Is this the "awards" show that is just a bunch of trailers for next year's games? If so ive always found this to be annoying

The demo was fine enough to lead to a purchase, these longs developments times and cost to develop has to be very stressful. This leads to games having to be hits, also the demo for that Eliot game got me excited for the game. I say that seeing comments here are that the demo can lead to people not purchasing your game. I wonder if the attach rates are higher or lower with demos or it just really depends on the quality of the demo?

I actually thought the game was kinda fun, the problem was it felt kinda flat presentation wise. The barrier to entry with the controls was also a big problem with the game for a lot of people. The concept of wheelchair basketball can definitely be turned into a fun video game, they obviously weren't disrespecting handicapped people.

@Tom-Massey I dont mind that this exists as an option, just not cureently something i want to spend time with. Plus my comment wasn't negative about Absolum, even if the game may be on the slightly easier side of traditional beat em ups. I do enjoy the expanding mission structure of Absolum with the combat system. The dash parry and punish system is a fun implementation and keeps combat engaging enough for me while not being so deep it hurts my brain.
While I own and enjoy both Abolum and TMNT this is not currently worth it to me as the IP doesn't scream must have and more importantly the combat could be not as satisfying as games i already own. Maybe after a long stint away from the genre I can revisit this.

Great deal with a basically free mario kart, the game is decent and a good starter game for a family with an easy to access code in the box.

Hope for a game key cards or digital only way to go moving forward. No more pesky plastic cases and other junk that would just get thrown away. Digital future is here

The line that says combat is not as good as shredders revenge and absolum. Yeah gonna have to pass on this one then. Been playing a lot of absolum this past week and dont need another beat em up unless it is amazeballs

I wonder why this got the promotional push it received? Love it or hate it this coming out so close to mario kart is a killer as most casual gamers didnt need another racing style game on switch. I dont believe they could have changed the result. I saw the preview and noped out pretty quick while others were pumped. I also believe if a parent on just get one switch 2 game right now they are grabbing Mario Kart every time over this because name recognition is huge.

Didn't notice didnt care. Actors get replaced all the time basically contract work everyone involved will be ok

I dont know what sonic esque character would be popular enough for a movie franchise besides Sonic. Video games are very popular but I wouldn't want a Tingle movie

@TerribleTerabytes find some richer friends haha, kidding. This reminds me of a lot of previous nintendo things. Really a cool concept but limited scope. Like I'd love to play randoms in jackbox with gamechat and just have rooms for adults. I think it functions pretty well but the only friends list thing is kinda a let down. We play gloomhaven on switch 2 and good grief does it help with co-op games all being able to talk instead of getting a discord going and having so many alternate things....but I've wandered off in the discussion

That gamechat thing would be cool if I had friends

Ahhh super mega baseball, it is fun for a few games. I think i own it but maybe I have the third one...

So people that like east get easy, but i have to play through twice if I want to play it on hard kinda annoying but oh well. If it is good ill play it twice just not doing dread mode even again.

No, maybe after I beat it ill look some stuff up. The fun of metroid is doing it yourself, and finding secrets exploring. Also im sure it is about to be out in the wild and people will be stealing it and calling it pirating.

Wow these percentage of people that would buy this surprised me. Im in the now way category, maybe if we had kids but what else would I do with it.

I will say one thing these games do give a lot of bang for your buck, the original hyrule warriors had map after map after map taking upward of hundreds of hours to complete and max out characters. If it get this i hope for a more streamlined approach.

@Anti-Matter a lot of switch games are significantly smaller than ps5 games. I have all of my switch games and some switch 2 games and im juat now getting to the point where I have to expand my memory or play the Gigabyte shuffle game that we all love and hold dearly.

Since im download only, ill have to grab one eventually. Price i pay for not having cases/cartridges all over the house.

In the US you can catch some games on youtube and it is ok. Some of jerseys are sweet, looking at you toronto sceptres. Dont think they should expand too much as womens college hockey only has a handful of good team with Ohio State and Wisconsin dominating the last few years.

No vote from me as I just dont think i need another racing game. I tend to bounce off them quickly

@Spider-Kev dont want to get in an argument but is this satire? Because unfortunately without taxes I dont believe people would willingly give up money for public schools, roads, firefighters and such.
I wish we had a society that was altruistic enough so we could live without taxes but I dont see it.
Also maybe this air riders game is fun

Ill get roasted but having played the dkc games recently I dont believe they hold up very well. Controls are all funky and it makes me cranky

Glad I got digital I don't need any physical clutter. Cool case design and a pretty solid follow up to the first game

@LikelySatan not especially, sometimes there is lightning but the stages do get a little samey after a while. They did add another level through dlc. But generally sewers, docks, junkyard, streets, and rooftop are pretty generic. Saying that I did have fun with the co-op mode so...

This game is pretty solid, nothing amazing but my wife and I "finished" the main story.
Pros: multi player, pick up and play mechanics, drop in/out co-op (you can continue a file solo or multiplayer)
Cons: can get grindy, same bosses every time (the alternate versions dont change much in my opinion), shuriken builds are basically a cheat code

@ParsnipHero basically in the game a mysterious figure kidnapped splinter and keeps him in an astral dimension causing the team of heroes to fight and "win" the game multiple times. Also the turtles can get light or dark astral powers in the game. So these astral wraiths come from the dimensional portals that are in this games story.
I havent played the game in a bit, but that is how I remember it. Also in all the turtles that ive read and watched...ive never seen these creatures.

The marketing material art style looked like an automatic pass, the gameplay trailer looked okish. Dont know if chibi is the right word but wow I have to pass on any game with that style. Creeps me out

Whenever I read the words My Nintendo store rewards I just know some random junk is on the way.

Never seen SpongeBob, the dlc ive looked at so far seems random at best.

Dont really need much of a trailer to get excited for metroid. I going to buy this regardless, and hope for many cool surprises along the way

Combining two or more things i dont like sometimes works, Pokémon and life sim sounds absolutely dreadful for my taste. And oh god they added farming too ouch..next your going to tell me they crossed disco dancing and soccer...

Usually I just buy a game or dont, but I'm really on the fence with this one. The other hyrule warrior games were fun, but after the story mode become a slog for me to continue. I tend to want to finiah/complete all the games I buy so Im juat unsure. Maybe on a sale, because I dont have FOMO over this game. More like it'd be cool to play it eventually

Thank goodness for game key cards mocinf us slowly into a full digital only future. I for one cant wait, dont want those junky cases lying around. People have too much junk as it is. Im far less likely to play something off physical media than digital. Bring on the future
