@tseliot I have to agree on both points, but they might be going for faster release times. It’s just funny that people think a company like Nihon Falcom with just stand still in their game design and development quality.

I’ve both plenty of their games and enjoyed them as well…and so has my backlog😭

it’s bad when people say “the graphics are too good to be made by Nihon Falcom” that the company has to confirm that it’s 100% internal production.

Just copped it for Steam, waiting for the Switch release. Too bad I have to wait till monday for it. My steam deck is giving issues at the moment so can’t play it.

@LadyCharlie it more from my generation back in the day as the game came a few years after Capcom vs SNK 2 and was released on the at the time aging hardware of the Neo Geo. I was one of the last great Neo Geo title to be released for arcades. The game is good but it was late on delivery. It was SNK’s fault but at the same time, SNK was going through a lot of crap at during that time since it closed the got bought and finally was purchased back by some of the original staff members that revived the company to the good ol’ SNK we knew and loved. I think if given the chance again, SNK can make a much better snk vs capcom game.

Not to mention that the handheld Match of the Millenium was the superior game that was short lived due to the demise of the ngpc and snk.

Having all the vs Marvel vs. along with X-men Vs. in one game…yep getting copped on day one. If they do physical in other regions? Double dipping.

Thankfully Knack the Weasel made a comeback in Superstars…which I still have to beat.

Maybe they’ll add Halo 5 and Halo Wars 2 on Steam as well. One can only hope.

My company holds events yearly, and it’s a complete production behind the scenes even though it is mostly an academic conference with speakers presenting papers, but making sure all the speakers are going to show up and having plan b, c and d for those speakers that can’t show up. Not to mention, any extra event, such as keynotes and receptions have to be handled like mini-events.

Good intentions can only take you so far.

As for the ravioli sauce hobo? The event organizers need to iron out dress code and harassment policies. Talking about policies, consent policies for filming and taking pictures need to be added front and center on the reg. form. If you as an organize intend to document your event, you need to add an opt-in consent checkbox that is requires to register. Keep it open and honest.

Never played Iggy’s Wrecking Balls but I own Extreme G 1 and 2. I literally quiet-yelled “woooooooo!” when I saw this game. Hope 2 makes it to the service. Both excellent games for the n64.

I’m tempted to buy due to how absurd it sounds.

I would love to see a new Sim City that has all the options the last Sim City had as well as the option for larger maps ala Sim City 4. Want to throw a world with other city lords and a congress set up for diplomacy, trade agreements and the like? sure. it would just add an extra dynamic to the game.

Imagine this, build a city but you also have to do resource management ala command and conquer 3 along with city defense and troop deployments when needed. Or you can turn off military and go full city management mode or turn that off and go RTS mode. That would be the dream game.

I’ll be all set once they add ngpc and wonderswan support.

@johnedwin The Nintendo games? RC Pro Am for the old Nintendo heads. Killer Instinct and Battle toads for the Super Nintendo old people and Blast Corps because it’s one of my favorite N64 games of all time and its highly underrated. It’s one of those game you can’t watch and have to play on your own. I hope this is the version with the z-button glitch. Otherwise Blast Corps is going to be a harder game to play.

I saw Blast Corps and got teary eyed right after I lifted my jaw from the floor. Now, time to cry myself to platinum and the “You can stop now” achievement. Also, making me choose 3 when clearly I’m choosing 7 is cruel and unusual.

@sanderev exactly, that is a design from the 8-bit era. Once Sega ushered in the 16 bit era, ergonomics defined new controller designs. Even the original Nintendo controller saw the bone redesign.

I don’t see the switch passing ds worldwide sales due to the anticipation for its successor. As a fan of the Switch, I do hope it becomes the best selling console.
