Forza on ps5 and cyberpunk on switch for me.

Hey google why don’t you sort out google search first. It’s shocking how bad it’s become. Ads everywhere, search results based on what they think you want as opposed to what you searched for, biased “authority” sites taking all the top spots, results trying to sell their affiliate paid links, the list goes on…

I don’t use it any more but it was good a few decades ago before they became greedy.

@Jack_Goetz thanks didn’t realise the original was one of the best sellers on 3DS so this must be a bigger deal than I thought. I totally slept on it previously though!

Don’t really get why this game got its own direct. I mean is it actually a big deal? For me it’s very much the opposite!

I bought a game from one of their stores many years ago at full price as it was listed as “new”. When I got home I found it was second hand as it had save files on it. I took it back to complain and they just shrugged me off.

Since that moment they lost my custom and I’ve not bought a single game from them since. If that’s how they treated people in general then you could say this is karma.

Having said that it’ll still be sad to see them go. It was nice just knowing there was somewhere you could once buy physical games from.

Goodbye game.

Nintendo a lot of your customers aren’t kids anymore. We can decide what is good for us on our own thanks.

The Grid on switch 1 was decent but I really hope we get a Forza of some description on switch 2. Horizon 4 would be perfect!

It’s time they released the supposedly finished ports of MP2 & 3. That is if they were real lol

As hori haven’t given us any split pad pros for the switch 2 I’m looking for something like this and could’ve been interested if wasn’t £125! Think I paid £40 for my hori on switch 1…

@Raffles yeah me too. I’m surprised how many people are saying they don’t want their ps5 anymore just because of FF which admittedly is brilliant.

How about stellar blade, wukong, horizon and new stuff like saros, gta 6 and all Xbox games now coming to playstation like fable etc!

Switch 2 and ps5 are my perfect console combo anyway!

It’s interesting how Pokémon has stayed cartoony when it could’ve developed looking more like this.

I was originally excited for wonder and then dropped off it quite quick and not gone back.

Maybe I’ll upgrade and use that as motivation to go back and finish it.

@Lord yes and this is probably at least partly thanks to their increase in switch 2 software prices.

@abe_hikura haha that’s so true. I wonder if their eyes have been opened though after them seeing the likes of cyberpunk and Star Wars outlaws do so well on the system, at least in a technical sense.

Good to hear but dammit I’d really like a forza on switch 2 the most. Racing on the move would be perfect. Fable will do though!

Damn, the big red banner at the top of S2 games, crazy long titles and jumbled/busy designs. Nintendo really aren’t doing well in the cover game right now in my opinion!

Dammit I’m so tempted to double dip but have too much in my backlog, must resist!

That’s a big loss for Nintendo but he’s had an amazing career and wish him all the best for the rest of his days.

Retro did a great job in my opinion and had an almost impossible task after such a long wait since prime 3.

My concern now is I doubt we’ll get prime 5 any time soon thanks to the negativity and likely low sales.

I love the Japanese charts just because we get hard numbers, unlike the west where we get vague metrics like “most hours played on a Wednesday afternoon in Berlin ever!”

@Henmii not sure if you know you can change the options and then reload the year in review page and it’ll show you your stats. It did for me anyway!

@Sonicka it’s crazy for what is effectively loads of plastic. I’d rather have a ps5 pro for the same price (when it was on sale anyway).

Still hooked on Ball x Pit but may find time to get back and finish Horizon: FW.

I’d be interested in new vegas if it isn’t a sloppy port.

Consoles are a lot more expensive than they used to be so is not a surprise.

@DennisLofgren yeah actually I made a call as it’s under warranty from the retailer I bought it from. They’re sending me a new one, phew!

The down button on my switch 2 pro controller d-pad has just randomly stopped working after 6 months so I need a replacement. Not sure this is it though it’s nice to have options.

Path tracing? Is that to make sidewalks look better? 🤭

@Juma009 not sure of the platform breakdown but the director did say he expected it take about three years for the game to sell between 800,000 - 1m copies!

What a shame. MP4 deserves better than this and will probably be the reason we won’t get MP5 in the next 18 years.

He was a little bit irritating but not as bad as first feared. He reminded me of chadley in the FF7 remakes. In fact I’m convinced he’s the same voice actor!

@The_Nintendo_Expat to start with I felt it was a bit slow but I have to say now I’m further in I don’t mind it at all.

Having said that I’ve always enjoyed base building type games so maybe it’s just up my street. The amount farmed however could be higher as progress does feel a little slow at times.

Do you think you’ll go back to it?

Ball x Pit for me and I doubt any other game will get a look in. Loving it!

Some good games there and hopefully I won’t still be addicted to Ball x Pit when they come out!

The eshop overall is nice and has improved with switch 2 but I really wish you could buy multiple games at once in your ‘basket’. It’s annoying having to buy them one by one. Come on Nintendo it’s nearly 2026!
