It's a shame eBay don't do something. But with their so called 'buyer protection fee' they'll be making a lot of money from the scalpers sales.

Well, in April I finished my backlog of games. Then, once I could save my data to Nintendo's Cloud I sold my Switch and 2 pro controllers.

I am ready. 😊

Love the spine. Takes me back to my GameCube days. I'm getting the bundle though so it's good to see what I'm missing.

The console box art is on Nintendo Today too. Missing the UK version though.

No changes for me as I stopped collecting physical games a few years ago.

There's simply no time to replay them and play new games, so although I buy mainly physical, I sell the game on after completion.

I sold my USA N64 and GameCube collection over the last few years on eBay too.

Got MKW bundle for Switch 2. They'll support it for the life of Switch 2. And £35 is a bargain. With the £40 saving it's very likely that I would get less than that for selling the physical version in say, 6 years time.

I've also finished my Switch 1 backlog so I'm ready. 😊

I'm 45, only ever had Nintendo consoles and will have only a Switch 2 in a month.

How about you do a poll to see who wants this type of news on a Nintendo site.

I'm not anticipating it at all because I have a nintendo system and it's unlikely to run on the Switch 2.

Are we gonna see more "news" like this going forward about every popular game franchise title that gets delayed because it might come to the Switch 2?

We've been playing MK8 for ten years.

MKW is worth the price.
If you can't afford it or are sensible get the bundle.

If you don't think it's worth £75 then why did you buy MK8, MK8 dlc, MK8D and MK8D DLC?

I've ordered one in the hope that it has a better D-Pad for when I play retro games.

I do need to retire my day one Pro 1 though. Be trading it and my Switch once I have the Switch 2.

Being in the UK, once I've transferred things over to my Switch 2 I'll be trading my original first day grey Switch in for cash.

Due to Donkey Kong Bananza I can't see us getting Mario's next 3D game until late next year.

Metroid Prime 4, Pokémon and Hyrule Warriors will be the big hitters this Christmas.

Kirby's Air Riders will probably be delayed to 2026 too.

I used to collect games. I brought my usa N64 and NGC down from my loft after 20 years. Didn't play on them for a year so sold them all gradually on eBay.

Just got Blast Corps left now but made a few grand as they were all boxed and in great condition.

I sell my Switch games after I've played them. I'll be selling my Switch too once the Switch 2 arrives.

I do however have all the smash amiibo on display. Even though I'm not a fan of the game.

It's definitely worth £75 to me.

Luckily I'm getting the bundle so it is £35.

And no doubt we'll get more content as chargeable DLC further down the track for the vocal minority to complain about.

Yeah. That's the issue with it. Especially when playing retro games. Fingers crossed they've fixed the issue on Switch 2 version.

I still think N64 had the best line up. All i needed back in 1997 was Super Mario 64.

In other news the DLC will be fine when it eventually lands, free or not. I don't understand all the hate for a Mario Kart game being a AAA Title and priced as such.

I actually sent my pro to Nintendo to fix back in 2019 and they denied all dpad issues. So hope they have done something so you don't end up going in a different direction to what you press, especially in retro games, on this one.

I expected the console to be between £350 to £400 so the digital bundle with MKW is a no brainer. No doubt MKW will be supported with extra DLC tracks throughout the life of Switch 2.

Yes physical games are a bit steep as the jump in price is a lot more than expected, but as I don't collect games but sell them on afterwards it'll work out okay for me.
