@Anti-Matter well it is a switch 2 game so you won't have to worry about getting it for a bit.

After the chris moneymaker effect poker games were everywhere. WSOP games, governor of poker, this and many many more. I think the fad has definitely slowed down, the next will be simulated fantasy sports for children. Draft kings presents on Nintendo switch Daily Fantasy Draft. Give the kids the real feel of gambling without losing money.

I actually enjoyed the mario party games on Switch. Even the one people disliked

Man Gameboy games aged very poorly. It just didnt have enough power to do much, but these are free so I will try them either way.

The previous tennis game was fun, the single player campaign was too short for my liking. Im hoping that this is still fun for single player. The only one that I didnt like was soccer, and I wanted that one to juat do what the previous games had done but better. Oh well

Campaign games are pretty fun but hard to get the same people to play through the whole thing. I wonder how long the actual game is.

January was a month I played catch up with some previous games from the Christmas sale, beat the first Ori and played a pinball metroidvania named yuka or something close to that.

First home the game is better than the last one, plus there are only so many ideas. They did Dustman a long time ago

@liljmoore honestly I believe the complaints are coming from people who have had nothing go wrong in their life, it will be ok if a black bar covers a boob or johnson. In my country (usa) censorship happens all the time and we are ok we will survive. Die hard 2 on tbs in the 90s didnt ruin my life, I survived. Now if the government jails you over speech and censorship that is completely different and wrong.

Honestly does this ruin or change the game in any way? Is the game still fun with a black bar over a johnson?

Absolutely no chance I'll buy this, these style games just are so very boring to me.

Honestly gave it a 1, I dont really see life sim as a game style that I would ever be interested in. I dont do job simulator games either as I have a job.

@foursider yeah if a game doesnt have a skip cutscene button I get super bumhurt about it. Looking at you god of war...and a bunch of other games. It is one of my biggest pet peeves

@Dee123 mexico, Cuba, Dominican, Taipei. I think baseball is boring but to act like US and Japan are the only countries that like baseball is misinformed. Soccer and basketball are definitely bigger globally, but baseball has its followers.

So we can get baseball, but so far no college football or hockey. What a shame really.

This title reminds me of sports article headlines: "Williams scores 20 in a losing effort" What sport? Williams is a common last name? So on and so on. And you click on the article it is some random womens basketball game. Always annoys me.

Glad a game people like is getting updated, I'll probably never play it but still continued support is usually a good thing.
Also gameshare with gamechat seems super, gamechat overall is a cool idea and I think it works pretty well. Alas I have no friends

@Anti-Matter I have plenty of indie games. I just finished a pinball metroidvania, dont assume to know my tastes of games because this particular game isnt what I want. I just want a direct that has more than one game, indie game cool, AAA games cool, farming/life sims cool. Show us more games

@drykho I think the case is more that why focus on one game coming in the spring that is a life sim that many people arent interested in (and some are), when a direct with more games feels inclusive of more people's tastes. I didnt like the single game only direct for air riders either.

Pretty excited for this and brie has a nice voice, the first movie was simple but fun. Maybe a little more complex story would be nice and I thought the voice actors were good. Even Jack Black...

Maybe stop announcing games way before they are ready. Seems like a trend for video games and movies. Blade (the movie) finally got canceled. I dont need 8 years of hype either way, like give me a good solid 6 months of hype when the game is close or completed.

Can't wait for 2.0, I think nintendo will treat this like an evergreen and continue supporting in throughout switch2

Make consistent fun games, you have the ips. Prince of persia the lost crown was fun but they wanted it to sell like Dread and it just wasnt going to. Maybe people are tired of assassin's creed games. Plus if the company making the game doesnt believe the game has value and immediately reduces it in price, why would the customer believe that these are good products that should be bought at full price. Whenever I hear about an ubisoft game, i literally see the comment "just wait a month and get it on sale". Ubisoft puts all their eggs in a basket and smash the hell out of the basket while tripping up an escalator trying to wave at a pretty girl, they just cant help themselves at this point.

@Anti-Matter no getting a switch 2 is priority number 1, without it life is less colorful and sky is a muted grey, the horns of Rohan have a dull tin like sound, ducks dont land as softly in the water, bobby flays crispy rice isnt quite as crispy, taco Tuesday will never have soft tacos anymore, spotted geckos won't have as many spots, there will only be 98 Dalmatians. Go get that switch2 or you know wait
