Cool. I am glad it’s good. I am glad to see the main characters from 1 and 2. I like Xenoblade 3 but it doesn’t overall compare to Xenoblade 1 which is still the best to me. It definitely had the best story to me. 2 was good too but not as much as 1. Xenoblade 3 definitely has the best fighting mechanics but it’s a little overwhelming with introducing all of it and it can get a bit much sometimes. Like someone said here, I am a little disappointed that future redeemed dlc doesn’t have a different battle system like torna did but 3 has a pretty good battle system so it’s ok. Can’t wait to see what’s new for Xenoblade. Hoping they do a whole different story and not reference much from the first 3.
Kinda of Don’t really agree with your assessment on Megaman not having a huge presence on GameCube. Thought it had a pretty good presence on GameCube especially compared to n64 lol. It had the all the classic megamans in one collection which included games that a lot of people didn’t get to play plus megaman network transmission was and STILL is exclusive to GameCube. Megaman x command mission was a new game at the time too even though it was also on pS2 I believe. Capcom put Megaman on there in various forms for GameCube. The Wii and Wii U didn’t do much for Megaman at all except for Virtual console and some classic Megaman games. Like Megaman 9 and some appearances in other games like smash bros. I know it’s nitpicking but just thought I had to say it.
Btw, I would love to see legends come back. Always been a dream for me to play legends 3 in a complete form even though I know it’s impossible sadly 😢.
@Henchdog yes. Correct. Japan basically has a law saying that foreign companies can’t buy companies in Japan. Otherwise Microsoft would have had one by now. Lol. Nintendo owns the majority stake. So they can’t be bought out by people anyway. Nintendo sets a limit on how many shares are public and let whoever grabs them.
Sorry to hear about people being disappointed about not having the English dub but for me I am glad I get to play it with Japanese voices since I tend to only play games with the original voices. I know a little and study Japanese as well so I can tell what’s a good translation and a bad one sometimes 😂. It is weird that bandai didn’t include both as an option. They usually do duel audio support 🧐. Maybe they will put it in as an update later down the line? I am definitely preordering these. Can’t wait to play.
@JohnnyMind it’s too much like persona. I am just saying fire emblem doesn’t need a lot of it in my opinion. I also heard it’s not as fillerish as 3H. It has more battles. You are correct in it being optional but you would seem to be missing out on a lot of stuff if you just ignore all of it. My point was that 3H was too much. Doing all 3 or rather 4 routes was crazy. 😂. I am a bit of a fire emblem veteran. I loved awakening. And the older fire emblems. 3H was ok. Just thought it has too much flaws in the story. Just my opinion
Glad to hear it doesn’t have as much filler stuff as 3H. That was one of its many downsides to me. This game also doesn’t seem to be crazy long like 3H which is also a plus to me. Can’t wait to play it
Good to hear. 3 houses didn’t look good to me a lot of the time. Didn’t hate the game. Just felt a bit bland. Although there are a lot more things I didn’t care for in 3 houses in general. I can’t wait to play engage. It looks great! Only problem I have is the whole filler hub area. Too much to do. Main reason why I didn’t want to do all of the routes of 3 houses. Hopefully this game is just one long playthrough rather then 3 or more multiple playthroughs.
Hmmm... I am currently playing bravely default on my 3DS. Yes, I haven’t played it much at all when I got it years ago. 😂. Also will be playing Nier automata, persona 5 Royal, Bayonetta 3 and live a live on switch.

Surely they would have told some people about this. I think that is a huge hole in this story and another reason why I didn’t like Xenoblade 3’s story all that much. Would like some answers too. Also I hated how they don’t give much into the true queens story. Like how the heck did nia become a queen. There is nothing Royal about her at the end of Xenoblade 2 😂. Melia is understandable.
Yup. Xenogears is playstation 1. I didn’t finish it either. I hope I will get to it once I get my backlog down more 😬. I am the same on Bayonetta origins. If people like it then I will give it a try.

Since this is SPOILERS, I will say that I agree with the 6 ouroboros statement since I remember a scene in Xenoblade 3 where one of the characters was looking at the statues of the founders funny. Did you notice that one of the founders looks exactly like one of the main characters from Xenogears(if you ever played it) 🧐? Also I forgot about the Riku and Melia thing. Yeah I want some explanation for that too along with some other stuff. Also yes. As you you said. They said Xenoblade 3 will conclude klaus’s experiment which lead to these worlds/universes being created. So we should see an all brand new story next game. Don’t know if that includes the dlc story for 3. That could even be about Noah and mio’s child in that one parallel universe or about another parallel universe entirely that Noah saw in that one scene. One thing I did hear though is that this dlc story will be about as long as the torna dlc from Xenoblade 2. Gotta get my backlog down before I play that 😂
Agreed about Bayonetta 3. It’s normal to have high expectations after 2. I loved Bayonetta 2. It was my favorite one in the series. I won’t give up on the series either but the next one better be good lol. Also I don’t know how I feel about that Bayonetta origins side game. It doesn’t look like my kind of game at all but I might give it a chance since it’s Bayonetta still 🤷♀️
@Warioware no worries. I completely agree with you. I think what you said was valid. Shame though since they are series that I enjoy a lot. More so then some other series. As for dlc story for Xenoblade 3, I have a few good guesses on what it’s going to be about. POSSIBLE SPOILERS: A story about the seven heroes/founders, or what characters like the queens were up to leading up to Xenoblade 3, the future after Xenoblade 3 ended, or something entirely different that links to the next game in the series, Whether it be Xenoblade 4 or a spin-off or a whole new xeno something. There is a lot they can do. Hopefully that will be better although I don’t care for some of the Xenoblade 3 characters that much so I don’t want them to return 😂. I know that sounds mean but I like the characters from the other games better.
@Warioware I feel the same way you do. I like Bayonetta 3 gameplay wise except for the performance issues. but the ending and stuff is disappointing. Although I heard about that for a while lol. I do especially agree with Xenoblade 3. I like the game of course and while it is my favorite game of the year that’s on switch specifically, I didn’t get to play a lot of other switch games this year because I am backlogged on other games. Also I agree that the other Xenoblade games are overall better. I love Xenoblade 1. Still my favorite Xenoblade and one of my favorite games of all time. I liked 2 as well. I haven’t played through all of X yet. Xenoblade 3 is good but it’s story and characters weren’t as good as Xenoblade 1 to me. I know it’s an unpopular opinion but I don’t care. Xenoblade 3 did not look good at times. It was still a blurry mess in portable mode. Not as much as 2 but still. It didn’t help that Xenoblade 3 kept crashing on me more compared to 2

I feel the same way about fire emblem 3 houses but I don’t say anything because almost everyone around love it says it’s like the best one which I don’t believe at all. I love awakening. It’s my favorite fe or one of my top favorites. 3 houses got a little too much for me and I abandoned it for a while before coming back to it like a year later after it came out to finish it. Even then I only finished one route and the dlc story. I didn’t like the story much at all either. I like other fire emblem stories better. Everyone has an opinion. Lol. That being said I will likely get engage because it doesn’t look like 3 houses to me with the whole “you have to choose one school” and keep playing the game over and over for like 300 hours just to play all routes. Love this game so much!! For those of you wanting a sequel it seems like platinum games has already been working on it for a while. One leaker I follow says it’s slated for release sometime in 2023. I assume late 2023. I know we should take it with a grain of salt but there is a lot of hints that support this like takahisa taura who did the first one said he was hard at work on another game(didn’t say which game). Someone from platinum said so anyway. Also Nintendo buying the IP means that they can’t be done with just one game in the franchise. I know this is a thought but I think it’s a valid one.
@Glrd Nintendo said that middle life cycle crap back in 2020. Don’t always believe what Nintendo says at face value. They did this for the 3ds model saying it’s not coming out but then it comes out a couple of weeks later. Plus middle of the life cycle can mean something else like it’s at the end of the middle of the life cycle. That’s being said there is no certainty that a new switch will come next year but I highly doubt it Nintendo will wait until like 2027 to release a switch successor. That’s nuts 😂. Also Nintendo can just release a switch 2 and still keep the switch 1. It’s called cross gen. Sony and Microsoft are doing this and Nintendo did this to a certain extent. Having a switch 2 doesn’t automatically mean the switch 1 dies right then and there. People will still games for it for a while since it has such a huge install base
Hmm 🤔. For the people that don’t know. The other Megaman battle network games not in the collection is the DS one of part 5 which combines both versions and adds some stuff to it as well. It’s a good game in my opinion but I can see why it would be very hard to add to the collection. There is also the crossover of Megaman battle network 1 and Megaman starforce but I think that was only released in Japan. There is also Megaman battle network chip challenge which has completely different gameplay and takes place after 3 but before 4 I think 🤔 but I didn’t care much for that game but it was a gba game. And finally there is Megaman battle network 4.5 for gba which of course was never released outside Japan. There is a fan translation of it that was completed not too long ago. I liked that game. It had potential. Played a little differently but I liked it. I guess a Star force collection and Megaman legends collection are the last 2 we need. Oh and Megaman zx which only has 2 games.

EA hates Nintendo and their fans in general from what I have seen over the years if you look at their history. 😂. EA was voted one of top most hated companies like twice I think. Nintendo doesn’t have gamepass nor does it need it in my opinion. Nintendo just needs to make their online services better by themselves.

I can’t believe the big fire emblem game is a stupid warriors game. I hate that they are giving koei tecmo all these ips and turn them into warriors games 🤦♀️. And it’s 3 houses at that. I think 3 houses is okay but not the best fire emblem game at all. It was way too long too. I did like the direct. Was disappointed about kingdom hearts still being cloud. Hopefully square saying they will consider a native port on switch if they get enough fan feedback is not empty words. But I won’t hold my breath. No Zelda news is a little disappointing but I understand that it will be saved for e3(hopefully). Front mission and live a live was a good surprise. Will likely get. Xenoblade chronicles 3 was my absolute favorite reveal. Love Xenoblade. Hopefully they include a Japanese voice option.
Scary how Microsoft is going on a shopping spree for companies. For the people that say Nintendo and Microsoft have a good relationship. That’s only on the surface in my opinion since Nintendo wants to keep doing their own thing while Microsoft wants to be in everyone else’s business. Nintendo and Microsoft still compete against each other just not as much as Sony.
Hmm for this year so far. I am definitely getting Mario party superstars and SMT5. I might get metriod dread and advance wars but I have only gotten into metriod not long ago. I want to play the older games first to understand the story. Advance wars 1 and 2 I already played and beaten but I don’t own 1. I only played it on computer. I have part 2 on the Wii U VC. Legend of zelda and Bayonetta 3 are definite buys. I stopped playing Pokémon when it reached gen 4 although I have new Pokémon snap. Maybe I will get back into Pokémon with these new games but I have too much for my backlog so likely not. Metroid prime 4, like dread I need to play more games in the series before I get it. Triangle strategy I was disappointed in the demo a lot. It’s lost the charm of octopath which is one of my recent favorite rpgs. I hope they improve it and add dual audio otherwise I might skip it. I don’t care about switch oled at all. I might get get that Zelda game and watch because it looks cool and has 4 games on it.
Hmmm.... is it me or do some of those levels remind me of the n64 Pokémon snap? Like that river level from this video reminds me of the river jungle level in the original Pokémon snap. Also that badlands level reminds me of canyon river level from the n64 one which both had gyarados.
I call bullsh*t on Nintendo. They always say no plans so nothing is really denied on that. About the margins though. I do believe the minority on this site saying that Nintendo is obviously making more money with switch oled. Probably not a lot more but I definitely think more. It’s still using the very aging internals of the base switch and most technology always goes down on cost sooner or later. The switch oled dock has almost nothing going on for it and they are charging a crazy price for the original docks. This is just my opinion of course. I know a lot of people will bash me here but I don’t care.
Would love both of them on there. I think it’s possible without the cloud considering it’s at 900p 60fps on the base Xbox one for automata at least and it runs fine. The switch could maybe do 720p docked. Maybe. Or just be a switch pro exclusive(yes I believe there will be a little bit of exclusives games) or maybe all switch models will get it but it would run not well on regular switches and the pro would run it like a PlayStation 4 would. Who knows?
@jbreez00 I was exaggerating it a little but the groundwork is already laid out now. Google stadia. It’s nothing but a subscription cloud based service. The only thing you need is a controller. There are other companies that are looking into cloud gaming only and essentially getting rid of physical games. Google definitely wants to get rid of physical games. Their mission is clear. Lol. But luckily they are not doing that well now.
I guess I am the only one that’s not keen on more Microsoft stuff coming to the switch. But seriously I am fine that no Xbox streaming services are coming to the switch. @Crono1973 I don’t see it that way. I have been to others boards for years and port beggars as you call them are everywhere. Some of us are not starved for games either like you said. I know you want to make fun of me and other people but not everybody plays every type of game out there. Almost no one has time for that. There are specific games and genres that people like. People that like jrpgs would generally love to play persona 5. Not some warriors/musou sequel. I have personally had enough of those types of games. They are repetitive to me and others. But that’s another story. If we want a game that is not exclusive to a system then of course people will ask for it. Especially if it isn’t too technically demanding and if it’s popular enough.
@TheFrenchiestFry I know and I am pretty sure other people know not to bug a communications manager. People know they don’t make games or budgets for them. I am trying to say that people don’t know who to contact since game companies generally don’t have direct line for anybody to reach them or even if they do, guarantee that there message would even be read by a person at the top of the company who makes decisions. But the communications person was right though. You just have to say what you want. I am not saying everyone is going to get what they want of course but at least try

Especially this game because even a communications managers from AtlusUSA told us to keep telling them what we want which is persona 5. It actually doesn’t have to be personal 5 royal. I am happy with the original. If people from a company is saying it’s okay to say what we want from them, then we are doing something right and not doing any harm in saying “can we please get a switch port of persona 5”. If people are being mean about it, then I can agree with on that. But not everyone is annoying about it, they just get drowned out by the people who are.
@TheFrenchiestFry you can say whatever you want about switch port “beggars” or whatever you call them but people on all fronts beg for games to come to their favorite system. That being said persona 5 does make sense to come to the switch since they are doing strikers. It’s completely logical. I wouldn’t mind it at all of shin megami tensei 5 came to PS4 or ps5. There is a demand to have persona 5 on switch. It’s not small compared to other games that people want on switch. You can call us whiners all you want but it seems like you and some of the other people here have something against either us switch owners having the game or asking for it or both.
Leading publisher? I don’t know but they released less games for the switch then square Enix and some other companies even if Nintendo published some of them. I am not saying quantity over quality but some of the Ubisoft games are lesser games or ports. The only games that have stand out from Ubisoft is Mario and rabbids, immortal fenyx, and maybe that rayman game. That’s it. They even canceled a game that I was kinda looking into early when the switch came out I think. I don’t like Ubisoft much at all, they are almost like EA to me. Square Enix is the best switch publisher to me but that’s my opinion

You can now circumvent this problem by making the high end game cloud based for the weaker system or regular switch while giving the pro the native version. I had this idea before that leak happened. Or just make the game run like crap on the regular switch but still playable but giving the pro the best version possible. They could market it by saying for best possible performance fir Nintendo players, play the game on the pro. They won't do this to a lot of games. Just a few. This is just my way of seeing it and proving this industry veteran wrong. I don't like cloud based gaming at all which is why I would definitely get the switch pro if that was the case.
I have to check out the demo. I am still on the fence about getting the full game. I have too much on my backlog as is. It seems like they made some good changes from the first which hard had some problems though I didn't play that demo either. Lol
Though some people on here talking about the bad or good voice acting, it seems to be about the English VA. Luckily I only play Japanese voices only for all games made in Japan so I am never disappointed.
@johnvboy I want a switch pro. I can see people who have had the original switch since March 2017 getting one because some of them like my switch is starting to age and battery life isn't good compared to switch lite and switch V2. People can still trade in their original switch to help them buy a switch pro. If Nintendo is not going to release a switch 2 until 2023 or 2024 then it makes sense to have switch pro to help the switch family get to over 100 million in sales. Not to mention that a lot of games in the switch still suffer performance issues. Some a little to a lot. A switch pro could just improve resolution and frame rates and I would I still buy it and I think others would too at some point.

It sucks that hyrule warriors AOC was pushed as that holiday game because I hate warriors/musou style games. I played so many of them that they all have the same story style and gets surprisingly boring after playing it for a few hours. Just my honest opinion.

Not a fan of musou/warrior games. I used to like them years ago but they have become tedious and the time to put in to get extra stuff is stupid. Playing an adventure map for 100 hours on the original hyrule warriors just to complete a picture was the last straw for me playing musou games anymore. The last one I played was either fire emblem or the first fate extella game. More power to you if you like this gameplay without getting bored of it. I don't the alternative storylines this game and other musou games seem to push when they get IPs to work on. It's always the same story and gameplay In my opinion anyway.

@Warioware lol. Yeah. Since this is SPOILERS, I will say that I agree with the 6 ouroboros statement since I remember a scene in Xenoblade 3 where one of the characters was looking at the statues of the founders funny. Did you notice that one of the founders looks exactly like one of the main characters from Xenogears(if you ever played it) 🧐? Also I forgot about the Riku and Melia thing. Yeah I want some explanation for that too along with some other stuff. Also yes. As you you said. They said Xenoblade 3 will conclude klaus’s experiment which lead to these worlds/universes being created. So we should see an all brand new story next game. Don’t know if that includes the dlc story for 3. That could even be about Noah and mio’s child in that one parallel universe or about another parallel universe entirely that Noah saw in that one scene. One thing I did hear though is that this dlc story will be about as long as the torna dlc from Xenoblade 2. Gotta get my backlog down before I play that 😂
Agreed about Bayonetta 3. It’s normal to have high expectations after 2. I loved Bayonetta 2. It was my favorite one in the series. I won’t give up on the series either but the next one better be good lol. Also I don’t know how I feel about that Bayonetta origins side game. It doesn’t look like my kind of game at all but I might give it a chance since it’s Bayonetta still 🤷♀️

@Warioware no worries. I completely agree with you. I think what you said was valid. Shame though since they are series that I enjoy a lot. More so then some other series. As for dlc story for Xenoblade 3, I have a few good guesses on what it’s going to be about. POSSIBLE SPOILERS: A story about the seven heroes/founders, or what characters like the queens were up to leading up to Xenoblade 3, the future after Xenoblade 3 ended, or something entirely different that links to the next game in the series, Whether it be Xenoblade 4 or a spin-off or a whole new xeno something. There is a lot they can do. Hopefully that will be better although I don’t care for some of the Xenoblade 3 characters that much so I don’t want them to return 😂. I know that sounds mean but I like the characters from the other games better.

@Warioware I feel the same way you do. I like Bayonetta 3 gameplay wise except for the performance issues. but the ending and stuff is disappointing. Although I heard about that for a while lol. I do especially agree with Xenoblade 3. I like the game of course and while it is my favorite game of the year that’s on switch specifically, I didn’t get to play a lot of other switch games this year because I am backlogged on other games. Also I agree that the other Xenoblade games are overall better. I love Xenoblade 1. Still my favorite Xenoblade and one of my favorite games of all time. I liked 2 as well. I haven’t played through all of X yet. Xenoblade 3 is good but it’s story and characters weren’t as good as Xenoblade 1 to me. I know it’s an unpopular opinion but I don’t care. Xenoblade 3 did not look good at times. It was still a blurry mess in portable mode. Not as much as 2 but still. It didn’t help that Xenoblade 3 kept crashing on me more compared to 2

@Sisilly_G you’re not wrong at all. I understand you. I feel the same way about fire emblem 3 houses but I don’t say anything because almost everyone around love it says it’s like the best one which I don’t believe at all. I love awakening. It’s my favorite fe or one of my top favorites. 3 houses got a little too much for me and I abandoned it for a while before coming back to it like a year later after it came out to finish it. Even then I only finished one route and the dlc story. I didn’t like the story much at all either. I like other fire emblem stories better. Everyone has an opinion. Lol. That being said I will likely get engage because it doesn’t look like 3 houses to me with the whole “you have to choose one school” and keep playing the game over and over for like 300 hours just to play all routes. That’s another big problem I had with 3 houses. 😂.

Love this game so much!! For those of you wanting a sequel it seems like platinum games has already been working on it for a while. One leaker I follow says it’s slated for release sometime in 2023. I assume late 2023. I know we should take it with a grain of salt but there is a lot of hints that support this like takahisa taura who did the first one said he was hard at work on another game(didn’t say which game). Someone from platinum said so anyway. Also Nintendo buying the IP means that they can’t be done with just one game in the franchise. I know this is a thought but I think it’s a valid one.

@Glrd Nintendo said that middle life cycle crap back in 2020. Don’t always believe what Nintendo says at face value. They did this for the 3ds model saying it’s not coming out but then it comes out a couple of weeks later. Plus middle of the life cycle can mean something else like it’s at the end of the middle of the life cycle. That’s being said there is no certainty that a new switch will come next year but I highly doubt it Nintendo will wait until like 2027 to release a switch successor. That’s nuts 😂. Also Nintendo can just release a switch 2 and still keep the switch 1. It’s called cross gen. Sony and Microsoft are doing this and Nintendo did this to a certain extent. Having a switch 2 doesn’t automatically mean the switch 1 dies right then and there. People will still games for it for a while since it has such a huge install base

Hmm 🤔. For the people that don’t know. The other Megaman battle network games not in the collection is the DS one of part 5 which combines both versions and adds some stuff to it as well. It’s a good game in my opinion but I can see why it would be very hard to add to the collection. There is also the crossover of Megaman battle network 1 and Megaman starforce but I think that was only released in Japan. There is also Megaman battle network chip challenge which has completely different gameplay and takes place after 3 but before 4 I think 🤔 but I didn’t care much for that game but it was a gba game. And finally there is Megaman battle network 4.5 for gba which of course was never released outside Japan. There is a fan translation of it that was completed not too long ago. I liked that game. It had potential. Played a little differently but I liked it. I guess a Star force collection and Megaman legends collection are the last 2 we need. Oh and Megaman zx which only has 2 games.

EA hates Nintendo and their fans in general from what I have seen over the years if you look at their history. 😂. EA was voted one of top most hated companies like twice I think. Disney threatened to take the Star Wars ip away from them after what they did. That being said I don’t know what this article is for? 😂. Nintendo doesn’t have gamepass nor does it need it in my opinion. Nintendo just needs to make their online services better by themselves.

I can’t believe the big fire emblem game is a stupid warriors game. I hate that they are giving koei tecmo all these ips and turn them into warriors games 🤦♀️. And it’s 3 houses at that. I think 3 houses is okay but not the best fire emblem game at all. It was way too long too. I did like the direct. Was disappointed about kingdom hearts still being cloud. Hopefully square saying they will consider a native port on switch if they get enough fan feedback is not empty words. But I won’t hold my breath. No Zelda news is a little disappointing but I understand that it will be saved for e3(hopefully). Front mission and live a live was a good surprise. Will likely get. Xenoblade chronicles 3 was my absolute favorite reveal. Love Xenoblade. Hopefully they include a Japanese voice option.

Hmm for this year so far. I am definitely getting Mario party superstars and SMT5. I might get metriod dread and advance wars but I have only gotten into metriod not long ago. I want to play the older games first to understand the story. Advance wars 1 and 2 I already played and beaten but I don’t own 1. I only played it on computer. I have part 2 on the Wii U VC. Legend of zelda and Bayonetta 3 are definite buys. I stopped playing Pokémon when it reached gen 4 although I have new Pokémon snap. Maybe I will get back into Pokémon with these new games but I have too much for my backlog so likely not. Metroid prime 4, like dread I need to play more games in the series before I get it. Triangle strategy I was disappointed in the demo a lot. It’s lost the charm of octopath which is one of my recent favorite rpgs. I hope they improve it and add dual audio otherwise I might skip it. I don’t care about switch oled at all. I might get get that Zelda game and watch because it looks cool and has 4 games on it.

Hmmm.... is it me or do some of those levels remind me of the n64 Pokémon snap? Like that river level from this video reminds me of the river jungle level in the original Pokémon snap. Also that badlands level reminds me of canyon river level from the n64 one which both had gyarados.

I call bullsh*t on Nintendo. They always say no plans so nothing is really denied on that. About the margins though. I do believe the minority on this site saying that Nintendo is obviously making more money with switch oled. Probably not a lot more but I definitely think more. It’s still using the very aging internals of the base switch and most technology always goes down on cost sooner or later. The switch oled dock has almost nothing going on for it and they are charging a crazy price for the original docks. This is just my opinion of course. I know a lot of people will bash me here but I don’t care.

Would love both of them on there. I think it’s possible without the cloud considering it’s at 900p 60fps on the base Xbox one for automata at least and it runs fine. The switch could maybe do 720p docked. Maybe. Or just be a switch pro exclusive(yes I believe there will be a little bit of exclusives games) or maybe all switch models will get it but it would run not well on regular switches and the pro would run it like a PlayStation 4 would. Who knows?

@jbreez00 I was exaggerating it a little but the groundwork is already laid out now. Google stadia. It’s nothing but a subscription cloud based service. The only thing you need is a controller. There are other companies that are looking into cloud gaming only and essentially getting rid of physical games. Google definitely wants to get rid of physical games. Their mission is clear. Lol. But luckily they are not doing that well now.

I guess I am the only one that’s not keen on more Microsoft stuff coming to the switch. But seriously I am fine that no Xbox streaming services are coming to the switch. Let Nintendo do their own thing and make it better hopefully. Microsoft is trying to take over everything and it wants to appease Nintendo to beak in more into the Japanese market lol. I do agree with the statement that if the Xbox streaming service does come to switch some people will just play only Xbox games and not any switch games which is not ideal for Nintendo. Also I hate streaming games. I think companies are trying to force it down our throats rather then make it an option in the future. I like Nintendo to be Nintendo and Xbox can do its own thing. Maybe I just see more bad than good. Lol. Just my opinion.

@Crono1973 I don’t see it that way. I have been to others boards for years and port beggars as you call them are everywhere. Some of us are not starved for games either like you said. I know you want to make fun of me and other people but not everybody plays every type of game out there. Almost no one has time for that. There are specific games and genres that people like. People that like jrpgs would generally love to play persona 5. Not some warriors/musou sequel. I have personally had enough of those types of games. They are repetitive to me and others. But that’s another story. If we want a game that is not exclusive to a system then of course people will ask for it. Especially if it isn’t too technically demanding and if it’s popular enough.

I am trying to say that people don’t know who to contact since game companies generally don’t have direct line for anybody to reach them or even if they do, guarantee that there message would even be read by a person at the top of the company who makes decisions. But the communications person was right though. You just have to say what you want. I am not saying everyone is going to get what they want of course but at least try

@TheFrenchiestFry I can agree with some things you said but you should continue to voice your requests to some extent. Especially this game because even a communications managers from AtlusUSA told us to keep telling them what we want which is persona 5. It actually doesn’t have to be personal 5 royal. I am happy with the original. If people from a company is saying it’s okay to say what we want from them, then we are doing something right and not doing any harm in saying “can we please get a switch port of persona 5”. If people are being mean about it, then I can agree with on that. But not everyone is annoying about it, they just get drowned out by the people who are.

That being said persona 5 does make sense to come to the switch since they are doing strikers. It’s completely logical. I wouldn’t mind it at all of shin megami tensei 5 came to PS4 or ps5. There is a demand to have persona 5 on switch. It’s not small compared to other games that people want on switch. You can call us whiners all you want but it seems like you and some of the other people here have something against either us switch owners having the game or asking for it or both.

Leading publisher? I don’t know but they released less games for the switch then square Enix and some other companies even if Nintendo published some of them. I am not saying quantity over quality but some of the Ubisoft games are lesser games or ports. The only games that have stand out from Ubisoft is Mario and rabbids, immortal fenyx, and maybe that rayman game. That’s it. They even canceled a game that I was kinda looking into early when the switch came out I think. I don’t like Ubisoft much at all, they are almost like EA to me. Square Enix is the best switch publisher to me but that’s my opinion

I don't really care about what he says about this. You can now circumvent this problem by making the high end game cloud based for the weaker system or regular switch while giving the pro the native version. I had this idea before that leak happened. Or just make the game run like crap on the regular switch but still playable but giving the pro the best version possible. They could market it by saying for best possible performance fir Nintendo players, play the game on the pro. They won't do this to a lot of games. Just a few. This is just my way of seeing it and proving this industry veteran wrong. I don't like cloud based gaming at all which is why I would definitely get the switch pro if that was the case.

I have to check out the demo. I am still on the fence about getting the full game. I have too much on my backlog as is. It seems like they made some good changes from the first which hard had some problems though I didn't play that demo either. Lol
Though some people on here talking about the bad or good voice acting, it seems to be about the English VA. Luckily I only play Japanese voices only for all games made in Japan so I am never disappointed.

@johnvboy I want a switch pro. I can see people who have had the original switch since March 2017 getting one because some of them like my switch is starting to age and battery life isn't good compared to switch lite and switch V2. People can still trade in their original switch to help them buy a switch pro. If Nintendo is not going to release a switch 2 until 2023 or 2024 then it makes sense to have switch pro to help the switch family get to over 100 million in sales. Not to mention that a lot of games in the switch still suffer performance issues. Some a little to a lot. A switch pro could just improve resolution and frame rates and I would I still buy it and I think others would too at some point.

@Heavyarms55 agreed. 2020 has been a mess with Nintendo and video games in general. At least it's given me a chance to work on my backlog which was huge.
It sucks that hyrule warriors AOC was pushed as that holiday game because I hate warriors/musou style games. I played so many of them that they all have the same story style and gets surprisingly boring after playing it for a few hours. Just my honest opinion.

Not a fan of musou/warrior games. I used to like them years ago but they have become tedious and the time to put in to get extra stuff is stupid. Playing an adventure map for 100 hours on the original hyrule warriors just to complete a picture was the last straw for me playing musou games anymore. The last one I played was either fire emblem or the first fate extella game. More power to you if you like this gameplay without getting bored of it. I don't the alternative storylines this game and other musou games seem to push when they get IPs to work on. It's always the same story and gameplay In my opinion anyway.
