I already have a Fire Emblem Fates LE and while I would like that 3DS, it's too much messing about to transfer when I already have a New 3DS XL, so I entered and am going to give everything to my nephew. He seemed interested in the game when I showed him a trailer.

Entered just on the off chance I'll be lucky! I've been holding off on getting a new 3ds for over a year because I can't afford it. Competition ends on my birthday too, so I'll need to stall using my birthday money to buy fire emblem JUST in case

I'm still super bummed out that I missed the preorders for the special edition on the Nintendo store... the email came in less than a minute after I logged out of my emails. When I saw the email it was too late. Now if I want it I would have to pay scalpers £120(never gonna happen). Will they ever restock it? Doesn't seem like they released that many copies for such a big franchise...
The problem for me is if I bought one of the versions and wanted to download the other routes it would take days to download(horrible Internet speed).

I noticed the special edition is back on nintendos official store, but only as a £114 bundle with the Amiibos. Currently listed as unavailable but I bet some appear

I think I might have a theory, they're saving announcing the winner on their next video. If that is the case then we just need to wait it out for a couple more days. Plus for most of us it is the half term, so we can alternate between this, revision and some third thing.

In preparation for either winning the competition/buying a copy of Birthright, I've just been looking up tips for leveling up characters. If anyone knows where I can get more info could you please me a link.

@Ed_Fairway I'd say that the Fire Emblem wiki and Serene's Forest are good places to start! Be warned though, the Fire Emblem wiki might have spoilers. I hope this will help you tip the scales!

@Jolt Oboro is an amazing character and I'm glad she's Tailored to many people's likings! I wish I would be able to S support her but sadly that isn't my Fate so I've decided to marry the Tsunammon roll, Takumi, instead! I've heard that he's Severaly lethal to the enemy so I'll deFinnitely have to use him!

I quite like the turn-based fighting in FE and I'm a big fan of the fantasy genre (as well as all of the awesome characters lol)

@OtakuGameArtist While it's not Nintendo, I'd recommend persona 3 for the PSvita or, if you wait a bit, Persona 5. Just look up Persona 5 on youtube, you won't be disappointed, albeit slightly confused on what's going on.

@OtakuGameArtist I'd recommend any Shin Megami Tensei game but if you want something like FE look for devil survivor 2: record breaker . I highly enjoyed it

@Lin_hyrule Oh Lordi YES! When I saw the trailer I was close to tears, mainly of how it reminded me of Nausiica of the vally of the wind. Plus from Pkmn Sun and Moon, I got hints of plot that will hopefully derail from the traditional formula.

Well, in the efforts to keep spirits up in the comment section; what are you going to call your avatar, and what would they look like, if you look you'll find a link to a kamui customizer. For me, I'd name mine Kannon (partly for the similarity to Kana, and that's the bodhisattva of mercy, which connects well with the buddhist origins of the Yato)

@Ed_Fairway I honestly probably just call mine Kamui as I like the name and it saves the the hassle of thinking of something clever to call the character. Call me boring but hey, thats my choice

@Konnordano1615 Same here, although as you saw in my earlier comment, I go for a name I think matches my character's "personality". Take twilight princess for example; named my character "Oki" after the character from Okami, mainly because both transform into wolves at will, and Oki's theme sounds like it should be twilight princess.

@Shinzai Same for the first, Popplio for the second; mainly cause I don't give the water types enough love (It's always been fire or grass for all but gen 3, I definitely lieked mudkip). what about nicknames, due to the alchemy references in the game I was thinking of Hohenheim (if it fits), plus I feel like it matches Popplio's personality
