Whenever I read the words My Nintendo store rewards I just know some random junk is on the way.

Never seen SpongeBob, the dlc ive looked at so far seems random at best.

Dont really need much of a trailer to get excited for metroid. I going to buy this regardless, and hope for many cool surprises along the way

Combining two or more things i dont like sometimes works, Pokémon and life sim sounds absolutely dreadful for my taste. And oh god they added farming too ouch..next your going to tell me they crossed disco dancing and soccer...

Usually I just buy a game or dont, but I'm really on the fence with this one. The other hyrule warrior games were fun, but after the story mode become a slog for me to continue. I tend to want to finiah/complete all the games I buy so Im juat unsure. Maybe on a sale, because I dont have FOMO over this game. More like it'd be cool to play it eventually

Thank goodness for game key cards moving us slowly into a full digital only future. I for one cant wait, dont want those junky cases lying around. People have too much junk as it is. Im far less likely to play something off physical media than digital. Bring on the future

Silksong or Hades 2 for me, I will play absolum soon. Still playing through Hades 2 but I like the multiple paths and story. Silksong is very refined and a blast to play

Alright all digital all the time. I've played a lot of side scrollers and rogue style games this year. Maybe ill be interested by the time it comes out.

@UpsideDownRowlet fake and completely unnecessary rage on the interwebs, I would be shocked shocked if that happened. Honestly I dont play Pokémon and I still understand that the games have hit legendary status.

Every game i have tried has worked, also some of the load times are amazing better. Looking at you random wolf mother driving a motorcycle metroidvania.

I think the difficulty gives the game a feeling of accomplishment. The most ive fought a boss is maybe 5 times. The final final boss is hard but that is literally optional. Everything after act 2 is optional. Playing games in general is optional, it wasnt a surprise the game would be hard. I feel like people are complaining about something they were aware of from the time the game was announced.

@Dr_Awkward the game isnt that hard, it is difficult and take patience.

Kinda looks like yoshi. Honestly I thought the first movie was fine and this will probably be the same. Not like any of these have an amazing deep story

Cover aside this game was impossible for me as a child, it had a weird timer that I think was also health. Thanks for bringing back bad memories

As of this posting the game is on sale in NA region. I want to give the switch 2 version a shot as I am almost done with shinobi

A lot of companies have bloat, but I think games that take 5 to 7 years to make just have to be super hits. The same thing is happening in the movie business. It is boom or bust, and unfortunately one of the easiest ways to reduce spending is salaries, and go to contract work when needed.

I have no interest in this but they have not skimped on the advertising. At least people are fully aware what they are getting with this one.

Im usually gameplay above graphics person, but good god this game looks awful. It also looks like it plays slowly, with so many good beat em ups this is definitely a pass for me

Raidou remastered is actually a remaster of this that is a spinoff of that. See crystal clear, I have no clue what this is but it got decent reviews

Probably not going to play a game with a title like this. Eventually we have to take a stand as gamers.

@Erigen seems like being lighter would be an advantage, I know it takes a a lot of strength and endurance to drive those cars for hours on end. I mean being lighter is better for jockeys.

Im just really getting into this, beat the downward boss once with the spear. And got to the upward boss but lost. I see this like dead cells as an evergreen where I can play a "night" every few days and continue slowly progressing.

@prw_88 I like it on the TV just for the larger screen. I watch a bunch of how to play board games and i just find it easier to have the game setup and have a large screen to look at when learning the game. The desktop version is significantly easier to use and search but sometimes isnt the format I want to use. It also has some decent trivia channels that you can play with friends if you want to be lazy and just throw something on where a monitor wouldn't be best suited to a group. It being on or off the switch I dont really care as most people have smart tvs at this point.

I mean how hard is it for a metroidvania player? For reference i struggled with nine sols but beat it as i couldnt get the parry thing for a few bosses, silksong was tough but fair (beat act 3) and PoP 2025 was rather easy. Is there a popular game that has a similar difficulty?

Strong maybe I liked the story missions in the other one, but I'm never going to try and complete one of these. Finishing up silk song and really making time to "dive" into chronos' lair in hades2. So maybe but not right away.

Would rather have fighters destiny, fighters joker and a cow made that game amazing

Hmmm didnt know there was more than 1 pokemon show. I thought there was like 1500 episodes with a mostly continuous story. Well color me surprised...

I went with Japan because I like Dark Echoes more than Echoes.

This is something I'll have to play a demo for, not huge on racing games and mostly a solo gamer. I havent played any game in this series even though I'm definitely old enough to have missed them.

@Teksette no ive just always liked most dc characters more than marvel. I enjoy them both but I dont follow comics too closely. Just would like game where dr fate is the main character, probably won't happen. Saying that, this game does look pretty cool and ill definitely be playing it.

Man if only this had: batman, dr fate, superman, wonder woman, green lanterns, hawkgirl, booster gold, blue beetle, aquaman, nightwing, Robin, Robin, that other Robin, Damien, canary, arrow, Shazam, flash, wally flash, zatanna, constitine, stargirl, power girl, supergirl, Mr terrific...

The first couple sentances had me a little hyped as i didnt play am2r or samus returns on 3ds and i find the gameboy version basically unplayable. Then oh it is just the music...I was hoping for something else.

@Anti-Matter I think it is a two-fold issue. First they have to have a reviewer that is at least interested enough to play the game. Secondly-once the review is posted they have to have enough engagement to continue reviewing those style of games. They dont have a large team and do a good job getting the reviews out that they do, and they point out they have reviewed some of the games. Nothing stopping you from making a website or a youtube channel dedicated to the games you like, I say go for it and find your audience.

It would be cool i guess, havent played much pokemon. I played one on the switch and I think it was a remake of a gameboy or ds game, the whole sound design was boring. I think I would like the legends series but havent tried any of them as of yet. In my opinion the games all kinds look samey, and maybe voice acting would help differentiate one from another.

Oh yeah, the game that got lost in the shuffle of silksong and hades2. I like this game but unfortunately time is finite

@Luigia yep ive played both and enjoyed shinobi more. Ragebound in my opinion is fun but very one note. I beat NG on normal and played a few levels on hard, not something id continue to go back to but worth a playthrough. So I say both are worth it, ninja gaiden feels more arcade like and shinobi has metroid elements with mostly linear stages. Just depends on what flavor you'd prefer.

Still waiting on my Zack and wiki: quest for barbaros treasure sequel...these 2 games always are matched in my head for some reason

Haha new york and san Francisco might as well be a different country, with the size of the U.S. Only a 42 hour non stop drive, 3 days by train, or a 6 hour direct flight between the 2.
