The Yuzu devs were keeping links to Switch game roms behind a paywall on their Discord. They were profiting financially from their emulator. That is why Nintendo came down hard on them. Your Gameboy emulators should be fine, as long as you don't hand out the roms.
I really enjoyed the DS game, but I'm worried I won't like the remake as much. The original made full use of the DS and incorporated everything the console could do into the game. My favourite being to close the lid and open it to stamp a page. How is that going to translate into this new remake.
Omni Man shouldn't even be in this game. He should mop the floor with anyone in the game with just one punch. To include him means he has to be severely nerfed. It is why Superman games never work because you just aren't playing as the character to their fullest.
My first Ganondorf was in A Link to the Past. And before anyone says "That is Ganon, not Ganondorf", he is named Ganondorf Dragmire in the game manual, so, yeah, he may be in Ganon form but his real name was known.
Remember the glory days of DVD when they used to pack the disk with as much content as physically possible? I miss those days. They just don't try anymore. Where is the Director commentary for example.
Nintendo probably told Gamespot they will no longer provide any special editions or advanced knowledge of upcoming releases which would hurt Gamestop's bottom line.
Good to see the insecure men crying like Baby Mario over this. She lives in the Mushroom Kingdom and Mario has only been there for a day or two. Who else is going to train Mario how to survive in the Mushroom Kingdom. Also, Princess Peach hasn't always just been a damsel in distress. She has been a playable character that can hold her own in SMB games since 1988.
Ocarina of Time, I couldn't figure out how to get the Goron tunic. The door to the shop wasn't open and the shop owner doesn't sell the tunic to Child Link. I had no idea. I had to go get a strategy guide, which in the mid 90s meant I had to leave my house and go find the guide in a local store. I slapped my head when I read how to get it from the Prima Guide. Oh, and the universe punished me for looking at a guide. I opened the book right on the page where it reveals who Sheik is.
So, people moaned about the fog in Ocarina of Time but the clear lack of fog in the Xbox version is fine? Even when the truck changes colour as it is supposed to in the fog?
It was hard when I first started playing but after a couple of hours I was playing just fine. The only real issue is the aiming controls due to the difference in how the control sticks work.
It took a while to get used to the controls but completing the game on Agent mode was a great way to relearn single stick FPS games. I do wish there was a way to remap the buttons. Strafing should be on the left stick and turning should be on the right stick.
Why am I not getting these glitches? I want to see some cool stuff in my game but the worst I'm getting is just low frame rates on objects far from the camera.
I am not going to pretend the game is perfect but I have been playing for hours and have experienced very few glitches. The only one I can think of is my Dachsbun sometimes walks through the ground. Also, yeah, the frame rate of things far away from camera is pretty choppy but things close to camera are fine. I'm actually quite enjoying the game.
If she got lowballed, then she is right to be angry with Platinum Games. However, she is wrong to attack Jennifer Hale. Hellena got offered a job, she refused it. Platinum will need someone to do the game and Jennifer Hale is a great choice. Hale did nothing wrong so for Taylor to attack her like that is just bitchy.
People are just used to Charles Martinet so it is weird hearing a different voice. I remember the Super Mario Supershow where Mario used to sound like he was from Brooklyn, not Little Italy.
Digital is great and all but TMNT is proof that you should always buy physical. We have no idea when these games will be delisted from online stores due to licencing issues.
When will people learn that prudish Nintendo ended when Hiroshi Yaumachi stepped down as president? These days you are more likely to find censored games on Playstation than you are on a Nintendo console. Nintendo may not make M rated games themselves, but they have always welcomed anything from 3rd parties since Satoru Iwata became president.
@Ryu_Niiyama What a great analysis. I was a teenager when this came out so yeah, horny teen me loved the Chun-Li shower scene. 40 year old me still likes it but you notice just how damn creepy it is with Vega stalking her in a space she considers safe.
My only complaint with the movie is they set up Chun-Li as a main character then completely side-line her after the fight with Vega. Given how the fight ends, she didn't look like she needed to be completely covered in bandages at the hospital.

Re: Another Code: Recollection Sets Up Mystery In Brand New Trailer
I loved the original on the DS but never got around to playing the sequel so this is an easy purchase.
Re: Talking Point: Does Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Need A Full Remake?
Just port the 3DS version and improve the visuals.
Re: Video: We Compare Super Mario RPG On Switch To The SNES Original
Aww, Bowser doesn't look stoned anymore. Seriously, go look at the original sprites and tell me Bowser doesn't look stoned.
Re: Round Up: The Reviews Are In For Super Mario Bros. Wonder
Does anyone else find it weird that Nintendo isn't hyping the hell out of this game?
Re: Poll: Which LEGO Animal Crossing Sets Will You Be Splashing Your Bells On?
I need Nook's Cranny and Isabelle's house. Maybe the Kapp'n set. The rest I will see about later.
Re: Surprise! LEGO Animal Crossing Sets Are Actually Happening
@-wc- They can do more with Animal Crossing than they can with Metroid.

Oh well, who needs money anyway, right?

Wow, there is still stock 4 hours after this went up. Have the scalpers realized nobody is paying their overpriced mark ups anymore?

I hope the demo convinces people to buy it as this is a really good game.
Re: Sonic Superstars Sees The Return Of Classic-Style Sonic With New Visuals
I hope we get Robotnik and not Eggman. The classic Robotnik design is still the best look for the character.

Re: The Jurassic Park Games Are Getting A 30th Anniversary Retro Collection
The PC version of the SNES game is superior. It wouldn't be right to leave it out, and the SEGA games.
Re: Sonic The Hedgehog Gets Four New Lego Sets, Features Tails And Amy
At 0:48 you can see the Death Egg Robot. That is the only one that interests me.
Re: Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Multiplayer Mod YouTube Videos Are Getting Copyright Strikes
It makes sense. With a new game coming out, they don't want any confusion with fan stuff.

It is going to be hilarious if the Pokemon games get added to Switch Online the day after the 3DS eshop closes down.
Re: Video: Everything To Do Before The 3DS And Wii U eShops Shut Down
or hack your 3DS and install hshop. It is basically everything on the eshop available to download and it will never go offline.

Super Metroid. Seeing that massive box for it in Woolworths compared to the other SNES game boxes got me so intrigued.
