Just Dance works because of its approach. Blame the people who take DDR too seriously and scare off the casuals. (My knee is all kinds of messed up so I can’t play DDR).
It’s a streaming device which the PSP and Vita could both do but were also handhelds in their own right. Sony stripped out the handheld part this time around.
It was disappointing that with the Nintendo DS & 3DS we had the dual screen set up and no Game & Watch Gallery 5. Granted there were a few Game & Watch games as DSiWare and Club Nintendo freebies but they felt lacking in what should have been a really awesome collection.
Who around here is an attorney so we can file a class action lawsuit if this is branded a “legacy edition” as their is no “legacy” to draw from or if they don’t it can be considered a deceptive reskin of FIFA.
After a couple of years and playing some more installments, VII is the worst. The game won’t end, even the 3DS version has unneeded padding, dialogue, some old geezer shows up and ruins your team, etc.
E3 has no point anymore, major companies can do a direct show for their fans. Social media has given us the “holy s**** look at the new Assassins Creed!” Instead of websites covering it.
I will say there was something “magical” about E3 from 95-06 and some “neat” from 07-15 and since then it seems to have lost all of its luster. It makes me miss the websites that I used to visit during those days.
I traded in my Arctic White GBA for a platinum GBASP. That one was sold for a pearl blue one from Japan(Non 101 model). That one was sold for the NES one.
I get the feeling that the service will carry over to the “Switch 2” but when “Switch 3” arrives Nintendo will act like they are doing us a favor to play Super Mario Bros 1 again.
In a way the confusing digital and physical release of the Wonder Boy games is keeping in line with the confusing releases of the games on retro systems.
The DSiWare version was leagues better than this one. But then this one is better than the Wii/3DS version. But they all pail in comparison to the older version.
If Limited Run is listening I would purchase this one as a physical release though

Re: Sonic Fans Are Already Really Mad About Sonic Origins Plus
Sonic Jam was a great a compilation. After that Sega has been half ****** Sonic Collections every generation.

And the Sonic cycle begins. At least we found out early this time.
Re: Poll: Are You Excited About Ubisoft's Metroidvania "Inspired" Prince Of Persia Platformer?
Yes but, UbiSoft is a terrible game developer these days. Twenty years ago they used to be a much more competent developer.
Re: Sonic Superstars Sees The Return Of Classic-Style Sonic With New Visuals
Looks fun. Looks good… but what weird gimmick will it have that we find out about in two months that kills this game.
Re: Radirgy Swag Delisted From Switch eShop As Dispatch Games Remains Silent
I’ve got the Japanese Rail Sim game on my wishlist, I wonder if I should just bite the bullet on it?
Re: The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum Dev Apologises For "Underwhelming" Launch State
When companies do this with games (including those that have day 1 patches) we should be treated as testers… we are unpaid testers.

Re: Tetris The Absolute Grandmaster 2 Plus Slots Into Hamster's Arcade Archives Next Month
Anyone on the fence with the two of these Tetris games should download them as there’s a good chance of them being delisted when the rights expire.
Re: Sega Looks Set To Raise Its Game Prices Up To $70
$70 could be fair if game developers eased up on the DLC. And also designed games better I despise Day 1 patches from games.
Re: Atari's Neon Action-Platformer, Mr. Run And Jump, Leaps Onto Switch This Summer
I’m in. Even if this is average or okay I do feel like supporting the current Atari.

Re: Konami's GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon Is Getting A Limited Run Switch Release

I think Sega had a hand in their versions.
Re: Keiji Inafune Is The Producer Of Level-5's New Fantasy Life Game On Switch

Re: Horizon Chase Turbo Dev Aquiris Joins Epic Games To Work On Fortnite
Wow… that’s unfortunate. It seems that over the past 15 years that Epic has silently become this juggernaut that is worse than EA or Activision.
Re: Nintendo Hacker Gary Bowser Has Been Released From Prison
You guys do know that he is going to work at Nintendo or the Feds as a “consultant” right? (Same idea as that Catch Me if You Can guy.)
Re: RayStorm X RayCrisis HD Collection Brings Two Taito Shmup Masterpieces To Switch
I went with Strickly Limited as the bonuses were too much to ignore.
Re: Mario Movie Surpasses $500 Million Globally, Now The Biggest Video Game Adaptation Ever
This number is dizzying. It feels like one of the psychic Pokémon’s used “confusion.”

Re: Anniversary: Capcom's Breath Of Fire Series Is 30 Years Old, And We Miss It
I think by skipping the DS/3DS with ports of 3 and 4 did damage to the brand that can’t be recovered from.

I’ve got a standard edition pre ordered from Playasia. I should be fine.

Re: Atari Enters Agreement To Acquire Night Dive Studios
Atari has been on the rise since from around the Switch started. The Recharged series, Atari 50 are joys to have.
I am really glad that the current holder of Atari is doing things small but right. (Maybe the VCS was an overstep but that is about it).
Re: PSA: You Only Have One Week To Purchase 3DS And Wii U eShop Games

Is it hard to port Symphony from the iPhone to the Switch? Even the Gamecom has Symphony now.
Re: Rumour: Switch Pro Was Real But Got Cancelled, Claims Digital Foundry
Covid, Chip issues, supply issues, economy issues. I can see why Nintendo mainly did a screen upgrade for the Switch.
Re: Talking Point: What's The Deal With The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Switch Release?
The fact that I literally jumped into the shower (10:00pm PST) and by the time I got out the game was sold out.
I am really hoping that Play-Asia comes through in some way for us. I would rather give them the sale.
Re: Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Collection Launches On Switch Spring 2023
I took a shower and the Switch physical release sold out.
Re: Grandia Teases "Exciting Celebrations" For 25th Anniversary
It would be fun if Limited Run did a physical English edition of the GBC game. (and by proxy a Switch release like they did with Shantae).
Re: Talking Point: What Would You Want To See In A 'Mega Man 12'?
I would have loved an Astro Boy Omega Factor style Mega Man game. Developed by Treasure.
