like the ones in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 would make my decade.

If they're gonna do this they should release Soulblazer and Illusion of Gaia too! Some of my favourite games of all time.

This makes me want an F-Zero that expands on the universe a little bit more. Kinda like the story mode in F-Zero GX, but maybe with branching paths or something.

The album art is fantastic. They should sell prints of that.

I was hoping it would be pretty good, so I was planning to get it on Switch, but maybe I'll pass on it since your list is very close to how mine would go, and you have such a low opinion of it. There's no way they're running out of games! Just please gimme Faxanadu. Also Dragon Warrior (any of em), maybe Final Fantasy? Battle of Olympus, Star Tropics 2, Crystalis, Wizards & Warriors, Battletoads, Journey to Silius, Ninja Gaiden 2 or 3? Maniac Mansion, The Guardian Legend, Karnov, Shadowgate, Deja Vu, Uninvited, Rygar? And I'm not even listing Capcom and Konami games since they don't appear to be participating in the thing.

Imagine if this is what came with the original N64 instead of that weirdo controller.

@RickD It really does look great in motion. There's something about the art that gives it a neat depth. The audio is also pretty fantastic.

I still have it installed, maybe I should try playing with a keyboard instead of a controller for a bit and see how it feels.

So weird, I was thinking about this game just this morning! One of my favorites on the 3DS, even though it wasn't super popular. Nintendo should port it to the Switch or make a sequel so more people can give it a try!

I have this on PC, and while it's a very cool looking, creepy game, I found the controls confusing, and the gameplay in general very difficult to get a handle on. If I didn't play it for a few days, I felt like I had to take a bit of time just to relearn how to do basic things like use items or swing a weapon. I'd love to give it another try if they could tweak it to be a little more intuitive, cause it definitely seems like something I would enjoy a lot otherwise.

Ehhh. Why add three super shallow games at once? How about Faxanadu? Dragon Warrior? Battle of Olympus? The Guardian Legend? There are so many great games left...

Yeah the My Nintendo stuff couldn't be any less interesting. I just toss my coins at a discount on Switch games every so often.

Oooh it looks a little bit like Fantasy Life, so maybe it'll be great.

As long as I can turn off the notifications, I couldn't care less whether they exist or not.

Because of the nature of the Switch, a new model can't really be a different size, and also can't have permanently attached joycons. (Otherwise it wouldn't be compatible with many games, including the Labo, which is sorta aimed towards children.)

I really can't imagine what this is gonna end up being, other than maybe the same console, but with cheaper parts inside.

I wouldn't mind a few little tweaks and bug fixes. I keep running into stuff like giving someone a gift, having it say I already gave them a gift, and then if I talk to them again, they respond to the gift.

And then little things, like being able to rotate while charging up a tool so you're not stuck in the direction you started, or maybe a tooltip showing that you can rotate furniture (I honestly got 40 hours in before finding that out on the internet).

I haven't finished up this game yet though, so new updates are always appreciated no matter what they contain!

Ahh, I already have so many games to play! I'll get this one for sure at some point though.
