The amiibo range is treated different ways depending on the owner's style. Some keep them boxed and preserved for future generations, some have them scattered around shelves and ready to be used (like this writer), and others put them on display. Nintendo and third-parties have released various cases and fancy displays to enable those latter owners, and accessory company PDP is stepping it up further.

Marked out of stock on the official website ahead of an August release - which either indicates that pre-orders haven't yet opened or that PDP needs to increase its day one stock - PDP has shown off the range on its social media pages (hat tip to Kieran Fifield for the heads up). First up is the Donkey Kong Display, which has room for 9 amiibo and is priced at $19.99.

Next is the Master Sword Stylus Display at $14.99, which supports one amiibo (which should obviously be Link).

Finally, and this writer's personal favourite, is the Spinning Fire Bar Display ($14.99); the fire bar is a wind-up motorised contraption.

Rather like the Mario-inspired 'End of Level Display', these are rather extravagant ways to display amiibo. For those that really want to show them off, though, they'll be hard to resist (assuming there's stock).
