Looks good. It had an 89 on metacritic when I looked. Not sure I’ll get it yet though.

Would have been interesting to see what difference (if any) it would have made if it was not a key card release.

Looks respectfully good. I could never understand why Pokémon games looked so low budget while selling countless millions.

Looks superb on switch 2 but what these images don’t show is the frame rate which I’m sure is improved on the pro.

Capcom are peak right now. Great to see them doing so well and this port is impressive!

Went for the 3DS XL as I never had the new 3DS XL which I more than likely would have voted for if I had!

If Mario tennis was half the price I’d probably check it out but it’s not the kind of game I’d pay Nintendo full whack for.

It might be a bit plain but the American and European cover is classic in my eyes and takes my vote.

Simple, classy and all that’s needed for such a classic franchise.

Why don’t they offer both - a sub service and purchase option.

I know they want the recurring revenue of the subs but if individual games were priced high enough surely that’d make up the margins?

Wow console gaming in Japan is in the toilet compared to where it used to be. Is the reason only to do with mobile gaming?

I’m hoping and waiting for some hori split pad pros for the switch 2. Loved them on my oled and miss them. Nintendo joycon are uncomfortable for my hands.

For once I prefer both the NA/EU cover to the Japanese.

Went with the green of NA though.

The fact that this is even being compared to TTYD means I’m gonna buy it.

Playing the nioh 3 demo at the moment and it’s great so far. Other than that I’ll be playing Forza and still need to get back to tears if the kingdom which I somehow never finished.

Slightly off topic but I’d love Nintendo to hand out ocarina to a 3rd party for a full on modern remake. That and LttP are still my favourites and a new high fidelity version remaster would make my day.

I’d also like the new Zelda to bring back Links magic like Farore’s Wind etc.

This is nice but the changes I’d like most are a change to the title and 20 less price at retail 🤣

Have been playing cyberpunk but 10 hours in and it’s failed to grip me for some reason so I might boot up something else.

Still also playing Forza, up to level 70.

@Repo_Dog yeah I’ll probably end up getting this on the pro. Even though I’d like it to play on the move I’m not a massive fan of using joycon for these kinds of games.

There’s so many great games I’d happily play through again, this being one of them, but the fact there’s so much new I haven’t played and would rather it stops me.

Maybe one day when I have more time!

Capcom are on fire right now. Definitely keeping an eye on how this one turns out.

Hopefully prime 4 will have a long tail sales curve and end up being successful enough that we get a 5 at some point.

What they did with Kirby is how to make a switch 2 upgrade worth it. Mario wonder deserves the same love so hopefully this’ll be better than expected.

I agree there’s something about the original design I love but not sure what exactly. Anyway enjoy your playthrough and the story!

@DennyCrane you might be ok with remake anyway seeing as it’s more action and not turn based. There are still elements of menu selection actions but it pauses the action while doing so. It’s very good and might be more suited to you anyway without the need of cheat modes etc.
