Have they confirmed that it includes the original game voice's too?

Saw it in CEX a couple of weeks ago. Thought it was one of their own print outs that they do or a faded cover at first but was the correct quality paper.

I've played through the 8 courses twice now. I'm in UK as was available since 11pm with my bought download code from shopto for £16.85.

Graphics are lovely in my opinion. Good to play some old (new) tracks on my Switch finally.

MK9 is Mario Kart Tour People.

That is why it is now part of the dlc. They even show the 8 game boxes the dlc tracks are coming from (obv not including mk8).

So MK10 is the next entry on Switch 2 in 2026. Yay.

I was hoping we'd eventually get a 'Rare Replay -Nintendo Games Edition' on Switch. It would easily sell millions but guess Nintendo wont allow this now so to drip feed Rare n64 games gradually on the Expansion pass instead.

Active development means nothing except they've at least started. If Switch lifespan is extended then we might see it on Switch but more likely it will be a Switch 2 launch title in a couple of years or so.

They should give you option of the AC dlc or something else of similar value coz as it is it is overpriced for those without Animal Crossing.

Mario Kart 9 is already out but it is a mobile game (Mario Kart Tour). We'll see 10 on Nintendo Switch 2.

Mario Kart Tour is MK9. We'll see MK10 on Switch 2. They might even do MK: Ultimate.

There should be option to pick an older free Switch Game to the value of the AC DLC...

Unless you've got Animal Crossing the Free DLC is worthless so feels like we are being over charged.

Having owned a LG OLED TV for a few years and suffered slight screen burn from playing BOTW and Diablo 3 a lot before I knew it was a thing (YES it is real)...

Does the OLED model have an 'OLED Panel Settings' option where you can switch on 'Screen Shift' and more importantly 'Clear Panel Noise' which cleans the screens pixels?

Not sure I've read anywhere that it does?

Will the new Dock be available seperately?

I still think Tour is in reality MK9 and the next one we'll see on Switch 2 will be MK10.

No point paying for expansion pak if that is the case. I opted for both USA N64 and GameCube back in the day because games ran faster and were full screen.

Smyth's Winter catalogue also lists a neon version of the OLED Switch so guessing white dock with neon joycons rather than a neon dock too?

This is why we won't see MK10 til Switch 2. Guessing MK Tour is actually the 9th 'proper' entry in the series, maybe.

They won't do dlc as it is the Ultimate version of MK8 too.

I used to collect to keep but with Switch I buy, play then trade to fund more games.

I've still got my USA N64 and Cube. If only I'd got UK ones back in the day as be so much easier to sell at CEX. Starting to sell them on eBay now as having not played them in 20 years they are just taking up space.

I also "collect moulds, spores and fungus"
-aka movie and TV show figures. The struggle with space is real.

Doctor Who already did that in 2017 with Missy and The Master.

Loki was pretty much good Dr. Who. Something the current Era is not. But hoping this game is good and worth buying.

Mario Kart 9 (Mario Kart Ultimate?) will be the major launch title for Switch 2. That's why we'll never see it on the original Switch. Roll on 2023.

Switch Pro will end up being Switch 2.

Nintendo would be stupid to change track for it's next phase. They need to follow PlayStation's lead on console naming in future. Make it simple for the general consumer.

So glad it is not a Pro as the current models are doing so well. I only play in docked mode so not for me.

Switch 2 will be the 'pro' In a couple of years and I don't mind waiting.

They need to make final boss much harder and remove the need to fight that other tedious one 3 times.

Joe and Mac is great. A fun 2 player but very easy. One of my favourites back in the day. Will give them all a go.

I'm guessing MK10 is next console game for Switch 2 with 9 being the mobile game.

They might go down the ultimate route though with all tracks included from the past.

They've only done it free of charge coz you were within 1st year of purchase.

For those who bought it a year or more ago Nintendo expect you to pay to fix things.

Mario's 35th comes to an end on 31st March. They simply didn't want to overshadow the end of that celebration with 3D World.

April onwards will be Zelda's 35th. Skyward Sword Being the first big release.

I just hope they don't forget Metroid later in the year.

Once Mario 35th has ended expect a full 35th announcement for Zelda. Skyward Sword is just the start.

Hopefully they will remember it is Metroid's 35th Anniversary too this year with at least Metroid Prime Trilogy HD.

You could just buy the normal edition for around £34 from Amazon. I got it 2 months ago.

Got all their Nintendo books (NES/SNES/N64/Cube). Hoping they do Wii and Wii U next.

Loved this game as a kid.

I did get to the top but could never kill the final big foot boss. I always ran out of time.

Great to see the levels all interconnected.

As for Amazon. It will be down to unexpected Brexit costs no doubt. Their supplier has to pay more now to export things to UK. Rather than the buyer paying the import fees. That or it is just a placeholder price for now.

I would have gave Bowsers Fury a go if it had been a payable dlc option for previously playing any 3D Mario title on my Switch.

Having already played 3D world to death on the Wii U I'll pass. But it is great for those who never had a Wii U.
