omg I love the mobile home idea I'm so excited for this update I have so many cards I'm ready to use haha and I own most of the amiibo figures so hopefully theyre well integrated too!

I loved the Wii U game can this come as DLC for that pleaaaaase. I've already bought both the original Hyrule Warriors and it's Season pass and Legends and it's Season pass don't make me pay full price for extra features again please.

Because of Prowler I can actually PLAY as Isabelle this time around! Plus the UNIQLO cat outfit is so adorable. Just wish there was a fashion gear option like Xenoblade X which would let me use sets like these End Game but oh well they're fun to make and Wear for fun.

Think it's pretty naive that people thought Nintendo were the sole makers of Pokemon Go when the app is developed by Niantic and the Pokemon Company itself is comprised on Nintendo and 2 other companies including Gamefreak. Just shows how short sighted people are when jumping onto trends hoping for big money.

@hepgius yeah I keep thinking this. Either the app will have to be really expensive, the 3DS version extremely cheap or the 3DS will have to have much more content else this makes no sense.

Still praying for an announcement that 'octolings are disrupting the festivities' or something like that and you get to pick a side and that's how regular Splatoon matches go on from there. That is like totally unlikely though haha.

Yeah server stopped working in England about an hour ago on the one day I get to go to a big city with more than one pokestop

@c1pher_c0mplet to be fair, the game looks much better with the boosted resolution of 3D mode. Its brighter and you can make out much more detail.

@the-madprofessor there are only figures of special characters such as Isabelle, Lottie, Digby etc so how would that work? The figures will probably unlock different outfits for the NPCs or something minor Whereas the cards will likely let villagers visit and then possibly move in similar to the camping site function.

Barely been able to play it in England through all the endless bugs and server problems and now it's gonna be broken completely all day tomorrow. So close to deleting the freaking app

Plus how can anyone make a true decision on versions if they don't know exclusives other than the legendary, I'll wait for more info on that before I preorder

@Ooyah yeah it seems Nintendo are more worried about increased revenue and precious statistics than actually getting the thing to be playable or dealing with server problems. They said they were delaying UK rollout to deal with server problems and that doesn't seem to have worked so it seems pretty ridiculous to then continue rolling out which seems to have made the whole of the UK unable to log in.

@KTT this is the exact problem I have. The only way to get any pokestops is to pay to go into the nearest city or walk between 3 pokestops within 2 minutes of each other a mile from my house. Makes the whole 'exploration' aspect completely redundant.

There are like 3 pokestops in my whole town which are over a mile from my house and barely any pokemon show up anywhere which is great sarcasm so I've not really been able to enjoy it at all so far. Plus it crashes after every. Single. Capture. Which is also pretty terrible.
Overall pretty unimpressed.

I dunno, something about the design I find quite appealing but then it also looks kinda basic. I have serious mixed feelings about all the currently announced poke on but at least the region and presentation is looking great.

There are literally 7 of the same exact toad in that one screenshot and 1 colour swapped one.

I like the dragon and the evolution of that battery bug looks good.
This is the second trailer I believe to feature Zygarde so it seems it's a given that he'll actually have a part in the story. If it doesn't and it turns out to just be a thrown in thing it'll be pretty disappointing.

I was gonna ask on one of the articles if anything came out of them offering to help and I thought the visuals were probably gonna be needing the data pack system from Xenoblade X.
Its really good to hear that they're working on it Xenoblade X and the original are amazing and X in particular is an amazing example of a perfect open world so I'm even more excited now.

I feel sorry for the people that backed.
The scores may be "above average" but the comments make it sound much worse than a 5 as most these websites consider 5 or 6 to be not worth playing.

@thedillon23 I honestly think 4U looks beautiful by any standards, with the 3D on it gets brighter, shinier, and there's more detail in the textures. I don't know if the visuals are better in Gen but there are more flashy visual effects so that might help if you didn't enjoy the graphics in 4U

I was saying this to my partner the other day. Due to the shockingly small Wii u lineup this year and the now non-exclusive, 3 year delayed Zelda U not coming out this year, I'm fully expecting big updates for MK8 and Splatoon over the summer.

This is obviously a con to try to squeeze more sales out of the Wii U, they have put 0 effort into keeping the Wii u alive even this year and the NX isn't even out until next year. I think most people can see through the crap this is.

yes this is exactly how I wanted it, tropical environment that actually looks tropical and those angles seem much better than the top down view we got in ORAS. Plus the new models look so much better for the characters and I am definitely choosing Litten and Moon version.

Plus can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEAAASE have optimised performance for the New 3DS as you can see the pixelated textures pretty obviously when picking the starters and I'm pretty sure optimisation for the New 3DS should eliminate most if not all of the lag in the previous 3DS entries.

@alasdair91 I think this is one of my single biggest problems with Nintendo, they don't bother with currency conversion at all

Still not sold on these discounts and the disparity between NA and Uk offerings is abysmal

Trainer customisation, a new battle frontier, no copying and pasting stuff from ORAS or XY, Pokemon following again (literally my favourite extra feature of any Pokemon game) and less bland and boring over world visuals. Something about ORAS looked so drab in comparison to XY, maybe because of the zoomed out camera highlighting the lack of detail in the environment and muted colours. For a game set on tropical islands, ORAS looked too dull imo. If sun and moon take the same route, some effort to make the environment more exotic would be greatly appreciated as well as all the features above.

Wait so they just play music? :/ I was kinda hoping they'd unlock their costumes and/or some cool weapon based off of them but oh well hopefully this as well as Sheldons picks signals even more content for Splatoon (I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo have realised how much they're screwing over Wii u users this year and so have decided to make more Splatoon content to soften the blow)

My 3DS certainly seems to be getting much more play than my Wii U this year (as is the case every year) can't wait for Monster Hunter Generations and currently loving Hyrule Warriors (I have a New 3DS) and very excited for what Sun and Moon have to offer. I'm not usually into Kirby but Planet Robobot has me impressed so may even pick that up too.

Feel royally screwed over yeah I've got lots of games I like for Wii U but one of main reasons I bought it was for Zelda U and now if I get it, 4 years late, it'll be the inferior version unless I buy the new console

Why is the Western version larger I wonder? I'll be buying digitally this time I think as I have a 32GB SD card and haven't used it as much as I'd like becuase buying from Amazon is always cheaper but I have both 3U and 4U physically and I have too many physical games to carry in my carry case now. Plus would be cool to always have it on the system to play when I wish.

The fact there are no 3ds games in the mobile and handheld category is a crime.

Lol I almost sent this to my partner who has been dying for Splatoon 3DS as he doesn't have a Wii U but when you said about the frame rate and LAN thing I knew it couldn't be true haha.

I agree with everyone else here, Capcom's graphics on the 3DS are amazing Resident Evil Revelations as well as Monster Hunter 3U and 4U (particularly on New 3DS) are amazing for the handheld and this cartoony style seems to be used perfectly to bring out the best in the system. I haven't had any desire to see MonHun on the big screen since seeing how well the environments and monsters especially look in 4U on my N3DS, the 3D effect is also lovely and adds extra shine to already impressive visuals. I only wish other games on the 3DS could look as good as Capcom's games.

@NodesforNoids I was comparing Nintendo eshop prices for current retail games with other retailers prices which are significantly more reasonable and was saying I'd prefer Nintendo to charge the more fair prices especially as the eshop doesn't have any bonuses the retail versions get. I was in no way advocating piracy at all and especially not for current retail games as i have never pirated myself.
