Re: Hardware Review: Nintendo Switch OLED - The Screen's The Star

dazzleshell

Having owned a LG OLED TV for a few years and suffered slight screen burn from playing BOTW and Diablo 3 a lot before I knew it was a thing (YES it is real)...

Does the OLED model have an 'OLED Panel Settings' option where you can switch on 'Screen Shift' and more importantly 'Clear Panel Noise' which cleans the screens pixels?

Not sure I've read anywhere that it does?

Will the new Dock be available seperately?

Re: Poll: Why Do You Collect Video Games?

dazzleshell

I used to collect to keep but with Switch I buy, play then trade to fund more games.

I've still got my USA N64 and Cube. If only I'd got UK ones back in the day as be so much easier to sell at CEX. Starting to sell them on eBay now as having not played them in 20 years they are just taking up space.

I also "collect moulds, spores and fungus"
-aka movie and TV show figures. The struggle with space is real.

Re: Bowser Tries To Explain Why Mario's Games Will Be Removed On 31st March 2021

So many comments. I'm not sure why people are so bothered by the topic of this 'so called' limited release game.

Nintendo will have a plan for them after March. Whether that is Mario 64 on the Switch Online N64 service launching in September 2021 or not I honestly couldn't care less.

There are hundreds of copies sitting on shelves at Game and CEX in the UK. Even Amazon has reduced the price to less than £40.

If you miss out then it's your fault. If you buy a Switch after March 31st there will be plenty in 2nd hand stores. And if you buy a Switch 2 in a few years and then can't find a copy well too bad. It's not the end of the world.

From April onwards Zelda's 35th Anniversary will take over and hopefully Metroids 35th Anniversary too. And if they do another limited release for that we'll have another 50+ articles and the same 1000+ comments repeating the same sh*te that this game has got.

Merry Christmas.

Re: Pre-Order Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity From Nintendo UK For A Chance To Win These Glorious Zelda Figures

Just putting this here as posted it yesterday on another story...

You can get 'Age Of Calamity' for £37.49 from UK eBay seller boss_deals.

71% of stock has sold already and is the cheapest online price using the 20% off code PURCHASE20 as is usually £46.99.

Go get it you lovely people!

Oh. I already own the Link Statue. Had it since 2017 but it is a great figure. Like a giant Amiibo.
