@abbyhitter I know how to play long games and I am sure others do too but there is more to it then that. At least in my case. Having too much of the same to me like this such as gameplay and it being more then a 100 hours sounds like it can overstay its welcome fast and it’s just unnecessary bloat. Not to mention I got lots of other games to play and some are long like this game.
Didn’t know it was around 100 hours and it’s basically the same game over again. I liked octopath 1 and 2 a lot but after going through craziness in beating octopath 2 not long ago, I think I will be skipping this game due to the length. I don’t want a bloated story that’s a 100 hours for this type of game. Especially if there is a lot of side quests that adds more to the 100 hours main story. Ughh, well I got other games to play first. Glad I decided not to get it for my Christmas gift to myself.
I am very busy so I won’t be gaming much this weekend or for quite a few days. But other than that I am still working on the games I had before. Waiting for that ff7 remake demo for switch 2 lol.
Raidou remastered(switch 1 version on switch 2) - i am in the middle of episode 8. The game starts slow at first but really picks up in the middle of the whole game. I will say that the game Doesn’t look good in handheld for switch 2 at all if you are using the switch 1 cart. Luckily I am docked player mostly lol.
Otogirisou(snes) on gkd pixel 2 - same. working on it still. Getting deep into the story. Hopefully done with the first ending soon.
Awesome news. Despite what some comments on here say, the game run great. Even if it was 30fps, it rarely ever dropped and it was smooth until the end for me. Wish they can port replicant to switch 2 soon.
It’s been a while since I posted. I beat donkey Kong bananza more then a week ago. Collected all the bananas and walked around the island in the dlc. This is a great game overall. Mainly because the nostalgia that is in the game. The last couple of worlds and the final boss is what really made me like the game a lot.
Raidou remastered(switch 1 version) - just started this game properly. I would have bought the switch 2 version but I am trying my best to avoid game key cards but it’s also because Atlus didn’t put much effort into the switch 2 version compared to the switch 1 version. If there was a noticeable difference in graphics/resolution and framerate I would have bought the switch 2 version. I just completed the prologue chapter.
Otogirisou(snes) on gkd pixel 2 - working on it still. Getting deep into the story.
Don’t know how I pulled it off but I beat the hardest superboss in xenoblade X definitive edition. I am officially done with the game. Spent a long time on this game, need to move on lol.
Donkey Kong bananza - still on sublayer 1200. Moving slowly on this layer world.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - almost done with the game.
Otogirisou(snes) on gkd pixel 2 - still working on it but it’s pretty good so far. Lots of choices in the game though.
Again, I am a bit busy this weekend and will. I will be busy for a while lol. So less gaming time unfortunately but I will try to do the games I am still working on.
Xenoblade chronicles X - after beating the game I am still doing the extra stuff. Basically just trying to beat the dreaded superboss. Ugh. Following the online strategies aren’t working well for some reason. Might have to give up on it.
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 1200 About to get another transformation soon.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - about a few things to wrap up before putting it away.
Otogirisou(snes) on gkd pixel 2 - still working on it
I am a bit busy this weekend and will. I will be busy for a while lol. So less gaming time unfortunately but I will try to do the games I am still working on.
Xenoblade chronicles X - I finally beat it. Man it was long. Although I did a metric ton of side stuff before that lol. I can’t decide if I like the extra chapter(3 acts) or not. It was great but there are some parts to it that was a little too much out there for me even though it’s xenoblade. I won’t spoil it of course. Right now I am trying to wrap up all of the other side stuff. Basically the last few of the toughest missions and the last affinity mission. I don’t want to grind too much. If I do then I will just stop playing the game. Lol
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 1100
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - still working on playing as the other Character’s few chapters.
Otogirisou(snes) on gkd pixel 2 - still at the very beginning but it looking good so far.
I will be changing up things for a little while and do a horror game. I have decided to play Otogirisou for the SNES on my gkd pixel 2. Couldn’t get my anbernic to work unfortunately. For those that don’t know what that game is, it’s a horror visual novel made by the people that did the Zero escape games and the danganronpa games. Their first visual novel it seems.
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 13 the last part. Was going to beat it last night but got distracted. I will beat it for sure today.
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 1000
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - beat the game with eirika. I made a save state so I can play certain chapters as the other character ephraim to avoid playing the beginning all over again. Only playing as him until a certain chapter and then I will stop playing. This was definitely a better fire emblem game then I thought. Not my favorite but it’s good.
@MischiefMaker congratulations on beating it. If you haven’t yet, I would still suggest beating 999(the first game) before doing third one since it will bring everything together and will make it less confusing.
With Split Fiction finished between my friend and I we talked about how we would rate this game and gave each other our own reviews on it. Our thoughts on it is basically the same. It’s a fun game but no need to play it again in our opinions. I guess it’s like a 7 out of 10 for us. Back to my other games lol.
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 12 which I think is the final chapter of the Main game but doing a lot of side stuff before I finish it.
Donkey Kong bananza - back on sublayer 700. Need to put more time into this game lol.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - on chapter 19 now.
Zero time dilemma on 3ds - work in progress again.
@MischiefMaker ah ok. It’s fine lol. Might as well keep doing what you are doing. I am still working on the third game myself. 999 is worth playing if you ever get the chance though.
Also on that note, if you enjoy the series and want more like it, look into the Ever 17 game. It’s from some of the same people basically and it’s like a prototype of the 999/virtue’s last reward games.
@MischiefMaker you should definitely play the first one 999 before doing the second one. They should all be played in the order they came out. Otherwise the twists won’t hit you as hard and you will be confused a little.
Still playing Split Fiction with my friend on switch 2 and While there are are some annoying parts of the game and it seems to copy too much from all other games I still like it. I am near the end of it I think. My friend and I will try to finish it this weekend hopefully. Then I will delete the game because it takes up way too much space for something I can’t even play by myself or even own 😂.
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 11 finally, but doing a lot of side stuff first now that I can fly lol.
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 600 still. Haven’t played it much but since there is dlc, I got to go finish this game fast.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - on chapter 17. Pretty deep into the game. I should be done with it soon.
Zero time dilemma on 3ds - work in progress again lol
Shoutout to the person playing virtue’s last reward on 3ds. Great game! Also shout out to the person playing super robot wars endless frontier exceed. Played the first one and I loved it so much. I still got to play the second one.
Disappointed it seems to be a sequel to fire emblem 3 houses. I didn’t care for that game much. This game looks like it might not be crazy long like 3 houses but I am worried it will be bloated like 3 houses was. Very mad they put that stupid gambit system in the gameplay again. It was stupid and broken in 3 houses which I am glad they took it out in engage. Don’t know why they are putting it back in. Maybe this sequel will be distant enough that it doesn’t mention much from 3 houses but I don’t know. Even though I am a big fire emblem fan, I don’t think I will get this game. Sad to say. Just what I think.
Started playing Split Fiction with my friend recently on switch 2 and I am surprisingly liking the game. Didn’t think I would enjoy it much. There are some parts that are annoying but it’s whatever. I don’t own the game. My friend does and I am using that weird friend pass thing. EA likes to be ridiculous. Other then that playing my usual:
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 10, still doing some affinity mission before I do it though. Not much progress from last week.
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 600.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - on chapter 16. Some decent twists in this one.
Zero time dilemma on 3ds - work in progress again lol
@Wewewi ok but I don’t see how a lot of people like me were supporting know that. The wording from all of this officially is very confusing and it’s not just me. Whatever the case, it’s still weird that the regular jamboree did not get an update to 1440p. I get the parity thing but it still should be increased across the board compared to the original switch version. Oh well, Whatever. Jamboree isn’t my favorite Mario party anyway so I won’t complain beyond this.
For anyone that doesn’t know, super Mario party jamboree tv was supposed to be 1440p docked and 1080p undocked when it was announced. It’s still on Nintendo’s official website. I guess they mean portable mode for this patch. Although oddly enough, me and lots of other people seemingly can’t see the 2k resolution at all in this game since the option seems to be greyed out for some reason anyway.
Visiting family so I won’t have much time to play games unfortunately but I did manage to play most of the Trails in the Sky remake demo on my switch 2. Got to say it’s performance was smooth on switch 2. Only problem was frame rate drops in the distance on enemies but that should be ironed out before the game comes out and on the switch 2 version. The combat is unique and fun. I have original game but haven’t got far in it. I think I will buy this game when I get the chance and my backlog goes down a little lol. Other then that I am playing my usual:
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 10, still doing some affinity mission before I do it though.
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 500. Went through most of it so far.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - on chapter 14.
Got to get some major gaming in since next week I will be busy with some traveling. Played a lot of the Daemon X Machina demo. I like it so far story wise. Gameplay is fun too but I wish the weapons was done better. They sound and look like they have no impact on enemies. Just like the first game. The visuals look amazing in certain places but I have noticed a frame drop here and there when going to new areas unfortunately. It’s not too bad though. Playing the usual other then that below:
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 9 still. Not much progress has been made.
Donkey Kong bananza - still on sublayer 300. Havent made any progress recently.
Fire emblem sacred stones on NSO - on chapter 13 now.
Zero time dilemma on 3DS - ugh. Need to do this game.
@JohnnyMind yeah. I can’t wrap my head around why. Unless square changes it close to release or it’s like you said since square is big in Japan or they found some work around to it. I really have no idea
@JohnnyMind this doesn’t seem to be the case with final fantasy tactics coming out soon. It’s a free switch 2 upgrade for all regions including japan. I just checked it to make sure.
Going to visit my cousin and her family today so I won’t be gaming as much as usual this weekend but I will try lol. Was able to play the super robot wars Y demo which came out of nowhere. Rare to see that from this series and easily accessible in the west. It’s not a bad game at all but I am not crazy about the story and characters much. Don’t think I will get this one for a long while. Better go play older super robot games. The other games I am playing still remain The same.
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 8 but finishing up some affinity missions first.
Donkey Kong bananza - I am in sublayer 301 kinda of lol.
Fire emblem the sacred stones NSO - on chapter 12 now playing in the Eirika route.
Zero time dilemma on 3DS - still working on it. Ugh
Been a while since I have been on here. I have been busy. But my games haven’t changed much that I am working on. I did however manage to do the adventures of Elliot demo and I like it but I have some small issues with it. I don’t know if I will get it or not but we will see when it comes out.
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 8 but still doing a bunch of side stuff first.
Donkey Kong bananza - I am in sublayer 201 I think lol. Got to that nostalgia part and I loved it so much. I want a dk country remake now lol
Fire emblem the sacred stones NSO - on chapter 10 now playing in the Eirika route.
After getting donkey Kong bananza I am juggling a few games now. Lol. I also have raidou remastered sitting around. My best friend decided to buy me a copy out of the blue. He had a switch 1 and a switch 2 version. Since I wasn’t into switch 2 game key cards, I got the switch 1 version which heard ran nearly as well on a switch 2. The games I am playing now are:
Xenoblade chronicles X - I am on chapter 7 now. But still doing some affinity quests before I go through it.
Donkey Kong bananza - just got to the talking rock. Yes I am in the beginning. Lol. Good game so far.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - on chapter 4 now.
I haven’t started raidou remastered and zero time dilemma on 3ds is still being worked on slowly.
@Exerion76 you seem to be a heavy fanboy of DF. Nothing wrong with it but even I know they get things wrong. There analysis of the game is different from what I heard from other sources. Just saying. Of course this game has problems regardless of how it’s spun but it seems like it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.
Well since drakengard 1 is basically done I am mainly focusing on these games:
Xenoblade chronicles x - I haven’t been playing it much last week but it will be my main focus from now on.
Fire emblem the Sacred Stones on NSO - despite having it on my Wii U and multiple emulator machines, I have never played it.
Zero time dilemma on 3ds - this is the third entry in the zero escape series. I played it near the halfway point I think and then took a long break from it. I think it’s time to finish it but first I will go through the story to get caught up.
I am playing the freedom wars demo now too. I am liking it so far even though combat is a bit stiff on the movement and attacks. I hate that it forces you to listen to the English dub until you go through a couple of tutorials. I might go replay some old switch 1 games on my switch 2 to see how they run but I am not sure lol.
I don’t if I will be able to do much this weekend since I am a little busy but I will try to play the my usual games. Getting used to my switch 2 and trying to get the best picture on my new tv so I can enjoy it better.
Xenoblade X - I Haven’t played it much but I have tried to see how good it looks and runs on switch 2 but I don’t see much of a difference at all. The switch 1 version did a pretty good job on it anyway but xenoblade X looks slightly better on switch 2.
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - I just beat it a few days ago and got the true ending. I still hated the game but the ending had a few surprising moments in it. It was still one of the toughest final boss fights in the game. The game is just very hard unless you have a system where you can cheese the game which is what I did lol. Don’t care that I had to either because it actually was necessary to do so. I will definitely not play part 2 or ever touch this series again.
Drakengard 1 on retroid - I have finally collected all the weapons. Whew. Now I am going to get the final ending in the game. I know it’s going to be crazy. Mentally preparing myself for it. Lol
Got my switch 2 and got everything transferred but I definitely need my sd express card to come in now lol. Only one thing that I have to do in switch 1 where I can’t do it on switch 2 is portal 2. It doesn’t go past the loading screen. That sucks. I still needed to beat the game so I had to hook my switch 1 up again because I want play it on tv. Besides that I am still playing the usual. Didn’t buy any switch 2 games yet believe it or not.
Xenoblade chronicles x - it looks mostly and feels the same as switch 1. Haven’t gotten deep into it from last week. Still doing missions in chapter 4.
Portal 2 - finally done on switch 1. It was such a great game. One of the best I played this year like the first portal game.
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - got to final chapter true ending one. Man this is a tough game even on normal. Had to turn it to easy mode for a couple of fights because it was brutally and I haven’t even got to the final boss yet. Ughh. I can’t wait to finally be done with this game.
Drakengard 1 on retroid - haven’t done much on it. Still got to get to the ending E. Getting all weapons to unlock it is a pain.
Happy gaming everyone! Hope everyone that wanted it was able to get a switch 2 or will in the future
Did play Mario kart world on my friend’s switch 2 and it was fun. Still deciding if I should get it later down the line. Also going to play GameCube nso with him online too. Specifically soul calibur 2. It’s awesome on switch 2
With switch 2 coming I am trying to get games down but I am not buying much for switch 2 at launch anyway 😂. Still playing the usual this past week and weekend.
Xenoblade chronicles X - finally got to chapter 4 after getting sidetracked to much. My only fear of big open world games or just a big place to explore in general os getting side tracked lol. This game does throw too much at you. Still love it though.
Portal 2 on switch - I am on chapter 7 I think. Lol. It’s very good either way. Having a blast with this game. Just as good as the first one if not better.
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - on chapter 7 now but about to be on chapter 8 now. Still have stupid main characters but I M hoping that I am getting close to the end.
Drakengard 1 on retroid - still trying to collect all weapons to unlock the the last ending. Have like 12 weapons left to get.
Mostly the same this of course for games but I did start a new game a few days ago.
Portal 2 - just started it and loving it like the first one, already harder then the first one early in the game but I love it. Great series.
Xenoblade chronicles x - still not much story progress but I am lost in exploring lol. Got a lot done on that though. Will do some story this weekend.
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - on chapter 6 still which is crazy enough. The story did throw some interesting story bits that I did not pick up on. Well just a small one. Still, most of the main characters are stupid besides one of them. The stupid ones are probably the stupidest protagonists I have ever played in a game.
Drakengard 1 on retroid - I am still working on trying to get the last ending. I see why people got very annoyed and gave up in the past if they didn’t have a guide for getting all the weapons lol.
@JohnnyMind for the differences between the switch 1 and switch 2, the Switch 2 version of the game is "expected" to run at 60fps in both TV and portable mode, at a resolution of 1080p. As for the original Switch version, it’s the same on tv for 1080p. But of course portable mode is 720p. The frame rate on the game for switch 1 unclear but it’s said to run between or at 30-60 frames. Whatever that means lol. Atlus isn’t known for bringing out the best out of a system graphically and performance wise so that’s probably why it’s only limited to 1080p docked on switch 2. I would have personally got the switch 1 version so I can upgrade but there is no upgrade for that game.
Been a bit of a crazy week for me but I am hoping to get some games played a bit before switch 2 comes.
Xenoblade chronicles X - still on chapter 3. Haven’t been playing it much but that will change.
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - finally manage to reach chapter 6. Ughh what a unnecessary long game. The main characters except for 1 of them are so freaking stupid!!!!!
Drakengard 1 on retroid - finally got ending D. Wow. That was a crazy and depressing ending. As expected of yoko taro. One ending left. Almost at the end of the game but not really because getting the last ending is tedious lol. Still, I hope to have it done before switch 2 comes out.
Xenoblade chronicles X on switch - still haven’t made much progress. There is a lot of mechanics in that game. Lol
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - made some progress in chapter 5. Still fighting the optional bosses and I have finally got a killer attack combo to beat most bosses with ease. I just want to complete this game. It’s not a great game at all lol.
Drakengard 1 on my retroid - making some progress on getting the last 2 endings. It’s getting even crazier story wise. One of the darkest games I’ve played for sure. But I am liking it.
Might start portal 2 this weekend but who knows lol
Have things to do today so probably won’t be able to game much. Will try to play my usual though.
Xenoblade chronicles X - haven’t been playing it much. I need to sit down and really play it since I keep seeing people here finish or near finish the game lol.
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - ughhh. Still on chapter 5. Doing those optional bosses. After looking a bit into what I will be getting into in the later chapters, I will not be doing any post game stuff like that crazy dungeon. Just getting the true ending and that’s it.
Drakengard 1 on retroid - just got ending B and C. Wow. This game gets even more crazy and depressing storywise like someone said to me a while back. Getting the last 2 endings will take a while. I am on Chapter 11 now. But I am deep into seeing this through.
Well that was hectic time trying to preorder switch 2. Made me hate retail stores now after what they did to me but luckily my friend got me covered. Anyway This is what I am playing:
Xenoblade Chronicles X: just starting chapter 3. Still slow start for me because I am busy. Hopefully I will play more this weekend.
Portal 1 - I bought the portal collection for switch for free with my coins. Beat the first game. Was very short and very good. I now understand why it’s a classic. Great game. That robot was quite the psycho. Lol
Bravely default on 3ds - getting stuck with optional bosses on chapter 5. Need to level up even more since this game can be so tough. Jobs are not leveled up enough. Still hate this game lol
Drakengard 1 on retroid - playing through the side chapters of certain characters now. Hopefully should be finished soon with that.
Busy weekend for me but I will still be playing the usual. Trying to anyway. 😂
Xenoblade chronicles X - about complete chapter 2. Hearing other people get a lot further is making me want to play it more so 😂.
I just bought portal collection on switch. I will slowly work on the first game. Shouldn’t take long though
Bravely default 1 on 3ds - I’ve finally got to chapter 5. About freaking time. It’s a different game from here on out story wise. I still don’t like the game though 😂.
Drakengard 1 on my retroid - after getting the first ending, I am trying to figure out where to go from here. As it’s wonky on how to get the other endings.
What a week 😅. I am playing the usual still but making a little progress.
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 1. So much to explore. Moving very slowly on it. I kind of want to wait until the switch 2 comes out so I can play it on better hardware Though. I do believe it will get an upgrade of some kind.
Bravely default 1 on 3DS - finally did that awful side quests lol but i cheesed it a bit. I don’t care. It was frustrating. Continuing with the story.
Drakengard 1 on my retroid - got to the last chapter in the last part of the game but as Nier/drakengard fans know, it doesn’t end there. This is just one of 5 endings. I will get ending A this weekend but things really got crazy in the last chapter. Pretty brutal game.
@Serpenterror cyberpunk is not a game key card. It’s the actual physical cartridge with the entire game inside. Though I am not 100% sure I think the Zelda games and Metroid prime 4 are all physical game carts too.
@JordonAM it does mean they were off though. Not that much but they were off. Don’t know what your problem is with my statement. Just saying that they are not gods or something when they do this. They are good at what they do but even they make mistakes sometimes. Even some other YouTubers have called them out on certain things and a game Developer on famiboards said something about the switch 2 specs that was the direct opposite of what they said about DLSS. I would believe game developers over digital foundry any day. Digital foundry wasn’t even there at the event from what I heard so they are looking through a capture card or something like that of their own like when they look at trailers for games. I don’t think they are completely off or anything but I think they got the resolutions wrong for certain games.
Also I don’t think switch 2 is native 4k. I think it’s upscaled 4k which is still pretty good and it’s fine with me. I don’t expect 3rd parties of course to do 4k for very high demanding games like cyberpunk of course. Don’t think anyone does lol. I am fine with the games running on switch 2 like it was said by developers. We should see even more impressive stuff soon.
Well that was quite a lot the last few days. Good and bad. I am busy and not in a great state but I am going to try to finish my backlog a bit and games I am playing now.
Xenoblade chronicles X switch - on chapter 1. Didn’t get far at all. Need to catch up.
Choas head Noah on switch - been on the back burner mostly.
Bravely default on 3ds - doing I big side quest. Yes I know the remaster is coming for switch 2 but I hate this game so far so I won’t be getting the remaster for switch 2. I just to complete this game and get rid of it.
Drakengard 1 on emulator - on chapter 6. Things are getting a bit crazier now but I know the twists will hit me harder as I play through this game lol
@bleeflooflah I watched all their videos on switch 2 and they were off. They are not spot on. Spot on means they would have said 4k would be possible for certain games. Maybe smaller ones. They didn’t say that at all from what I have seen. They did a few video about switch 2. They did defend it from haters of course which is great but digital foundry are not right all the time. Also I never mentioned true 4k. Of course it will be upscaling. Don’t know why anyone would think otherwise after looking at all the leaks in the past. Upscaling 4k is something they activly avoided and their demos on what they think matches the switch 2 rumored specs was off. They did mention it would be but it was technically more off then they realized. Switch 2 architecture and PC architecture is different in one major area. The matrix demo I mentioned still stands as well. I am being fair in what I think about digital foundry. You can have your own opinion if you want.
I might get flak for this but digital foundry can be off the mark sometimes when it comes to specs of Nintendo. These are the same guys that said over and over about switch 2 not capable of 4k at all based on rumored specs and couldn’t run the matrix demo rumored a while ago at all either. They were definitely wrong now. Granted 4k upscale won’t be used a lot and probably will only be used in older/less graphical games. Just saying I don’t completely trust digital foundry anymore when it comes to everything they do.
So glad that happened. Nier automata is one of my favorite games period and I have played several hundreds of all sorts of games over several years lol. I am tired of hearing all about western games back then and even now even though I am westerner lol. Used to get made fun of or get a weird look from people when I played games that were made by Japan except for maybe Mario or Zelda games.
Well with card en ciel out of the way, I am making a little progress in Xenoblade X. Not far into it at all though. Hopefully I will get the gears of it running the more I spend time on it.
I am also trying to play more chaos head Noah. I haven’t played it much at all for a while now.
As for other systems: Bravely Default 1 on 3ds is finally moving a little. On a big side quest now which is annoying just like the game but I heard this side quest is definitely worth it.
Drakengard 1 on my retroid - I am I. The middle of chapter 5. Lots of grinding on just trying to upgrade the weapons on this game but it’s worth it if you have played and Nier game. Lol.
Xenoblade X is obviously my main game that I will be playing 😂. I picked up my friend’s copy and he says to wait until he gets back from his trip so we can play it at the same time. I am not waiting though. 😂
Other than that I will be playing card en ciel just a little bit. I beat the game and just got the true ending. Didn’t even know this game had multiple endings. It’s a good game though frustrating at times. This company does make a lot of games hard though 😂
Other then that I am playing bravely default on 3ds. Need to play it more to get it done for good.

Re: Review: Octopath Traveler 0 (Switch 2) - A Bit Of A Retread, But Unmissable (And Enormous)
@abbyhitter I know how to play long games and I am sure others do too but there is more to it then that. At least in my case. Re: Review: Octopath Traveler 0 (Switch 2) - A Bit Of A Retread, But Unmissable (And Enormous)
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (29th November)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: NieR:Automata Finally Lands Switch 2 Compatibility Update
Awesome news. Despite what some comments on here say, the game run great. Even if it was 30fps, it rarely ever dropped and it was smooth until the end for me. Wish they can port replicant to switch 2 soon.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (15th November)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (1st November)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (25th October)
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 1200
About to get another transformation soon.
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - about a few things to wrap up before putting it away.
Otogirisou(snes) on gkd pixel 2 - still working on it
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (18th October)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (11th October)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (27th September)
Getting ready to do some horror games soon but until then I will be playing the usual
Xenoblade chronicles X - on chapter 12 still but will finish it this weekend.
Donkey Kong bananza - on sublayer 900. Past the resort layer which was pretty fun for the most part
Fire emblem the sacred stones on NSO - on chapter 20 now in the middle of it. Probably might finish the game this weekend.
Zero time dilemma on 3ds - work in progress again.
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (20th September)
@MischiefMaker congratulations on beating it. If you haven’t yet, I would still suggest beating 999(the first game) before doing third one since it will bring everything together and will make it less confusing.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (20th September)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (13th September)
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (13th September)
@MischiefMaker you should definitely play the first one 999 before doing the second one. They should all be played in the order they came out. Otherwise the twists won’t hit you as hard and you will be confused a little.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (13th September)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave Charges Onto Switch 2 In 2026
Disappointed it seems to be a sequel to fire emblem 3 houses.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (6th September)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Super Mario Party Jamboree Updated For Switch 2 And Switch (Version 2.2.0)
@Wewewi ok but I don’t see how a lot of people like me were supporting know that. The wording from all of this officially is very confusing and it’s not just me. Whatever the case, it’s still weird that the regular jamboree did not get an update to 1440p. I get the parity thing but it still should be increased across the board compared to the original switch version. Oh well, Whatever. Jamboree isn’t my favorite Mario party anyway so I won’t complain beyond this.
Re: Super Mario Party Jamboree Updated For Switch 2 And Switch (Version 2.2.0)
For anyone that doesn’t know, super Mario party jamboree tv was supposed to be 1440p docked and 1080p undocked when it was announced. It’s still on Nintendo’s official website. I guess they mean portable mode for this patch. Although oddly enough, me and lots of other people seemingly can’t see the 2k resolution at all in this game since the option seems to be greyed out for some reason anyway.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (30th August)
Zero time dilemma on 3ds - work in progress lol
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (23rd August)
@Teksette yes. Your progress Carries over to the full game.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (23rd August)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Trails In The Sky 1st Chapter Switch 2 Edition 'Upgrade Pack' Confirmed
@JohnnyMind yeah. I can’t wrap my head around why. Unless square changes it close to release or it’s like you said since square is big in Japan or they found some work around to it. I really have no idea
Re: Trails In The Sky 1st Chapter Switch 2 Edition 'Upgrade Pack' Confirmed
@JohnnyMind this doesn’t seem to be the case with final fantasy tactics coming out soon. It’s a free switch 2 upgrade for all regions including japan. I just checked it to make sure.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (16th August)
Ugh
Happy gaming everyone
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (9th August)
Zero time dilemma on 3DS - still working on it.
Happy gaming everyone
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (19th July)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: "Somewhat Mixed" - Digital Foundry Delivers Its Technical Analysis Of Donkey Kong Bananza
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (12th July)
Wow. It’s been a while since I posted on these articles but I have been busy. Not much has changed but I am playing these games so far:
Xenoblade chronicles X definitive - on chapter 6 but keep getting side tracked. Ughh
Fire emblem the scared stones on NSO - on chapter 2 now. Barely have begun but I am making progress.
Zero time dilemma on 3ds - still playing around with figuring out stuff.
Cant wait to play donkey Kong bananza
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (21st June)
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (14th June)
Lol
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition (7th June)
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (31st May)
With switch 2 coming I am trying to get games down but I am not buying much for switch 2 at launch anyway 😂.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (24th May)
Mostly the same this of course for games but I did start a new game a few days ago.
Re: First Impressions: We've Played Three SEGA Games On Switch 2
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (17th May)
Been a bit of a crazy week for me but I am hoping to get some games played a bit before switch 2 comes.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (10th May)
Happy Mother’s Day to everyone!
As for my gaming. Still the usual.
Happy gaming everyone!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (3rd May)
Have things to do today so probably won’t be able to game much.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (26th April)
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (19th April)
Happy gaming everyone and happy Easter
Re: Review: Lunar Remastered Collection (Switch) - Two Of The Most Charming RPGs Ever Get A Fair, If Flawed, Port
@Justifier @JohnnyMind it has Japanese voice acting as an option. Which is great for us that want it.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (12th April)
Re: Konami Appears To Be Releasing Suikoden I & II HD Remaster On Switch 2
@Serpenterror cyberpunk is not a game key card. It’s the actual physical cartridge with the entire game inside. Though I am not 100% sure I think the Zelda games and Metroid prime 4 are all physical game carts too.
Re: Digital Foundry Says Switch 2 Running Switch Games At 4K Is "Quite The Thing" In Performance Breakdown
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (5th April)
Happy gaming everyone
Re: Digital Foundry Says Switch 2 Running Switch Games At 4K Is "Quite The Thing" In Performance Breakdown
Re: Digital Foundry Says Switch 2 Running Switch Games At 4K Is "Quite The Thing" In Performance Breakdown
Re: Nier Automata's Dev Was "Ordered" To Ignore What The West Thinks Of His Game
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (29th March)
Lol.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (22nd March)
